"Deadliest Catch" star Elliott Neese is an unstable ticking time bomb waiting to explode ... so says his baby mama who just got a restraining order against the reality star.

According to court docs filed in Alaska obtained by TMZ, Neese -- the captain of the F/V Ramblin' Rose -- has been on bad terms with his baby mama Valerie Gunderson for a while ... and now she believes there are signs he could "snap" on her at any moment.

One of the BIGGEST signs, Valerie alleges ... is that Elliott has been drinking, possibly using drugs and harassing her through the phone.

In fact, Valerie claims on Feb 13 ... Elliott called her 38 TIMES and sent 15 texts her way in less than an hour ... when she refused to talk to him. One month before that, Valerie claims he called her 54 TIMES in one night.

Valerie claims Elliott also called her mother and told her, "If I can't have [Valerie] nobody can."

Valerie claims Elliott has a history of domestic violence -- smashing her belongings in 2010 and attacking her in 2006 -- and she doesn't want to be a victim again.

The judge felt Valerie's fears are legit -- and has issued a temporary restraining order against Neese ... banning him from calling Valerie or contacting her in any way.

The badass Samoan guy on "Deadliest Catch" is in trouble for allegedly squeezin' one out in a men's room in Alaska ... as in, he's been accused of putting some guy in a serious headlock.

TMZ has learned ... Feleti "Freddy" Maugatai has been charged with misdemeanor assault over a violent altercation at the Grand Aleutian Hotel in Alaska on December 16.

According to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ ... a female witness claims the Discovery Channel reality star got into a fight with her husband ... and it spilled over into the restroom.

When the woman went to check on the situation, she claims she observed that Freddy had her husband in a headlock.

The woman claims she tried to free her hubby, but Freddy grabbed her by the arm and "forcefully" pushed her across the restroom.

When cops arrived to the scene, police say they observed the woman had bruising and swelling on her arm.

According to the complaint, Freddy told police he didn't start the fight ... but was merely defending himself after the other man punched him in the face. Freddy says he "did not touch Katz."

A few days later, a judge ordered Freddy to stay away from the woman, her husband and the hotel. He's due back in court later this month.

TMZ has obtained the emergency radio call made moments after a member of the "Deadliest Catch" fishing crew collapsed while at sea Tuesday -- and according to the caller, the man showed "signs of shock and possible convulsions."

During the transmission, the caller says the unidentified crew member is "barely coherent" -- and probably suffering from severe dehydration.

The crew member in question -- who we're told was a novice crab fisherman AKA a "greenhorn" -- was airlifted to a nearby hospital in Alaska for treatment.

Keith lost his temper after the photog in question -- named Brad Carper -- called up to the wheelhouse looking for one of the show's producers, interrupting Keith at exactly the wrong time.

Keith snapped.

The fight, which airs next Tuesday on Discovery, went down a couple months ago -- near the end of opilio crab fishing season -- and sources connected with the show tell TMZ, Keith was extremely stressed at the time ... and his fuse was real short. No kidding.

TMZ has obtained a clip from the upcoming season of "D.C." ... in which Derrick Ray -- the new skipper of the F/V Cornelia Marie -- gets into a serious verbal spat with engineer Steve Ward.

During the fight, Phil's son Jake pleads for the two to make up ... and that's when Ray heartlessly snaps and says,"Phil's not here, he's f**king dead, okay?"

To make things worse ... Phil's other son Josh is also in earshot.

Law enforcement officials in Homer, AK tell us they got a call at 12:52 PM yesterday reporting a deceased male at the Best Western Bidarka Inn. Upon arrival they found 33-year-old Tennison lying on a bed unresponsive.

We're told a search of the room -- which was registered to Justin -- turned up a small amount of marijuana, as well as several bottles of alcohol in the refrigerator. Cops tell us they believe there had been a party in the room the night before.

It's unknown if the booze and drugs played a role in Justin's death -- his body was transported to the State Medical Examiner ... and an autopsy is scheduled for later today.

We're told Jake and Josh Harris are currently on board the boat their dad made famous -- the F/V Cornelia Marie because they feel their dad would have wanted them to treat the day like any other day ... and continue to run the family business.

