In an online hearing Tuesday, Russell Brand was granted bail on two new charges of sexual assault and rape. Brand was already facing five other charges, including alleged rape and sexual assault.

Brand appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, England via videolink from his home in Florida on Tuesday. He reportedly spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth, The Guardian reports.

Brand's currently scheduled to appear at Southwark Crown Court in London on February 17th.

The actor and comedian was charged with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault last month. Authorities told TMZ the charges stemmed from alleged incidents with two new female accusers.

Brand said in a video statement posted on social media at the time ... "I pray that anyone that I've harmed or hurt in my years of mindlessness, of sin, have been healed, and for the absolute truth of who I am to be revealed."

The actor was already facing five charges of rape, sexual assault and indecent assault, based on allegations from four different women ... he pled not guilty to the charges last May. That trial is set for June 3rd.

Timothy Busfield is being edited out of an upcoming Amazon MGM movie following child sex abuse allegations against him ... TMZ has learned.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the movie, "You Deserve Each Other," has already wrapped -- so he'll have to be digitally cut out of scenes.

Penn Badgley, Meghann Fahy, Justin Long, Natalie Morales and Ana Gasteyer star in the rom-com, which has yet to announce a release date.

This comes after Busfield was reportedly dropped by his agents at Innovative Artists last week.

Former Disney actor Matt Prokop got pissed at police when officers showed up on his doorstep to arrest him recently ... but he changed his tune quickly, begging the cops to take care of his pooch while he was being led away in cuffs.

Check it out -- TMZ obtained exclusive Ring camera video of police officers walking up to the front door of Matt's Texas home this past Christmas Eve. He answers the door and immediately starts mouthing off to the officers, asking "what the f***" they want." When the cops say they want to speak with him, Matt snarkily fires back, "Start talking."

Officers ask Matt about a woman named Lucy, but Matt claims Lucy is his dog, who's heard barking up a storm in the video. FYI -- a woman named Lucy called cops, telling them Matt was being violent toward her.

Prosecutors in New Mexico are holding court over the Timothy Busfield child sex abuse case ... and say they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he's guilty as charged.

Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman, who is running for New Mexico governor, held a news conference Thursday in Albuquerque on the Busfield case ... saying it felt necessary given all the media attention around the celeb defendant.

Bregman didn't want to talk facts of the case, but he gave an update on Busfield's next court date and laid out a timeline of the investigation.

11:03 AM PT -- West's attorney, Brandon Sloane, tells TMZ Sports he's confident the details of the case will show there's much more to the story ... but the ex-NBAer is using the experience as a wake-up call to seek professional help.

The attorney says he is "proud of Delonte as he has used this process to seek out help and been released on bond to a treatment facility. We all look forward to his continued progress, and Delonte is particularly appreciative of the numerous thoughts and well wishes over the last several weeks."

Delonte West has found himself in trouble with the law again -- the former NBA star was arrested last month in Virginia after he allegedly robbed an individual -- TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement tells us they received a call from a person who reported getting robbed and assaulted in the 5900 block of Richmond Highway in Belle Haven ... and claimed the culprit ran off on them.

When cops arrived on the scene, they learned the individual in question didn't get far. The caller pointed out the man across the street as the one they were looking for. It turned out to be West, whom officials in the area have unfortunately become familiar with over the years.

Luigi Mangione's cousin is heading to Brooklyn -- not for visitation at the Metropolitan Detention Center ... but to play professional soccer.

The USL's Brooklyn FC announced the interesting signing on Wednesday ... saying 24-year-old Peter Mangione is joining the squad.

The team said it witnessed Mangione build his resume at Penn State, where he scored 31 goals and became a two-time Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year.

He also played a key role with the MLS Next Pro's FC Cincinnati 2 last year.

Things have gone from bad to worse for Timothy Busfield … the actor was reportedly dropped from his talent agency after his arrest on child sex abuse charges.

Deadline reports Innovative Artists cut ties with the "West Wing" star on Wednesday as Busfield -- dressed in an orange jumpsuit -- made his first court appearance in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Innovative did not provide more details on its decision to break with Busfield after managing his career for years.

Prosecutors charged Busfield with 3 felonies -- two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of abuse of a child.

Gervonta "Tank" Davis is a wanted man -- officials with the Miami Gardens Police Department announced they are searching for the boxer in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident that occurred in October 2025.

A press conference was held on Wednesday afternoon ... with police saying they are working with U.S. Marshals to bring the undefeated boxer in on three charges -- battery, false imprisonment and attempted kidnapping.

Cops say the incident occurred at a gentlemen's club in the city. The woman -- who cops did not identify -- reported the altercation two days later on October 29.

