'Buckwild' Star Salwa Ordered to REHAB After That, Back To Jail

Published | Updated

Good News: "Buckwild" star Salwa Amin is getting out of jail!!!

Bad News: She's only being TEMPORARILY released so she can go to an inpatient rehab for opiates.

Worse News: After she completes rehab, the judge is making her go back to jail.

Old News: Salwa was locked up without bail in West Virginia on March 27, when a court-ordered drug test turned up oxycodone and morphine.

On Monday, a West Virginia court ordered her to an inpatient treatment program ... it's not clear for how long.

Salwa was originally arrested in a February drug raid at her friend's house. Officers allegedly turned up oxycodone and heroin and booked them on counts of felony drug possession with intent to deliver ... that's why she was ordered to drug-test in the first place.

Once she's done with rehab, Salwa is coming STRAIGHT BACK to jail to await a court date regarding the original drug charges ... and that date hasn't been set yet.

Reese Witherspoon Arrest MORE Dash Cam Footage Hubby Blames Her

Published | Updated

More Reese Witherspoon video ... and this part is very personal, where Reese's husband, Jim Toth, blames her for making a traffic stop national news.

The clip starts with Reese's now-famous line, "My name is Reese Witherspoon ... It will be in the national news." You then hear her argue with the cop.

A while later ... when Reese and Jim are in the patrol car ... you hear him scold her for mouthing off to the cop. At one point she says to Jim, "He doesn't have jurisdiction over the ground he speaks on." Classic.

You gotta watch this.

Reese Witherspoon Arrest DASH CAM VIDEO Crazier Than You Thought!

Published | Updated

10:30 AM PT -- And just when you thought it couldn't get any better ... we just posted more video.

Reese Witherspoon wasn't kidding when she told GMA she was "saying all kinds of crazy things" ... and TMZ has obtained the entire, unbelievably entertaining dash cam video.

The footage, obtained from law enforcement sources, shows the officer arresting Reese's husband Jim Toth for DUI in the early morning hours of April 19.

Reese -- who since admitted she was hammered at the time -- decided to butt in during the arrest ... and the officer obviously wasn't having it and cartoonishly enforced the law with a vengeance.

In fact, the cop warned Reese several times to sit down and be quiet so he could focus on Jim -- Witherspoon didn't exactly comply.

Instead, Reese got in the officer's face ... and annoyed him to the point that he arrested her for disorderly conduct. Here are some of Reese's finest quotes during the incident:

Reese: "Do you know my name sir?"
Officer: "Don't need to know."
Reese "You don't NEED to know my name?"
Officer: "Not quite yet."
Reese: "YOU'RE ABOUT TO FIND OUT WHO I AM!"

Reese: "I have done nothing against the law."
Officer: "Yes you did, you didn't obey my orders."
Reese: "I HAVE TO OBEY YOUR ORDERS??"

Reese: "I'm now being arrested and handcuffed??"

Reese: "I'm an American citizen ... I'm allowed to stand on American ground."

Reese: "You better not arrest me."

Reese: "I'm being anti-American?"
Officer: "Yes, please sit down."
Reese: "Wow!"

Reese: "You're harassing me as an American citizen"

And the best line -- "I'm obstructing your justice?"

After Reese's tirade, Jim actually told the cop, "I'm sorry, I had nothing to do with that!"

During the arrest, Reese also told the cop she was pregnant and needed to pee. She later confessed on "GMA" that she panicked and said "crazy things" because her husband was being arrested.

Funny moment during the bust ... the officer instructs Toth to blow hard during a breathalyzer test -- coaching him along the way, "Blow! blow! blow! blow! blow! blow! blow!"

But Toth blew TOO HARD ... and the cop had to do the whole thing all over again.

We broke the story ... Reese pled no contest to Physical Obstruction of Another and Jim pled guilty to DUI.

Kris Kross Death Reunion Concert Fueled Drug Spiral

Published | Updated

Kris Kross' recent comeback ... and the money that came with it ... put Mac Daddy on a drug-fueled road to self-destruction, sources close to the deceased rapper tell TMZ.

