Lambert's Old Label -- We Got It in Writing!

Published | Updated

Adam Lambert claims the album he recorded pre-"Idol" was nothing more than him singing someone else's songs -- but that just isn't true.

We've obtained an internal memo from two divisions of Adam's old label, which clearly lists Lambert as the co-writer on nine of the 11 tracks on the album.

Lambert's new handlers released a statement on his behalf this week condemning the album, which said: "I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else ... I was broke at the time and this was my chance to make a few bucks."

Ironically -- or not -- one of the tracks Lambert co-wrote is called "15 Minutes of Fame."

Lindsay and Ryan Deserve a Second Chance

Published | Updated

So we know exactly why Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan have been hanging out together -- it all has to do with second chances.

Our sources say Ryan wants Lindsay to do a show he's producing with this premise -- a million bucks will be doled out to people who are on the wrong track and are looking for a second chance.

There will be a panel which decides who gets the dough. Contestants will tell their sob stories. No, Lindsay won't be a contestant -- she's on the panel. Sounds kinda like "Queen for a Day."

Ryan Seacrest is one smart dude ...

'Gossip Girl' Star to Ex -- Don't Run For the Border

Published | Updated

Another "Gossip Girl" star in the news. Kelly Rutherford is apparently worried that her ex might leave the country with the couple's two children, Hermes and Helena.

We got our hands on docs filed yesterday in their custody war -- both Rutherford and her estranged hubby Daniel Giersch have agreed he will ante up his visa and visa application to her lawyer within a week.

The docs don't say why this is happening, but the application is telling -- it seems Giersch may have plans to leave the country, smack in the middle of their ongoing fight over the kids. Giersch is from Germany.

VH1 Chick -- Arresting Photos

Published | Updated

On the left -- VH1 "Tough Love" contestant Taylor Royce enjoying her evening in Biloxi, Miss. On the right -- cops hauling her off to jail a few hours later. Wha' happened?

Royce was busted on June 6 for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. As you can see in the photos, she began the night working a gig at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino as a DJ -- but we're told she sucked so bad, she was asked to leave. Cops say she then began yelling and screaming at everyone in sight and had to be pepper sprayed before being escorted out in cuffs.

Things were so bad, we were told by security that if Royce ever comes back, she'll be arrested for trespassing on sight.

I'm Carrie Prejean -- Get Me Out of Here!!!

Published | Updated

Fired Miss California USA Carrie Prejean was offered a huge amount of money to appear on a reality show.

We got hold of an email sent by a pageant honcho to Carrie on May 15th. Lewis writes producers from "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" offered her $70,000 to appear on the show for one week and $140,000 if she stayed for 3 weeks. The show also gives money to charity but who knew the "celebs" scored that kind of payday?

Lewis wrote that he had declined the offer and wanted an email from her also rejecting the offer.

The email also confirms the story we broke yesterday -- an email from Lewis to Carrie stating that Playboy wanted to do a shoot with her that involved "partial nudity" and that it would have to "take place soon." Prejean told us yesterday that Playboy offered $140,000, but the email says the offer was $120,000.

Carrie Prejean: They Asked Me to do Playboy

Published | Updated

We just got off the phone with deposed Miss California USA Carrie Prejean -- and she says the pageant was trying to whore her out to Playboy.

Prejean claims pageant honcho Keith Lewis actually asked her last month if she would take two gigs -- appearing on "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" and Playboy. Prejean says Lewis told her Playboy offered $140,000 for her to pose semi-nude. She rejected both offers.

A few minutes ago we talked to Lewis who said he was not pushing her to take either gig -- but merely passing the offers along. Lewis said Prejean had insisted they not turn anything down without running it by her.

Prejean -- who told us she was "shocked" at the news she was fired and learned about it only after we broke the story -- tells us she has been more than cooperative with pageant officials.

Prejean says, "What's behind this I think is a political debate. They don't agree with the stance that I took [on Prop 8]. Shanna [Moakler] is trying to bash me. They don't like me. From day one they wanted me out and they got what they wanted."

Prejean also told us she couldn't believe Donald Trump would say she treated people in the pageant "like s**t." For the record, Trump did tell Harvey Levin that on the phone earlier today. Prejean said if Trump really feels that way she's sorry, adding: "I've shown respect for every party involved, even when they haven't shown it back."

Prejean went on: "I was very respectful of people even when they slandered me and humiliated me. I have not once stooped down to their level."

Cops Show VH1 Chick Some 'Tough Love'

A reality show contestant busted for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest? That only narrows it down to everyone on the network.

In this case, it's someone by the name of Taylor Royce who is on something called "Tough Love." According to cops in Biloxi, Miss., Royce was popped early Saturday morning for the aforementioned misdemeanor offenses.

Royce posted $715 bond.

Inside Speidi's Torture Chamber!!!

Published | Updated

A five-star hotel, it ain't -- but does it really look like Heidi and Spencer Pratt were being tortured in the Costa Rican jungle when they were held in solitary?

We got our mitts on these photos of the "chamber" Speidi was forced to sleep in (top), the camp grounds the rest of the cast slept in (bottom) and the detestable duo (just kidding, but it's great alliteration) kissing before they went into the chamber (inset) for a night of "torture."

