If you've ever wondered how Coachella headliners crash during the festival, Lady Gaga's $12 million Mediterranean desert rental gives you a good idea -- they crash just fine.

Gaga, who took over Beyonce's headlining slot, lived it up in a 7 bedroom 5 bath home in Rancho Mirage courtesy of Airbnb during the fest's back-to-back weekends. The place is huge ... 9,500 square feet! Kinda like having a full resort just for yourself.

Along with a pool and spa, the crib had a fitness room, 2 formal living rooms, an outdoor dining gazebo and 3 fire pits -- it gets cold in the desert at night.

If you thought $900 for a VIP ticket to the fest was stiff, Gaga's pad would set the average person back $10k per night!

Kendrick Lamar's crash pad at Coachella's fit for a king ... dude balled out at an INSANE villa for his must-see performance out in the desert.

The "HUMBLE." rapper made himself at home at the Big Sioux Estate -- a spectacular 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom villa with a pretty steep price tag ... 10 million bucks. Any Joe Schmoe's looking at about $1,880 per night to stay there, but Kendrick got the pad courtesy of Airbnb.

Damn right Offset from Migos wants to meet the little kid who rapped to their song at Coachella ... and he also made him an offer he can't refuse!!

We got Offset at LAX Thursday and we told him about the kid who rapped to "Bad and Boujee" and put on his best dance moves ... while propped on his pops' shoulders.

Offset not only breaks down the kid's game ... but says he wants help finding the kid to possibly give him the role of a lifetime.

Lil Uzi Vert is officially the biggest Marilyn Manson fan ... unless you know of any others who spent six figures to make an iced out pendant in his likeness.

Uzi was rocking his newest piece at Coachella this weekend. The image of Manson rockin' Mickey Mouse ears is damn near priceless -- the chain and pendant together are made up of 16,000 diamonds totaling 155 carats.

Celeb jeweler Ben Baller delivered the goods to Uzi on Sunday, and IF & Co. Jewelers made it for $220k. We're told the labor alone cost $50,000.

Manson is the only person Uzi follows on IG, so his love for the rocker is deep ... and expensive.

7:15 AM PT -- For some reason, Drake deleted his Instagram post calling out The Madison Club. Of course, he has nearly 36 million followers, many of whom are already ripping the club, so the damage might be done.

Drake's pissed about his weekend at Coachella because he claims the exclusive country club where he stayed racially profiles customers.

Drizzy -- who made a guest appearance with Future at the music festival -- made it known Sunday that the folks at The Madison Club were awful hosts. The rapper straight-up called it "the most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life."

He also said the staff picks and chooses who they're going to accommodate based on racial profiling.

Drake's post has generated nearly 5,000 comments -- including one from the club itself which said, "We are trying to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and for you to experience such a thing is embarrassing for us."

The club went on to say, "We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will be issuing out a formal apology to you and the public. We will also be investigating this as we do not tolerate racial discrimination."

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd had to sneak some affection at Coachella ...making out in between snack breaks.

Kendall Jenner loves to party, but she'll pass on the dutchie ... at least that's what she did during a Coachella weed after-party this weekend.

Eyewitnesses tell us Kendall attended the "Weedmaps Oasis" marijuana party after Coachella closed its final curtain Saturday night, but did not take one puff of pot herself.

We're told Kendall arrived at around midnight with an entourage of 9 -- including Hailey Baldwin and A$AP Rocky, who was performing that night alongside Tyler the Creator, Action Bronson and others. And while nearly everyone around her indulged in bud, sources say Kendall made it clear she wouldn't be joining.

Instead, Kendall simply enjoyed herself -- dancing with friends, snapping selfies with guests, chatting up the crowd and snagging A$AP's yellow goggles off his head.

We're told she was totally pleasant, despite damn near everyone around toking up on products from Gen-X, West Coast Cure, Brass Knuckles, Nameless Genetics and FlavRX. Sources say the main product of choice was pre-rolled joints from said companies ... produced by Talent Resources.

It appears Kendall ain't a fan of the ganja -- in public, anyway -- even if her man A$AP is. We're told he was smoking ... a lot.

Good news is she wasn't alone in her abstinence ... Hailey Baldwin didn't smoke either. Still ... we're guessing they couldn't avoid a contact high.

Migos had the masses rapping along with them at Coachella this weekend, and that includes kids too ... especially this little guy.

Here's footage of a little boy -- he can't be more than 6 or 7 -- propped up on his dad's shoulders ... and reciting Migos' "Bad and Boujee" ... almost word for word.

Looks like he knows the song pretty damn well, and he seems to enjoy it ... a lot. Giggin' like this usually means you're a bonafide fan.

Celebs showed up to day 2 at Coachella in big numbers, some to perform ... and others to just bask in the sun.

Drake, Future, The Weeknd, Diddy, Quavo, Gucci Mane, A$AP Rocky ... and, of course, Lady Gaga all took the stage.

Lady Gaga performed her new single at Coachella ... and it worked.

Gaga headlined Saturday night at Coachella this weekend -- replacing Beyonce -- and the decision clearly sat well with the crowd, judging by the reaction to "The Cure."

Beyonce pulled the plug on Coachella on doctor's orders, so Gaga had to make a splash.

Looks like she didn't disappoint.

Vegas clearly couldn't compete with Coachella over the weekend, with acts like Gaga, Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar, Quavo, Drake and Future taking the mic in the California desert ... but the Nevada desert still got its piece of the action with Aaron Carter!

Aaron performed at the Go Pool at Flamingo, and let's be fair ... he attracted a pretty big crowd that seemed to be enjoying it.

Truth be told ... in that one shining moment, Aaron Carter was King of Sin City.

Kendall Jenner's ready for mics all up in her business when she hits up Coachella this weekend ... but there are strings attached -- NO PEPSI TALK!!!

Our Kendall sources tell us the model's got several interviews lined up when she hits up events at the festival ... but questions must be submitted in advance. Everyone interviewing Kendall will have a hard rule ... no direct or indirect mention of her failed Pepsi ad.

As we reported ... Kendall's hosting a party for the dating app Bumble and she'll be a guest DJ at another event.

There are consequences for outlets that get sneaky -- Kendall will be immediately pulled from the interview and the outlet will forever be persona non grata.

Coachella cops have a new headache -- 'cause drugs and counterfeit tickets weren't enough -- they're shutting down concertgoers who abuse handicapped parking permits.

Law enforcement sources tell us police at the festival will be on the lookout for fake, stolen or borrowed handicap parking placards. Meaning ... snatching grandma's for the weekend so you can score primo parking ... ain't gonna fly anymore. We're told it's been a big problem for years at Coachella, so 5-0's cracking down.

You've been warned, and know this ... if ya try it and get busted, it's a misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine or jail.

Coachella's officially going to be way more lit than expected this weekend -- TMZ's learned 5 MAJOR artists have been added to the lineup for surprise appearances.

Rumors have been swirling 'Ye would make his big comeback this weekend in the desert. He's featured on "THat Part" by ScHoolboy Q -- a performer this year -- and has worked with Travis Scott (who will arguably play the biggest show of his career at Coachella).

Fans thought Scott's appearance was a big clue Kanye would resurface.

Multiple festival sources are clear ... Kanye will not perform at Coachella ... period.