The woman -- who worked at the establishment -- alleged Gervonta approached her, "grabbed her by the back of her head, pulling her by the hair with one hand and by her throat with another."

Matt Prokop did not go down easy when police came to arrest him on Christmas Eve ... cops say he slammed the door in their face -- and resisted arrest -- but was ultimately taken away to a Texas jail.

TMZ obtained an incident report in which the arresting officer said police arrived at Prokop's apartment in Victoria, Texas, on December 24.

According to the report ... the former child actor was immediately uncooperative after cops said he was under arrest for violating the conditions of his bond in a separate case, the details of which were unclear.

The report states Prokop answered the door and quickly slammed it in the faces of the cops ... but officers were ultimately able to get inside the apartment.

2:21 PM PT -- We just obtained Timothy's mugshot ... and he's mostly expressionless.

12:47 PM PT -- Attorney Christina McGovern tells TMZ ... “I conducted an independent and thorough investigation of all allegations known to the Studio at the time. Warner Bros. gave me full discretion as to my investigation. Based on what was alleged, and all evidence gathered, including multiple witness statements, I found no corroborating evidence that Mr. Busfield engaged in inappropriate conduct or that he was ever alone with the twins on set.”

Timothy Busfield just surrendered to law enforcement in New Mexico after an arrest warrant was issued earlier this month and prosecutors charged him with child abuse and criminal sexual contact with a minor ... but he made it clear to TMZ -- he says he's innocent.

TMZ obtained video of Busfield at his lawyer's office in Albuquerque, shortly before turning himself in. He made it clear ... he will "confront these lies," adding, "I did not do anything to those little boys."

As we reported ... the award-winning film and TV actor and director was accused of sexually abusing two boys who were child actors on "The Cleaning Lady" while he was directing the show in 2022 in New Mexico. At the time, prosecutors say, the child actors were 7 and 8 at the times of the alleged contact, and their parents reported the alleged crimes to the Albuquerque police two years later, leading to a criminal investigation.

NBC has yanked a new episode of “Law & Order: SVU” that was to air this week ... because it features Timothy Busfield, who's facing child sex abuse charges.

A source with knowledge confirmed to TMZ ... this Thursday's 'SVU,' titled "Corrosive," will be shelved ... and a new episode scheduled for next week has been bumped up.

It's unclear if Timothy's one-off episode -- in which he plays Judge Warren Fels -- will ever see the light of day.

The federal presence of ICE and Customs and Border Protection agents in Minnesota is intensifying as new video shows agents smashing a man's car window before abducting him from a Minneapolis gas station ... moments before a second man is violently arrested.

"We're trying to get status. Got a Honduran here. We're trying to get status" ... that's the explanation an agent gives as to why approximately a dozen officers are surrounding a Jeep Cherokee in a Speedway.

Watch the video ... they do not "get status." Before they can obtain any information from the man -- who refused to open his car door for the gang of masked men sent to intimidate him -- an agent breaks his window and begins dragging him out of his vehicle.

Matt Prokop's mug shot has been released ... and the former Disney Channel star looks very concerned after his arrest on child pornography charges.

The Victoria County Sheriff's Office in Texas released the photo Tuesday morning ... with Prokop standing behind a booking board that an officer is holding in front of him.

Prokop's got a bushy beard, his hair is swept to the left ... and his eyes are wide, seemingly with worry.

The San Francisco drunk woman who starred in an infamous viral bar fight video is catching a break in her legal case, TMZ has learned.

San Francisco authorities tell us Shireen Afkari is off the hook after her arrest for misdemeanor public intoxication at Hazie's saloon in December 2025.

As the world witnessed in the viral video, Afkari drunkenly squabbled with staff at the watering hole, ultimately getting tossed out with her boyfriend and tripped by a bartender on the sidewalk before she was arrested by responding officers.

Robert Rueca, an SFPD spokesperson, tells TMZ ... the department does NOT refer public intoxication cases to the district attorney for possible prosecution, adding that no other charges will be filed against Afkari. As for any fines, Rueca said his understanding is that Afkari will face no further penalties.

Nick Reiner's weight gain set him on a murderous path, but it didn't have to be that way ... just ask Dr. Drew. The good doctor points out a change in his medication could have sent him spiraling ... but Dr. Drew also asserts harder drugs may have spurred a homicidal mind state.

Dr. Drew joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and discussed what he thinks actually sent Nick all the way over the edge ... "The kind of violence that was on display here to me still reads methamphetamine … I keep saying that over and over again."

Drew continued ... "When he was picked up, it's worth trying to understand: What part of town was he in? What was he doing there?"