Sources tell us, Mac Daddy -- real name Chris Kelly -- has been on and off drugs (including cocaine and heroin) for the last ten years, but had recently cleaned up his act.

We're told that changed dramatically in recent weeks, following Kris Kross' big comeback concert in Atlanta back in February.

According to sources, Kelly's ego blew up ... along with his wallet ... and he started hanging out in clubs again, chumming up with big name Atlanta rappers. We're told the drugs came back in full force as a result.

As we reported, Kelly's mother told police the rapper had been taking speedballs (coke and heroin mixed together) Tuesday night ... the night before he died ... and cops believe drugs contributed to his death.

Reese Witherspoon Pleads No Contest ... Hubby Pleads Guilty to DUI

Published | Updated

Reese Witherspoon just pled no contest and her husband Jim Toth pled guilty in Atlanta to charges stemming from his DUI arrest and her bust for mouthing off to the arresting officer ... TMZ has learned.

Reese -- who was arrested for disorderly conduct April 19 after disobeying an officer's order to stay in the car -- pled no contest to the infraction. You'll recall during her husband's arrest an inebriated Reese asked the cop, "Do you know my name?" She also told him he was gonna be on national news.

Reese -- who was not present but represented by her lawyer, Bruce Morris -- entered the plea to physical obstruction of another and will pay a $213 fine, and that's it.

As for Jim, he was in court and pled guilty to driving under the influence. He'll get no jail time but he must perform 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education program. He's been placed on probation for 12 months.

The judge said to Jim, "Consider yourself fortunate you didn't injure your passenger [Reese] and didn't kill anyone."

This is an unusual move for celebrities, who often try and spin their legal woes. Reese was on GMA this morning ... saying she and Jim took full responsibility for their screw-ups and even admitted they exercised really bad judgment when he got behind the wheel drunk.

Her GMA appearance was just hours before Reese and Jim essentially said the same thing to a judge -- accepting responsibility and taking their lumps.

Kelly was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead a few hours later.

After the death, cops spoke with Donna Kelly Pratte -- Chris' mother -- who told police ... the night before Kelly's medical emergency, he had taken a mixture of heroin and cocaine -- commonly known as "speedballs."

Donna told police she had personally taken Kelly home to recover from the drug use ... just as she had done several times before. Donna told cops Kelly had felt nauseous all morning before passing out.

According to the report, Kelly's mother and Kelly's uncle both told investigators the rapper had an "extensive history of drug use."

Hours before Kelly passed out, he had a phone interview with The Streetz Morning Grind radio show in ATL ... and sounded like he was in bad shape.

In fact, Kelly made reference to his hard-partying ways, which seemed to upset the DJ, who was personal friends with the rapper.

Farrah Abraham has pleaded NOT GUILTY to her DUI -- and her May 31st trial could be awesome ... based on her list of excuses.

TMZ broke the story ... the former MTV "Teen Mom" (turned porn star) got popped for DUI in Nebraska, back in March.

Farrah's attorney was in court this morning to enter a not guilty plea to all 3 charges she's facing -- aggravated DUI, refusal to take a field test and disorderly conduct.

Farrah blew a .147 -- nearly twice the legal limit, according to the police report.

She went on TMZ Live days after the arrest and claimed she did nothing wrong -- that people had been feeding her drinks ... she was "put in a bad situation" by her sister ... was only re-parking her car ... she had a sober friend with her ... plus she had a bad cough and couldn't blow properly.

Tell it to the judge, Farrah.

Jenelle Evans NOT MY HEROIN!

Former "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans DENIES she was in possession of heroin Tuesday at the time of her arrest.

A source close to Jenelle tells TMZ, Jenelle says the drugs recovered by police inside Jenelle's North Carolina home -- including 12 bindles of heroin and Percocet -- were not hers ... and she had no idea they were in the house.

Jenelle's lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, tells us, they're going to fight it and beat the rap.