Sources close to the family tells us the boys just wrapped up a successful season of Opilio crabbing and are now headed to Kodiak, AK for cleaning and repairs.

As we previously reported, both Jake and Josh have expressed interest in following in Phil's footsteps ... and captain their own boats one day.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Crosby Leveen -- one of the deckhands on the F/V Wizard -- was hooked in a routine license inspection when authorities noticed he lied about his residency on his license application in an effort to save a few bucks.

Officials tell us out-of-state fishermen, like Crosby, will sometimes try to claim Alaska residency because license fees are cheaper for AK residents.

The Unalaska Department of Public Safety (Unalaska is a city in Alaska, weird ...we know) tells TMZ ... police responded to the famous "Cornelia Marie" on November 5, 2010 after receiving a call from Captain Derek Ray.

We're told Ray -- who took over the boat after the death of Captain Phil Harris -- told cops Phil's son Jake Harris (a deckhand on the boat) had been abusing prescription drugs while at sea.

Officials tell us ... cops searched the boat and found "paraphernalia" -- but not enough evidence to connect Jake to a crime.

Cops interviewed everyone on the boat -- but so far, no arrests have been made.

The Hillstrands had previously quit the show after a lawsuit between the brothers and Discovery over an unfinished TV special -- Hansen quit as a sign of solidarity.

Through a rep, the trio tells TMZ, "We're happy we worked everything out with Discovery. A deal's a deal. We're heading up to Dutch Harbor to start filming the new season of 'Deadliest Catch' and hopefully it will be the best one yet."

According to sources at Rutledge Corn Maze -- a company that builds a different corn maze on their property every year as an amusement attraction -- "The Captain Phil Harris Memorial Maze" was made to honor the late fisherman for his contributions to the local community.

The name of Phil's crab fishing vessel -- the Cornelia Marie -- is also immortalized in the Tumwater, Washington corn field.

One "Deadliest Catch" crew member won't be released back into the wild for 9 years -- because dude was just found guilty of robbing three banks in Oregon.

23-year-old Joshua Tell Warner -- who briefly worked on the F/V Wizard crab boat in 2009 -- pled guilty today in Oregon to three bank robbery charges. Warner admitted to robbing one bank before appearing on the show and two after.

Warner apologized to the numerous bank tellers who were present at his court appearance today -- where he was sentenced to nine years in prison.

Jake Harris -- one of the stars of "Deadliest Catch" -- was back in court Friday to deal with his reckless driving case when he got a pleasant surprise ... dude got his license back.

As we previously reported, Jake had to deal with all sorts of legal drama after he was arrested back in February on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license.

But after the DUI and hit-and-run charges were thrown out due to lack of evidence ... a judge found no cause to keep Jake out of the driver's seat.

He's a hell of a fisherman, but it seems "Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris is a fish out of water when it comes to organizing his calendar -- and that's why he's a wanted man.

After a judge in King County, Washington issued a bench warrant for Jake's arrest yesterday -- for no-showing at his reckless driving pre-trial -- Harris' lawyer told TMZ that his client simply screwed up the date.

Attorney Ed Ritter tells us Jake was actually looking forward to court, but accidentally marked it down on his calendar on the wrong day. Ritter claims Jake plans on attending court later today to "squash the warrant and apologize profusely to the judge."

As we previously reported, Harris was arrested back in February over an allegedly dangerous late night joy ride.

Jake Harris -- one of the stars of "Deadliest Catch" -- is officially a wanted man after blowing off a critical court appearance in his reckless driving case today.

TMZ has learned a judge in King County, Washington issued a bench warrant for the 24-year-old after he failed to appear for his pretrial hearing today.

Jake -- the youngest son of the late Captain Phil Harris -- was arrested back in February after allegedly driving recklessly and causing a late-night car crash.

In addition to reckless driving, Jake was originally charged with DUI and hit-and-run -- but those two charges were eventually dropped.

TMZ has learned the show's creator Thom Beers hosted the private event at his home for an intimate group that included Phil's sons, Jake and Josh.

We're told the screening was "boisterous and tearful" -- and at one point, the group raised their glasses in a special toast to Phil's memory.
