Hickerson sat down with TMZ's Charlie Neff ahead of Hayden's upcoming memoir, "This Is Me: A Reckoning" ... and got surprisingly emotional when the conversation turned to the former couple's relationship.

PBS Kansas Employee Marine Vet Dies in Alleged Domestic Violence Killing

A young PBS employee’s life was cut short in a brutal shooting -- and cops say the man behind it was someone she once loved and trusted.

Ivy Unruh -- a 25-year-old engineer for PBS Kansas and a U.S. Marine veteran -- was gunned down outside her Wichita apartment early Friday morning ... allegedly by her estranged husband.

Police say Unruh was shot in the upper body around 8 AM and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She fought for days, but ultimately died Monday from her injuries.

29-year-old Joshua Orlando -- identified as her estranged husband -- called 911 to report the shooting himself, according to the Wichita Police Department. When officers arrived, they arrested him at the scene and recovered a firearm.

Taylor Frankie Paul just announced she’s been living with PTSD ... for years.

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star took to her Instagram stories Sunday with a message “for all those that assumed diagnoses” … declaring she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder two years ago.

Taylor writes that she was diagnosed “by more than one therapist” … and muses that it might even be considered Complex PTSD.

Dakota Mortensen is speaking out after his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Frankie Paul, escaped prosecution in their domestic violence cases, saying his sole focus is on the well-being of their young son while also taking some accountability. 

Dakota posted an essay on Instagram early Monday morning after prosecutors in Utah announced last week Taylor would not face criminal charges following several of the former couple's domestic violence incidents from February of this year. Prosecutors indicated it would be tough to prove the cases beyond a reasonable doubt.  

In his IG post, Dakota said he's recently taken a step back from all the drama -- while trying to create a stable environment for the 2-year-old son he shares with Taylor. Taylor temporarily lost custody of their son after Dakota filed a temporary protective order against her.

Dakota also wrote that he's not perfect and takes accountability for what happened between him and Taylor, apologizing for his role in the whole ordeal.

As you know, Taylor was the star of the reality show, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Lives." She was also set to star in the since-scrapped latest season of "The Bachelorette" ... until the show got canceled after TMZ published video from Taylor and Dakota's 2023 domestic incident, in which Taylor was criminally charged.

In audio from Draper Police, obtained by TMZ ... TFP can be heard telling the officer she wants them to talk to her lawyer about whatever Dakota told them ... and she adds whatever he claimed, it was "not accurate."

This is a big deal since it was those accusations -- and footage from a prior incident we reported -- which torpedoed her two shows, "The Bachelorette" being the other.

An insider with direct knowledge tells TMZ … yesterday was a major development ... and is a big step in 'SLOMW' maybe resuming production. But there are still some matters that need to be attended to -- such as the findings of the third-party investigation. It’s unclear at the moment where that process is at.

Jessica McClure Morales -- the famous "Baby Jessica" who made national news when she fell down a well back in 1987 -- allegedly choked a member of her family.

According to the probable cause affidavit for Jessica's arrest ... cops in Midland County, Texas say Jessica told them the Saturday confrontation began when she and her husband got into a heated verbal argument -- during which she allegedly scratched him while trying to shove him away.

A witness apparently told the police a somewhat different story. Cops say they were told someone advised Jessica and her husband not to fight in front of a child who was in the room. Her husband allegedly said "F*** that" ... before she grabbed him by the throat.

Prosecutors in Utah announced Tuesday they were declining to file criminal charges against the 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star.

Taylor was the subject of two separate investigations by two different police departments ... but the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office says there was not enough evidence to support filing criminal charges.

Jessica McClure Morales -- who shot to fame as "Baby Jessica" way back in 1987 after being rescued from a deep well when she was 18 months old -- was arrested in Texas following an alleged domestic disturbance ... and she's facing a criminal charge.

Jessica, who is now 40 years old, was taken into police custody Saturday night after an alleged incident at her Midland County home ... and she's charged with assault causing bodily injury involving family violence ... TMZ has confirmed.

It's unclear what the alleged domestic disturbance involved ... but the Midland County Sheriff's Office responded to Jessica's home around 10 PM Saturday and made an arrest.

Lindsie Chrisley wants a judge to order her ex-boyfriend, David Landsman, to stay 500 yards away from her after his recent arrest for allegedly choking her ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Lindsie asked the court to order David to stop harassing, abusing, and intimidating her.

Lindsie says she dated David for two years, and they stayed at each other’s homes. In her filing, she says the relationship ended after his recent arrest on April 10. In the filing, Lindsie said she went to dinner with David the night before his arrest and claims he saw a photo on her phone that he thought was a photo of another man.

She alleged that he became verbally aggressive until she was able to explain that the photo was of him, not another man. She said David apologized once he realized he was wrong.

It seems like Lindsie Chrisley might've fought back when her boyfriend allegedly attacked her ... at least from the looks of his mug shot.

As we previously reported, Lindsie's boyfriend, David Landsman, was arrested in Georgia last week on one count of aggravated assault-strangulation ... and TMZ has obtained his booking photo.

In the mug shot from Cherokee County jail, Landsman appears to be bleeding from his face -- the blood seems to start around his eye and eyebrow and runs down his cheek.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Denise Richards will not have her paychecks seized over her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ massive debt … TMZ has learned a judge denied one of his creditors' efforts to get their hands on her money to satisfy the debt.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a L.A. judge denied a request by a debt collector company, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, to go after Denise’s money.

The debt collector sued Aaron in 2022 over an unpaid loan. Two years later, the judge granted Creditors Adjustment a default judgment totaling $228,000.

Avenatti was convicted of various crimes -- including a $20 million extortion scheme against Nike and stealing $300,000 from Stormy -- and sentenced to 11 years 3 months. He served around 4 years and was released Tuesday.

Avenatti is not a fully free man. He's been ordered to serve more time in a halfway house in Hollywood. He's also required to participate in mental health treatment and stay away from unlawful controlled substances. His projected release date is September 2028.