Jenelle was also arrested for assault after allegedly attacking her husband with a piece of furniture -- but according to sources, Jenelle says it was self-defense during a domestic brawl. Her hubby was also arrested.

Justin Bieber Pot Bust on Tour Bus

Published | Updated

TMZ has spoken with a rep for the Stockholm PD, who told us ... Around 7:10 PM on Wednesday night, an officer smelled weed coming from Justin's bus, which was parked in front of the Grand Hotel.

Cops say ... when the bus left the hotel and headed toward the Globe Arena, the officer contacted a special narcotics unit, which issued a warrant to search Bieber's bus.

We're told cops searched the bus in the parking garage of the Globe Arena -- no one was on the bus at the time.

Cops say they found a small amount of narcotics (they won't say which drug, but local papers say it's weed) -- along with a taser.

We're told cops have not identified a suspect yet ... and the bus has not been impounded.

Bieber had been seen with his pal Lil Za in the hours before the weed incident ... and FYI, Za is the guy who was seen smoking pot with Bieber at an L.A. home earlier this year.

Cops tell us NO ONE WILL BE CHARGED because they have no idea who was in possession of the drug since the bus was empty. They found the narcotic on the floor of the bus so they have no clue who brought it on.

Justin Bieber
is so rock n' roll -- his tour bus was raided by Swedish police who allegedly found marijuana on board Wednesday night ... according to a Swedish newspaper.

Police reportedly boarded the bus in Stockholm as the bus pulled up at the arena where Bieber was performing ... and found a "small amount" of what appeared to be pot.

A police spokesman told the Aftonbladet newspaper ... they first detected a "strong smell" of marijuana coming from the bus as they were controlling the huge crowd that had gathered outside Bieber's hotel.

The Swedish report says police also found a stun gun ... which requires a permit.

No arrests were made ... and it's unclear if Justin was on the bus, or if he'd already entered the arena, when the raid went down.

Story developing ...

2 Chainz Freed! OFF THE HOOK In Marijuana Case

Published | Updated

We saw this one coming from a mile away -- 2 Chainz has been found not guilty of weed possession ... stemming from a bust where the arresting cops took pics with the rapper.

The ruling came down in Maryland yesterday -- after a judge determined there was not enough evidence to prove the weed found in the rapper's tour van belonged to 2 Chainz.

As we previously reported, the "I'm Different" rapper was popped in February when cops pulled over a van he was riding in with six others -- though the rapper was the only one cited.

The Maryland State Police officers involved in the stop took pictures with the hip hop star ... though it was never clear who initiated the impromptu shoot, Chainz complained later on Twitter about "dam police f*ckn wit a n**ga. .... Locked me up and then Wanted pictures smh (shakin' my head)."

Jenelle Evans Booted From Home ... After Heroin Arrest

Published | Updated

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans has been thrown out of her home -- following her heroin arrest this week ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the troubled MTV star tell us ... Jenelle and her husband Courtland Rogers had been living together at Courtland's mother's house ever since they got married. But after Jenelle and Courtland were arrested for assault and heroin possession in North Carolina this week, Courtland's mom decided she'd had enough and banned J.E. from the home.

Sources say ... Jenelle's stuff was packed up in boxes Tuesday -- and the 21-year-old was told to come collect her crap, or else.

We're told Jenelle arrived to the home late Tuesday night -- accompanied by her mother and a police officer -- but even the cop couldn't prevent the drama that ensued.

Sources say ... Jenelle fired some profanity at Courtland's mom -- and accused the family of stealing her laptop computer -- before eventually leaving the scene in a huff (with her boxes).

We're told Jenelle had a pit bull that she cared for at the home -- but decided to leave the dog with the Rogers family. The sad part -- sources say Courtland's mom can't afford to care for the dog on her own, so she's now searching for a family to adopt the little guy.

As for Courtland, we're told he's NOT banned from the house -- and the family is "open" to having him back at the home.

Calls to Jenelle have not been returned.
