A fart fetish group has made an offer to ABC to license the rights to the infamous Nancy Grace "Dancing with the Stars" fart footage ... we repeat, a fart fetish group ... apparently, they exist.
A rep for the fetish site Clips4Sale.com tells TMZ, the company made an official offer to ABC yesterday -- writing, "After viewing and hearing Nancy Grace's alleged 'toot' after her performance on 'Dancing With The Stars,' [we] would like to acquire the rights of the three-second footage." (below)

The rep adds, "We wish to acquire this for our members of our web site who are 'Flatulophiliacs' or simply put, 'Fart Fanatics'."

It's unclear how much the clip would cost -- or if it's even for sale -- but we're confident these guys can sniff out a good deal.

She got a fair trial in the TMZ newsroom ... but Nancy Grace was officially convicted on one count of chemical warfare ... by farting in the ballroom on "Dancing with the Stars."

BREAKING WIND NEWS -- Nancy Grace claims she's been FRAMED in the "Dancing with the Stars" fart mystery ... and tells TMZ an "investigation" is underway to find out who REALLY dealt it.

Grace -- who was doing a post-dance interview on the show last night when someone let it rip -- tells us, "As an ear witness on the scene, I can absolutely exonerate Tristan, myself and Brooke."

The suspicious letter containing white powder that triggered a crisis at CBS Studios today was addressed to a specific individual connected with "Dancing with the Stars" ... TMZ has learned.

While there's been controversy surrounding Chaz Bono's appearance on the show ... sources tell us the target was NOT an on-air personality or contestant.

As we previously reported, it was determined the powder in the letter was not a harmful substance.

The suspicious, white-powder-containing letter that triggered an emergency situation at CBS Studios in Hollywood today was intended for "Dancing with the Stars" ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... emergency vehicles were called to the studio after an unknown white powder spilled out of a letter inside the CBS mailroom.

Officials later determined the substance was not anthrax -- or any other harmful substance.

Sources on the lot tell TMZ ... the letter was NOT addressed to anyone on "Dancing with the Stars" ... but so far, it's unclear who the intended recipient was.

It's not the first time CBS has had an anthrax scare -- just last year, the studio went on lockdown when production staff found white powder in a letter addressed to Bristol Palin.

Officials also intercepted a threatening letter addressed to "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson just last month. The letter also contained white powder -- which was later determined to be cornmeal.

3:21 PM:The L.A. City Hazardous Materials team is on the scene.

Nancy Grace is adamant ... her nip did NOT slip on "Dancing with the Stars" last night ... and insists the object that poked out of her dress last night was merely a PASTY!

Grace tells TMZ ... "When I got dressed, I was wearing Petals (nipple covers) and an industrial strength bra ... my dancing dress also had a bra sewn into it."

Nancy adds, "I have been judged guilty without a trial ... I will go to my grave denying the nip slip."

Nancy Grace's bra has been a key factor during her performances on "Dancing with the Stars" -- not JUST for support, she's also using it to SMUGGLE various lucky charms onto the ballroom floor.

TMZ has learned ... Nancy's 3-year-old twins LOVE watching their mom on the show -- and they've been giving her various "special" objects for good luck -- including a barrette and a little stone.

But since they don't exactly make pockets on Nancy's teeny, tiny cocktail dress costumes -- she's been stuffing the items into her bra ... so they're close to her heart when she's doing her thing.

Derek Hough proved he can stomach his "Dancing with the Stars" competition by showing off his lean, ripped and hairless chest & abs this weekend.
