Law enforcement was on the hunt for evidence of Propofol when they searched Dr. Conrad Murray's home and office in Las Vegas. And, as we've been saying for weeks, the docs refer to Jackson as an "addict."

According to the search warrant, authorities were looking for, among other things, "records, shipping orders, distribution lists, use records relating to the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of PROPOFOL."

Interestingly, in the Houston raid, authorities wanted a Rolodex card with FedEx information.

The search warrant also stated law enforcement officials were looking to prove a number of alleged violations, including "prescribing to an addict" and "excessive prescribing."

The warrant says authorities wanted to find correspondence between Dr. Murray and 7 other doctors.

We've learned the L.A. City Attorney is investigating AEG for allegedly making promises to people who paid thousands of dollars to attend the Michael Jackson memorial ... but not delivering on its promise to donate the money to the LA Police Foundation.

Sources in the City Attorney's office tell us complaints have been lodged by people who bought suites for the July 7th memorial at the Staples Center. People who paid $5,000 for a suite claim AEG promised the money would be donated to the LA Police Foundation but AEG has not yet delivered a cent.

A rep for AEG told TMZ there were 18 suites that went for $5,000 a pop and AEG did indeed promise the money would be donated to the Police Foundation. The rep said AEG is still doing a final accounting of the event and "We have every intention of making this donation."

AEG says the city is trying to get way too much -- 7 figures -- out of them for the event. But the City Attorney believes AEG is on the hook for expenses including sanitation, transportation, street services and LAPD protection -- and that does indeed go into the 7 figures.

McGraw refused to continue singing at the Paso Robles gig until the man was removed, telling him "You don't

treat a woman like that."

We're told after interviewing the man -- who claims Gibson tore his shirt after he attempted to take a picture of the star at Playhouse in Hollywood -- cops believe it was impossible for Gibson to have even made contact with him. They tell us Gibson was wedged in a booth with his pregnant girlfriend and couldn't have grabbed the guy's shirt.

We're told the "victim" was asked to walk away at least 3 times before the alleged incident. Security told him no photography was allowed in the club, but he persisted.

Cops say witnesses tell the same story -- the guy is making up allegations of battery. No one saw his shirt ripped when he left the club.

Cops say it's a civil matter at best, and they don't expect to even interview Gibson.

UPDATE: Jobs' return seemed to be noticed on Wall St. -- right now (9:35 AM EST), the Apple stock is up 2.52 a share.

Steve Jobs is back to an Apple a day -- and we've got the proof.

TMZ obtained this photo of the Apple co-founder leaving company headquarters in Cupertino, California around 3:00 PM Wednesday.

It's the first time we've seen Jobs back in action since January, when he took a leave of absence for a liver transplant. Jobs has reportedly been back at work for about a month.

We spoke with LaQuisha Middleton and her sister, LaQuanda Price, both of whom worked for Dr. Murray at the time. LaQuisha is the office manager. LaQuanda was laid off within the last month.

The manager of the storage facility tells us the two sisters came to Dr. Murray's unit at 9:22 AM Los Angeles time the day Jackson died and picked up 3 - 5 boxes, in addition to other items they carried out by hand. The manager says she personally spoke with both sisters at the facility.

But Wednesday -- outside Dr. Murray's Houston office -- LaQuanda told us she stayed in the office the day Jackson died and did not go to the storage facility. She says her sister went and retrieved one bio-hazardous box -- filled with used needles. She says Dr. Murray did not call and direct either of them to go to the storage facility. As for why they would pick up a box of used needles and take it back to the office, LaQuanda says they were just moving things around in the office.

LaQuisha told a totally different story. She says the only thing she picked up was a chair. She also says Dr. Murray did not direct her to go to the facility. As for why she went, she said "I always go."

The ex-front man of the band Warrant is going to jail -- and all because he decided to drive drunk in Hollywood.

Jani Lane will spend two mandatory days behind bars after pleading no contest to one count of misdemeanor DUI stemming from an incident where he hit a parked car back in June.

As part of Jani's plea deal -- in which authorities agreed to drop a hit-and-run charge -- Lane will serve 36 months probation, complete 3 months in alcohol education classes and report for 30 days of Caltrans road work.

Jani also has to pay more than $395 in fines -- but there's a catch. If he doesn't wanna fork over the cash, Jani can opt to serve 13 additional days in jail instead.

During his show in Paso Robles, California, McGraw stopped his performance and wouldn't continue until the man was removed, telling the crowd "You don't treat a woman like that." At the time, nobody knew what the guy did.

This isn't the first time Tim's laid down the law -- a similar incident happened last year in Washington.

TMZ has obtained the foul-mouthed 911 call made when ESPN reporter Erin Andrews spotted "suspicious people" lurking around her Georgia home last week.

