Maria De La Rosa, a singer who went by the name DELAROSA, was fatally shot inside a parked car in Los Angeles ... and it sounds like the bullets pierced her abdomen.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio from early Saturday morning's fatal shooting in the San Fernando Valley ... and you hear the dispatcher say the victim is a Hispanic female in her 20s with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

The dispatcher says the victim is in critical condition in the emergency room at Northridge Hospital Medical Center ... and there are friends standing by waiting for updates in the family room.

9:04 AM PT -- Mike Goforth, Division Superintendent of Wise County Schools, told TMZ Sports following the Virginia State Police’s latest update that the district will fully cooperate with law enforcement in the Travis Turner case.

"Wise County Public Schools is aware that law enforcement has filed charges against a staff member who has been on administrative leave," Goforth said.

"The individual remains on leave and is not permitted on school property or to have contact with students."

Shocking twist in the case of Travis Turner ... the missing high school football coach is a wanted man, according to Virginia State Police, after allegedly possessing child pornography.

Benny Blanco's mother had a terrifying run-in with home-invaders Monday night ... her house was broken into by masked intruders, prompting her to run and hide.

According to NBC4, Sandra Levin was in the Los Angeles home when two men reportedly broke in through a sliding-glass door. She ran upstairs and hid in a bathroom.

The two burglars made their way to the second floor and opened the door to a bedroom -- Levin reportedly peeked out of the bathroom and saw two figures in dark clothing and masks ... they saw her and immediately fled.

Anna Kepner was murdered on a Carnival Cruise ship ... at least that's the conclusion reached on her death certificate.

The document, obtained by ABC News, says Anna died as a result of "mechanical asphyxia" on November 6, and it notes the 18-year-old "was mechanically asphyxiated by other person(s)."

As you know ... FBI agents found two bruises on the side of Anna's neck, and she was thought to have died from a "bar hold" -- an arm placed across the neck.

King Combs talked to TMZ today at LAX where he was confident his dad won't have to serve his full 50-month sentence.

The 27-year-old rapper said the family will be playing his song "Diddy Free" throughout the holidays ... and King also told us they might not have to ... "Watch out, he might come home before then."

Anna Kepner’s grandparents are shutting down any talk she was scared of her stepbrother -- the teen reportedly under investigation in her cruise-ship death -- making it clear they have faith in his innocence.

In an ABC News sit-down interview, Barbara and Jeffrey Kepner said 18-year-old Anna and her 16-year-old stepbrother were "two peas in a pod," and cared for each other "in the right way" -- a far cry from what Joshua Tew, Anna’s first love, claimed ... saying her other brother told him about a nasty blowout the pair allegedly had inside the cabin they were all sharing.

The grandparents say authorities told them the stepbrother is considered a suspect in the case. They admit they’ve got no clue what actually went down inside that cabin -- they’re waiting on answers just like everyone else -- but pointing the finger at the stepbrother? They’re nowhere near ready to go there.

Singer D4vd -- a suspect in the presumed homicide of Celeste Rivas -- had a freezer large enough to store a body -- a relevant fact since her body had apparently been frozen for months.

Check out this photo of D4vd's rental home -- it was taken a few years ago, and it shows the kitchen had a KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer. The freezer side of the appliance has a height of around 74 inches, a width of around 14 inches, and a depth of roughly 27 inches. The temperature can get as low as minus 8 degrees Fahrenheit.

Celeste was 5'3" and 120 lbs. TMZ broke the story, her body was found in a bag in D4vd's Tesla -- it was decapitated and the arms and limbs cut off, so it could have fit in the freezer if the shelving inside had been removed. BTW ... a torso for a 5'3" woman falls between 15 and 17 inches long, and 14 to 15 inches wide.

The woman known as the notorious "Slender Man" stabber is back in custody after she led police on a frantic nationwide manhunt, police said Sunday.

A rep for the Madison PD confirmed Morgan Geyser was captured in Illinois Sunday evening after she sliced off her ankle monitor bracelet and hightailed it out of a group home, where she was living under the authority of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

It's unclear how cops tracked her down or where she's currently being held.

Anna Kepner's ex has come forward with harrowing new details about the final moments of her life ... alleging she was involved in a heated confrontation with her 16-year-old stepbrother before her death.

Joshua Tew -- who described Anna as his first love during a new interview with Inside Edition -- said her 14-year-old brother Connor told him about a nasty fight she was allegedly in with her stepsibling in the cabin they all were sharing aboard Carnival's Horizon ship.

Anna and the unnamed brother were allegedly inside the locked cabin ... and according to Joshua, Connor could hear him "yelling at her in a harmful way." Joshua was told the stepsibling even yelled at her to "shut the hell up." There was also some "banging around" heard in the room ... including what the brother believes were chairs being thrown.

A woman -- crowned one of Alabama's teachers of the year -- is in hot water with the law after allegedly whipping the s**t out of her child with a belt on video.

Nicole Staples -- who teaches second grade at Cottage Hill Christian Academy in Mobile -- was charged Wednesday with willful abuse of a child under 18, according to the county Sheriff's Office.

The video is startling ... Staples appears to hit her adolescent son on the backside upwards of 20 times after hurling a flurry of curses at him for not cleaning up after himself. She appears to grab him by the hair before seeming to smack him again.

President Donald Trump has signed a bill legislating the release of the Epstein Files ... but a Democratic lawmaker does not have faith the Commander in Chief will honor the commitment.

Rep. Suhas Subramanyam stopped by TMZ Live Thursday to tell us Trump's signature doesn't guarantee a whole lot. The Virginia congressman told us he wouldn't be surprised if Trump tampered with the files, or only releases files relating to Democrats, or withholds anything that could make him look bad.

Disturbing behavior down in Florida ... a man in Miami walked into a dance studio and stuck his nose in the couch cushion where an underage girl had just been sitting ... it's all on video, and now cops are involved.

The creepy footage from inside a Miami dance studio picks up with a girl sitting on a couch near the front door ... she gets up to leave, and then a man enters, makes sure the coast is clear, and then buries his face in the cushion where she'd been sitting moments earlier.

Miami Springs PD Chief Matthew Castillo tells TMZ ... one of the owners of a local dance studio contacted cops that night to report the "disturbing" incident, which happened Tuesday night as business was winding down.

Patrick Beverley won't be appearing on Barstool platforms anytime soon -- Dave Portnoy just revealed the former NBA player is "taking forced time away" following his arrest for felony assault.

The Barstool Sports founder explained his employee's status during "The Unnamed Show" on Wednesday ... saying Beverley -- who has a the "Hoopin' N Hollerin'" podcast with the company -- has "gotta figure all this out."

Donald Trump has signed the bill to require the Justice Department to release all unclassified records relating to Jeffrey Epstein.

This comes after the bill was put on the House floor Tuesday for a full vote, and it passed 427 to 1 -- sending it to the Senate, which agreed unanimously to approve it Tuesday afternoon and send it to Trump's desk

Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie sponsored the bill with California Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna ... and Massie has called on Trump to release the files himself. Remember, Trump could have immediately ordered the release of the Epstein Files at any time ... without a House or Senate vote.

Porsha Williams says the dramatic Delta Airlines flight incident that landed her on the FBI's radar started when the woman sitting next to her in first class complained about her listening to Instagram videos on her phone without headphones.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from Porsha's interaction with cops Sunday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport ... and she explains her side of the story.

Basically, Porsha says she was listening to videos on her phone with the volume up before the plane took off from Las Vegas and the passenger next to her asked if she had to listen to the IG video the whole flight.
