John Stamos has been in rehab for more than 2 weeks now ... TMZ has learned.

Stamos checked into a residential treatment facility on June 24, according to our sources. That was 12 days after his DUI bust in Beverly Hills.

Sources tell TMZ ... Stamos' issues are not a recent development. We're told he's getting treatment for a substance abuse problem that "developed over a period of time."

John Stamos is in rehab ... five weeks after he was arrested for DUI.

The 51-year-old actor is in a residential program for substance abuse. TMZ broke the story ... Stamos got busted in Beverly Hills on June 12.

Cops cuffed the former "Full House" star on the scene, but then rushed him to a hospital for treatment ... believing he was suffering from a serious medical condition.

He's scheduled to be in court for the DUI in September.

Scott Disick is saying NO to partying his face off -- for at least one night -- he's backed out of a paid hosting gig in Las Vegas.

Disick just made the 11th hour decision to postpone his Friday night appearance at 1Oak Nightclub in Vegas.

The decision comes on the heels of Kourtney Kardashian pulling the plug on their relationship -- and after Scott missed their 3-year-old daughter Penelope's birthday this week.

We broke the story ... Disick's friends had been urging him to cancel on 1Oak, and get into rehab.

Kourtney Kardashian's not the only one fed up with Scott Disick -- on the heels of missing his daughter's 3rd birthday, friends are urgently trying to get him into rehab.

Sources tell us Kourtney was peeved about Disick missing Penelope's party at Disneyland on Wednesday, and she was told some of Disick's pals feel it's more evidence he's off the wagon again.

We're told they've been trying to convince him to get treatment -- even before the bday screw up -- and they think they're on a deadline. Scott's scheduled to host a party Friday night at 1Oak in Las Vegas ... which the friends think is a dire mistake.

Our sources say they want him to cancel the appearance and get into a treatment program instead.

Seems Donovan McNabb tried the ol' boozy breath cover up trick before his DUI -- 'cause cops say he had TWO cough drops in his mouth when they arrived to the crash scene.

In the incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops say McNabb had all of signs of a drunk person when they approached him after he smashed into another car in Arizona on June 28th -- plus one cop said, "I noticed a strong, fruity odor on his breath."

When the officer asked what the smell was, McNabb said he was fighting a cold and had taken Robitussin and was eating 2 cough drops.

Cops asked McNabb to spit out the drops -- he did -- and suddenly, the arresting officer says he could definitely detect a "strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath."

According to the report, McNabb admitted he had been at a local sports bar before the incident -- and was just trying to get home. At one point, he asked if he could just walk back to his house, but insisted he was "good to drive."

Cops didn't believe him and arrested McNabb for DUI -- and things got worse.

As McNabb was walking into the detention area at the police station, he tripped ... another sign he was drunk, cops say.

McNabb didn't take a breathalyzer -- but submitted blood. The results were not included in the report.

Donovan McNabb's close friends are concerned that his drinking is out of control -- and tell TMZ Sports they've been urging him to change his lifestyle before it's too late.

We spoke with multiple people close to the ex-NFL quarterback who all said the same thing -- they weren't surprised by McNabb's 2nd DUI arrest ... because they all felt it was just a matter of time.

"The thing about Donovan is that he really don't give a sh*t," one friend tells us ... "but he really needs help."

His friends say they've tried to convince him to at least get a personal driver ... but he won't listen. Ditto for Uber.

"He refuses to take Uber for some reason. We have tried to convince him, but he refuses."

His friends say they care about him and want him to get better -- and hope the arrest can finally be the wake-up call he needs.

Terrell Owens says he's genuinely worried about his ex-teammate Donovan McNabb -- saying he's lucky the QB didn't kill anyone in his recent DUI arrest and wants him to get help, ASAP.

TMZ Sports spoke with T.O. who says the June 28th arrest should serve as a "wake up call" for the former Philadelphia Eagles star.

"DUI is a very serious thing. The number of lives that have been lost from it are staggering. It's a blessing no one was hurt."

Owens continued, "We may not still be playing, but we still serve as role models. You have to be more responsible."

You won't see boxing superstar Adrien Broner flossin' around in his expensive cars anytime soon -- because his driver's license was JUST suspended as part of his sentence in his DUI case.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Broner was popped for drunk driving in Ohio back in January -- and during the arrest, bragged that he was rich, famous and made more than $100 MILLION in his boxing career.

