Kim Kardashian Awarded 1 Euro For 2016 Paris Robbery

Kim Kardashian has been awarded just one euro for the infamous 2016 Paris robbery she says was "deeply traumatic" ... but it sounds like this is the outcome Kim wanted.

A Paris court awarded the compensation on Tuesday -- which was the amount she had asked for -- and recognized her as a victim of the harrowing incident.

Kim and stylist Simone Harouche -- who was at the hotel when the robbery went down -- tell TMZ in a joint statement ... "We are grateful to the French justice system for recognizing us as victims of the terrible events that took place in Paris in 2016. The experience was deeply traumatic, and its impact has stayed with us."

The statement continues ... "Today's decision is not about the compensation, but about accountability and recognition. We are thankful to the Court and everyone who supported us throughout this process, and we hope to now move forward and continue to heal."

The brother of the Lindsay Clancy holdout juror is speaking out ... and he believes religion was NOT a factor in his sibling's decision to single-handly prevent a unanimous not guilty verdict.

He told The Post his brother didn't let his Catholic faith influence his judgment, saying ... "I don't think religion had anything to do with it."

The juror's brother insisted ... "He looked at the case, and he made the call. For me, that's how I would do it. I would just listen to the case with all the evidence, and go from there."

Nick Reiner DA Won't Seek Death Penalty

The Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman is taking the death penalty off the table in Nick Reiner’s criminal case ... and it is partly due to his slain parents’ view on executing criminals ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Hochman and his team decided to remove the death penalty for several reasons -- in no small part because Rob and Michele were against the death penalty.

DEATH PENALTY OFF THE TABLE

Nick Reiner won't face the death penalty in his criminal case ... and it seems the public won't be clued in on certain details of the case -- because the Los Angeles County District Attorney says his siblings don't want grand jury testimony released to the public.

Los Angeles D.A. Nathan Hochman spoke to the assembled media outside the Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning ... confirming our report that his office won't pursue the death penalty.

D.A. Hochman noted his office thoroughly reviewed the case, listened to Nick's siblings Jake and Romy Reiner's desires ... and decided that life without the possibility of parole -- the other max sentence for Nick -- is sufficient.

Thomas Matthew Crooks -- the 20-year-old would-be assassin who shot Donald Trump in the ear -- was cremated just days after he died ... and it appears an unknown individual stepped up to cover the cost.

Documents released to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, and obtained by the New York Post, reveal an "anonymous donor paid for cremation."

According to the NYP, this note appears at the end of an interview with Crooks' dad. Docs also indicate Crooks' dad said he was "retired" while his mother was on leave from work, which may explain why someone else stepped in to cover the high costs.

An American Airlines passenger got totally naked and performed lewd acts on herself in front of others during a flight to Florida ... and she wound up in police custody, according to a report.

Fox News said the woman was flying on an AA flight from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to Miami International Airport late Friday night when she decided to rip off her clothes and start doing X-rated stuff in the view of other passengers. 

The news outlet also said the flight crew promptly went to the cockpit to report the disturbance to the captain, identifying the woman as a "passenger in row 9."

Tawnia McGeehan, who allegedly killed her daughter Addi Smith in a murder-suicide while in Vegas for a cheer competition, had several medications in her system at the time she took her and her daughter’s lives, TMZ has learned. 

TMZ obtained the Clark County Medical Examiner report for Tawnia and Addi’s deaths. The document listed the causes of their deaths as gunshot wounds to the head.

The report said Tawnia’s ex-husband called cops for a welfare check after failing to get ahold of the two in February 2026. 

Late Migos Rapper Takeoff Alleged Murderer Wants To Examine Bullets

Late Migos rapper Takeoff's alleged murderer, Patrick Xavier Clark, is making moves to examine evidence, including the supposed bullets from his fatal shooting ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Clark wants permission to review certain items in the Houston Police Department's possession.