In the call, before she even says her name, Andrews says "I've been in the news recently about being in a hotel naked." She goes on to say, "I did nothing wrong and I'm being treated like f***ing Britney Spears and it sucks."

As TMZ first reported, cops found out they were just members of the news media looking for an interview with Andrews, who became national news after her peeping Tom fiasco.

The reporters were allowed to leave without incident.

David Glassman -- attorney for 24-year-old Daniel Bark -- tells TMZ, "We're going to put a blanket not guilty plea on all counts."

Bark -- who's on suicide watch in a New Jersey jail -- is charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide... as well as eluding police and leaving the scene of a crime. Cops say Bark struck Cohen while fleeing police after hitting a parked car -- just minutes before.

But Glassman says there's a huge gap with respect to when Bark allegedly struck the victim.

Bark is alleged to have killed Cohen with his 2005 Mitsubishi Galant.

We're told Winter is interested in the records of the nurse anesthetist in the office -- David Fournier. We're told Dr. Arnold Klein performed procedures on Jackson in Dr. Koplin's office and Fournier administered anesthesia.

UPDATE: Winter has just left and he confirmed he is "still looking for medical records involving Michael Jackson."

Nobody has Miley Cyrus' back like Disney.

TMZ has learned some seriously concerned big wigs at the company informed the LAPD about the recent arrest of a 53-year-old obsessed fan in Georgia who claims Miley sends him "secret messages" through her TV show.

Georgia cops arrested Mark McLeod for disorderly conduct on June 23 in Tybee Island, GA -- and during the incident cops say the guy made some very frightening statements about Miley.

According to the police report, McLeod claimed he was "great friends with Miley" -- and that Miley had "told him to come see her today."

Cops say McLeod also said, "I will f***ing be with Miley ... we're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it."

Here's the creepiest part -- cops say McLeod claimed Miley sent him "secret messages" on her television show directed only to him and that McLeod also boasted about having "thousands of pictures and letters to Miley on his computer."

A turf war between Las Vegas law enforcement on one hand and the DEA and the LAPD on the other could have compromised yesterday's raids on Dr. Conrad Murray's office and home ... according to multiple law enforcement sources.

We're told the DEA and LAPD wanted to conduct simultaneous raids in Houston and Las Vegas to maintain the element of surprise ... but the Vegas raids were delayed 6 days.

Sources say the D.A. in Vegas threw up road blocks and delayed for days before going to court to obtain a search warrant ... A member of the D.A.'s office told us it's routine for prosecutors to be "careful" in securing warrants.

But sources in other agencies involved in the searches scoff at the D.A.'s concerns, claiming this was nothing more than the D.A. wanting to call the shots.

And several sources say the Vegas police slowed things down by trying to take the lead over the DEA in executing the warrants.

One top law enforcement official says, "There was more than enough probable cause to get a warrant." Another law enforcement officer called the actions of the D.A. and police "a power grab."

The Vegas raids were conducted yesterday ... 6 days after the Houston raid. That gave Dr. Murray more than enough notice that the other shoe was about to drop.

The Las Vegas D.A. would not comment. As for the Vegas PD, a spokesman told us "We're not aware of any feud over the action involving this warrant."

Clarkson basically threw producer Ryan Tedder under the bus after people pointed out her new single "Already Gone" has the same backing track as Beyonce's single, "Halo" -- which are both songs Tedder produced.

Now, Tedder is firing back at Clarkson with the following statement:

"Already Gone" is one of the best song I've written or produced since "Bleeding Love" and stands tall on it's own merits apart from "Halo".

They are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically, & lyrically and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyoncé into recording over the same musical track, the idea is both hurtful & absurd.

Dr. Conrad Murray has emerged as the primary target in the death of Michael Jackson -- but law enforcement sources tell us a massive investigation is taking form into what could be fraudulent prescription practices of more than a dozen doctors ... and we're told that number could easily double.

LAPD detectives and members of the L.A. County Coroner's office are gathering info on various doctors who treated Michael Jackson over the years. Subpoenas have been issued, medical files have been taken and conversations with various doctors and their lawyers are taking place.

Jackson has used more than 2 dozen aliases to score drugs, with the help of doctors ... 19 alone are mentioned in the affidavits used to secure search warrants against Dr. Murray.

We're told the prescription practices became so egregious that one prominent pharmacy wouldn't even bother to write the patient's name when a certain doctor called in scripts for Jackson.

Sources say law enforcement is looking at one doctor who used the same anesthesiologist dozens of times to put Jackson under for routine procedures that should not have required sedation.

Law enforcement sources say the Jackson case could be the biggest of its kind when it comes to doctors who enabled celebrity patients to fuel their drug addiction ... and we're told criminal charges could loom large.

O'Neal -- who was in a great mood outside of Mastro's -- also talked about Michael Jackson passing on the same day as Farrah, explaining "It was icon day."