Now, we've learned ... Broner struck a deal with prosecutors in which he pled no contest to 1 count of misdemeanor reckless driving -- and was sentenced to 6 months probation, his license has been suspended for 6 months and he has to complete a driver's safety course.

Broner was also sentenced to 30 days in jail ... but most likely won't do the time because that part of his sentence was "suspended" ... meaning it'll only be enforced if he screws up.

Ex-NFL QB Donovan McNabb was popped for DUI in Arizona on June 28th ... the second time he's been arrested for DUI in 2 years.

The Gilbert Police Department says McNabb rear-ended a car that was stopped at a red light around 11:35 PM -- and when cops arrived to the scene, they determined Donovan was drunk.

The 38-year-old was subsequently arrested for DUI and transported to a nearby police station where he was booked, cited and eventually released.

As we previously reported, McNabb was arrested in December 2013 after cops say he was speeding in Maricopa County around 3 AM. He served 1 day in an AZ jail.

As for what McNabb is facing ... we spoke with John Kelly, a DUI attorney in Arizona, who tells us Donovan is realistically looking at 9 to 10 days in jail if convicted of a normal DUI (the punishment could get a lot worse if his blood alcohol level was "extreme").

Kelly says it's also common for people convicted of a 2nd DUI to have a ignition interlock system put in their car, which requires a breathalyzer test before the user can turn on the vehicle.

In addition, Kelly says McNabb will also face court fines in the $3,000 to $5,000 range.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon has not said a word about the bathtub incident that apparently will prove fatal, but TMZ now knows Nick's story ... that he did nothing to harm Bobbi Kristina and drugs did her in.

A member of Bobby Brown's family recorded Nick on February 21, 3 weeks after Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital. Even though Nick didn't know he was being taped, the call was legally recorded because Georgia is a 1-party state.

Nick says, "I'll tell you the honest truth, Krissy, she was under a lot of stress and we were all doing drugs and you know, all, all drinking, bro."

And then he said this: "She just did too much man. She, listen, listen bro. I will officially stay from bath tubs forever, I'll tell you that."

He then rails on those who think Bobbi Kristina's injuries prove he tried to kill her, saying, "When Krissy wakes up she'll tell the truth to everybody. Everybody will feel stupid as f***... You know Krissy got in an accident 2 days before this happened and the man is in critical condition right now."

He then warns the family, saying, "If they take her off that life support, the police are going to have to take me down bro."

NHL officials have been notified that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police investigation into ex-L.A. Kings player Mike Richards involves the prescription drug oxycodone ... multiple sources tell TMZ Sports.

Our sources say Richards was stopped while crossing from the United States into Canada on June 17th ... and we're told he was questioned about oxycodone pills, a powerful painkiller.

For the record, Richards has NOT been charged with a crime.

However, he has since been cut from the team for "a material breach of the requirements of his Standard Player's Contract."

We reached out to Richards' agent for comment multiple times but haven't heard back. Canadian officials refused to comment, citing privacy laws.

Drake is finally getting caught in the Kardashian web, dropping thousands while partying with Kendall Jenner and several friends at a London hotspot.

After headlining the Wireless Festival on Sunday, the rapper headed over to Chinawhite nightclub where he DJ'd and picked up the tab for fellow performer Kid Ink and 30 friends. Sources say the group included several famous Jenner pals -- Gigi Hadid, Joe Jonas, Rita Ora, and racers Lewis Hamilton and Tommy Hill.

Cops busted the rapper for the codeine ... he didn't have an Rx.

L.A. Kings hockey star Jarret Stoll just cut a great deal in his Vegas cocaine case -- because the felony drug possession charge was dropped and he'll do NO jail time.

As we previously reported, Stoll -- boyfriend of Erin Andrews -- was busted on April 17th for allegedly bringing cocaine and ecstasy to a Vegas pool party.

Now, we've learned ... Stoll struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to 2 misdemeanors -- breach of peace and trespass.

Stoll was facing up to 4 years behind bars for the drug charge ... instead, he won't spend one minute in jail and will NOT be on probation.

As part of the agreement, Stoll will launch a hockey program for at risk kids in Vegas and also work with the Salvation Army.

In a statement issued through his lawyer, David Chesnoff, Stoll says ... "Now that the case has been resolved I am committed to meeting all of my obligations to the court am grateful for the chance to offer guidance and share positive life lessons to kids as part of the resolution of this matter."

"My focus remains on hockey and I am looking forward to getting back on the ice next season."