Doctors Put Speidi in No Fly Zone

Published | Updated

Heidi and Spencer Pratt are still in Costa Rica -- but not by choice.

Sources tell TMZ the detestable duo wanted to fly out last night, but couldn't get clearance from a doctor to fly. Heidi was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer after she claims she was "tortured" by the producers of "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!"

The production company behind the show says Speidi's claims are all BS -- and the tape will prove it.

Spencer's Got it All Wrong

Published | Updated

Folks behind the scenes at "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" are going after Spencer Pratt something fierce. A source is saying...

-- Spencer and Heidi Pratt quit the show last Monday, and stayed in hotels for three days.

-- There were no critters in the "lost chamber" (an isolated room Speidi entered for the show), other than the usual bugs in Costa Rica.

-- They were indoors at all times protected from the elements, even though other cast members have been sleeping outside in daily thunderstorms.

-- They were never in any danger and they slept most of the time.

-- No one is being held against their will.

We're told Spencer is sayin it's all BS ... they were effectively tortured and he's planning on suing NBC.

Stay tuned (just the way NBC wants it!).

Heidi & Spencer -- Tortured?

Published | Updated

Heidi Pratt was tortured by NBC to the point she was "convulsively throwing up" -- that's what some people on the set of "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" are telling TMZ.

We've learned Heidi was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer, after being held with hubby Spencer Pratt in a dark room for a day and a night with only water, rice and beans. It was designed as punishment because they left the show. One cast member described their treatment this way: "It's the same as Guantanamo Bay."

And get this ... a cast member tells us NBC execs tried to convince Heidi to stay on the set rather than take an ambulance to a hospital for treatment. She has now left the hospital and is on meds.

We're told some of the cast members want to quit, but their passports have been taken away and they are under guard.

Paul Telegdy,
NBC's Exec VP of Alternative Programming, told Ryan Seacrest about holding Heidi and Spencer in isolation as punishment, adding, "... They are now going to be examined, and their value system utterly deconstructed ... These people really are going to bare their souls."

We're told Spencer has fired his lawyer (who wanted him to stay on the show) and is now planning to sue NBC over the show.

Spencer and Heidi now want out ... for good ... but there's a problem -- they signed a contract with NBC to do the show.

NBC reps did not return our calls ... so far.

Stay tuned ...

Conan to UCLA -- I Can't Replace Everybody!

Published | Updated

After James Franco bailed on being UCLA's commencement speaker, the graduating class thought they found a back-up -- but the guy they picked is just a lil' too busy these days.

Almost 2,000 students signed up for a Facebook group dedicated to securing L.A.'s newest famous resident Conan O'Brien to replace Franco. But in an extremely polite statement to the students, Conan says he won't be able to fill Franco's shoes -- because he's too busy filling Leno's:

"I am honored to be asked but I am so busy launching "The Tonight Show" there just is not enough time to give this speech the preparation it deserves. I wish everyone in the class of 2009 the best and I am honored that they thought of me."

Maybe Jimmy Fallon's available?

'Waterboy' QB -- My Genitals Are In Grave Danger!

Published | Updated

One of Adam Sandler's favorite sidekicks is asking a judge for some serious protection -- after some guy allegedly threatened to slice off a very important part of the actor's anatomy.

Peter Dante -- the guy who played the quarterback in "The Waterboy" -- claims just last week, some dude threatened to "cut my d*ck off and shove it down my throat."

We should explain -- In legal papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Dante says a man he had never met before threatened him over the phone and at his son's Little League games -- accusing Dante of calling the man's wife on the phone.

In the papers, Dante admits that he used to talk to the man's wife "6 months ago" -- but hasn't had contact with her since.

Dante is asking for a restraining order to protect himself, his two sons and his wife Cynthia -- a partner at one of the biggest management/production companies in all of Hollywood.

Hope he still has that cup from his "Waterboy" days ...

Spencer to Audrina: 'You're a Ho!'

Published | Updated

First of all ... Heidi and Spencer are still in Costa Rica -- that's a fact.

Now ... Spencer Pratt is uncharacteristically pissed over Audrina Patridge's comment that she would never join "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here." Spencer just told TMZ, "Heads up, Audrina. Just because you have a one night stand with a guy who's in a movie called "Star Trek" doesn't make you a star. You're just a ho."

In case that didn't register, he said, "You're just a ho." We have to say, not very Christian from a guy who just got baptized by Stephen Baldwin.

And get this: Spencer and Heidi are telling people in Costa Rica that they never really planned to quit the show. He's saying it was all a "mental fake out to mess with the competitors."

And the best part ... Remember Heidi crying a river on the show after the wrestler stole her shampoo? Heidi is bragging to people in Costa Rica that she and QVC are going to sell 500,000 units of that shampoo as a result of the drama -- and that's just for her first appearance on the shopping show.

By the way ... if you see video of two people landing at LAX last night and you hear it's Speidi ... it ain't. Just another fake out.

So maybe they want to redeem themselves, but we're being told by production sources Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have asked to come back to "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here." They quit last night, but today is another day.

We're told so far NBC hasn't bitten. But you know how annoying Speidi can be -- they'll wear the suits down.