Patrick said he wants an independent expert to examine the evidence to help build his defense ahead of trial, which is scheduled for November. 

Demi Lovato's Ex Max Ehrich Busted For Nitrous Possession ... 1 Year After Assault Arrest

Demi Lovato's ex-fiancé Max Ehrich was arrested for possession of nitrous oxide ... and police busted him in a shopping center in Florida … TMZ has learned.

We obtained the arrest affidavit, which says Max was booked on August 25 ... cops say the former child actor called 911 but hung up after the call connected.

According to the docs, cops drove out to the scene and found Max in the bushes next to a plastic bag containing a large container of Nitrous Oxide E942 labeled "Max Cream Charger." The report said Max seemed "dazed and showed a lack of balance when standing."

A Florida mom is accused of killing her 3-month-old son ... and cops say one of the biggest clues may have been sitting right on her finger.

Jessica Vlasac was arrested Thursday after investigators say her baby suffered multiple blows to the head -- including injuries consistent with being struck by the large, square-shaped ring she was wearing.

Cops say Vlasac initially claimed she'd accidentally fallen asleep with the infant and woke up to find him face down and unresponsive.

12:51PM PT -- The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office tells TMZ ... Mikquale's official cause of death has been determined to be multiple gunshot wounds and the manner was ruled a homicide.

Chicago rapper BloodHound Q50 was killed in a brutal early-morning ambush in Chicago -- with six masked gunmen allegedly surrounding the Tesla he was in and opening fire.

Q50 -- whose real name was Mikquale T. Cooper -- was behind the wheel of a white Tesla parked at a BP gas station in Chicago's Fuller Park neighborhood around 4 AM Sunday when he was gunned down, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Police say the 22-year-old had just arrived when a black Infiniti carrying two masked people pulled up alongside him. Around the same time, a silver Honda Accord with four people inside reportedly arrived at another pump.

Manson Family Top Lieutenant Bruce Davis Dead at 83

Manson Family killer Bruce Davis -- who was considered one of Charles Manson's top lieutenants during their infamous, blood-soaked 1960s murder spree in Los Angeles -- is dead, TMZ has learned.

Davis died at exactly 11:03 PM on September 11 at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville, where he was incarcerated ... according to sources and the Solano County Coroner's Office. A cause of death was not released.

Like Manson, Davis was not present at the notorious Tate-LaBianca murder scenes in which 7 people were killed by other members of the Manson Family, including film director Roman Polanski's pregnant wife, Sharon Tate.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson was spotted out for the first time since he and his brother Zach got in a heated altercation with some folks at a South Carolina bar.

Video and photos of Brian outside his family home in Greenville show him seemingly grabbing some food from the porch Sunday, just days after he and Zach got into a wild fight at the Wild Wings Cafe.

As we previously reported, Brian was detained Saturday night after he tossed a chair inside the watering hole ... and video showed the moment chaos erupted. Zach was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct.

Police in Lakeland say Isaac Kinsey crashed his car early Wednesday after blowing through a road closure and into a construction area. When officers arrived, Kinsey was gone ... but two empty car seats inside the wreck immediately set off alarm bells.

Cops launched a search, and about 30 minutes later, a drone spotted the 27-year-old deep in a dark, swampy area carrying his 2-year-old toddler and 10-month-old infant.

Corie Walsh rambled to police about McDonald's and started singing a tune from "The Wizard of Oz" after she allegedly killed her child while paying close attention to the Lindsay Clancy trial.

Walsh, the mother of four in Illinois who is charged with murdering her son, talked to cops after her 2-year-old was found dead in the basement of their family home earlier this month ... and she told them she went to Mickey D's for a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon ... her attorney, Robert Kerr, reportedly told the judge.

That doesn't make much sense ... McDonald's doesn't serve breakfast in the afternoon.

What's more, Walsh's defense says she started singing "Follow The Yellow Brick Road" while talking to investigators.
