Sources close to the show tell TMZ ... producers did not ask the season 15 newbie to return for season 16.

Amanda's departure comes after a rocky rookie season ... she clashed with Dorit Kemsley and Bozoma Saint John claimed she was building a "cult" through her business.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Perez moved primarily for his older mom Teresita, who has family in Miami and wasn't happy living in Vegas.

We're told Perez began prioritizing family after his near-death experience in March, which required a 21-day hospital stay.

Our sources say he prayed about the decision and believed moving to Miami would make his mom happy.

Armando's husband, Kenny Niedermeier, tells TMZ ... his visa extension runs through August 27, but the U.S. Border Patrol said not to expect any time added.

Perez Hilton's alarming TikTok live stream caused the platform to speedily alert law enforcement and permanently ban his account, despite reports the stream continued for half an hour, TMZ has learned.

A TikTok U.S. spokesperson tells TMZ ... "Our automated moderation systems flagged the live stream within minutes and routed it to our U.S. moderation team for review. However, a moderator error caused a delay in the removal."

The spokesperson adds ... "We proactively alerted law enforcement to the situation to help get the individual support." TikTok is also pushing back on claims the live stream remained live for roughly 30 minutes, telling us that's "factually wrong."

In the alleged texts, obtained by TMZ, it appears things started with Rachel -- who is currently 23 -- sliding into Wayne's DMs on November 13 ... writing, "Fly me out I won't say anything like the last one."

It looks like Wayne then asked for her phone number before the conversation moved to text.

The alleged texts show Rachel suggesting they wait to meet up until after Christmas because she'd need time to line up a babysitter for her children. Then, on January 3 around 5 AM, it appears Wayne reignited the conversation with a simple message -- "want u."

The prosecutors who are trying to put Anna Kepner’s step-brother behind bars for murder obtained her Snapchat data from her final days … and say they have now handed it over to his defense team … TMZ has learned.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show prosecutors fired off a search warrant to obtain Anna’s messages and other info from her Snapchat and have now turned over the info to the defense.

The Snapchat messages are important because prosecutors have claimed Anna sent her final message on Snapchat at 8:14 p.m. The investigators say Anna’s brother Timothy Hudson, who was sharing the room with her, left the cabin at 10:13 PM and then returned at 11 PM.

Timothy is facing charges over Anna’s death. Prosecutors claim Anna’s brother raped her and then killed her inside their cabin.

It looks like Diddy's out $9,000 and a whole Best Buy's worth of electronics ... because the judge in his criminal case just signed an order handing over a bunch of stuff confiscated during his arrest and raids on his homes.

Judge Arun Subramanian -- who you may remember from presiding over Diddy's criminal trial -- signed an order Tuesday officially forfeiting a bunch of property to Uncle Sam, authorizing the feds to take possession and dispose of the items in accordance with the law.

It's a long list of items ... multiple iPhones, iPads, hard drives -- and even $9K cash seized from the Park Hyatt Hotel on September 16, 2024 -- when Diddy was taken into custody.

The docs note no claims contesting the forfeiture had been filed in the 30 days since the forfeiture notice was published ... so the judge signed off on the order, and now it's a done deal.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons ... Diddy now won't get out until February 20, 2028. This comes just days after his release date had been moved up from February to January.

The scandalized music mogul's release date had been jumping around a bunch lately -- it was originally slated for summer before jumping up to April, then February, then January ... and now back to February.
