It didn't take long ... Prince's sister Tyka went ballistic in the first meeting with the singer's siblings and marched out of the room ... and we're told it's already becoming a money squabble.

Sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ, the meeting was held Thursday in Minnesota. Tyka, Prince's younger sister, was present, along with brothers Alfred and Omarr.

We're told the meeting was tense, and 2 hours in Alfred expressed his displeasure that he was the only sibling excluded from Prince's memorial service, which Tyka planned. We're told an argument erupted and she stormed out of the room.

We're also told the brothers have a clear impression from the meeting ... Tyka thinks she's entitled to more than them when it comes time to divide Prince's assets. As we reported, under Minnesota law all 6 siblings -- irrespective of whether they're half or full -- share equally, but apparently Tyka doesn't see it that way.

Our sources say after Tyka left, a rep from the bank that was appointed as the administrator took Alfred on a tour of Prince's home and the area where he died "so he could properly grieve."

Laremy Tunsil's stepfather tells TMZ Sports ... he is NOT the person who hacked the football star's Twitter account and published a video of Laremy hitting a bong.

FYI -- the video, showing Laremy hitting a gas mask bong, was released on Laremy's own page just as the NFL Draft started. Laremy was expected to be a top 10 pick. Tunsil's agent has said he was hacked.

Since Laremy is currently locked in a nasty legal war with his stepfather Lindsey Miller -- with the two sides filing domestic violence charges against each other last year -- most people began pointing the finger at him.

But Miller tells us he absolutely denies having ANY involvement in the video leak.

"I don't know nothing about no video. I'm not even watching the draft."

Miller says he's upset about being accused -- and adds, "I was a Red Cross volunteer of the year. I would never do anything like this."

It's now official ... a judge has determined Prince died without a will and the bank the singer trusted has officially been appointed to manage his assets.

TMZ has obtained legal docs from a hearing that was held Wednesday morning in Minnesota. We broke the story, Prince's sister, Tyka, filed papers to start probate proceedings, stating as far as she knew her brother did not write a will.

The judge agrees, and has ruled Prince's assets will be distributed to his heirs ... in this case, his brothers and sisters.

The judge also appointed Bremer Trust to serve as the administrator of Prince's estate, which we're told is worth somewhere south of $150 million. Tyka says Prince trusted the bank and did business there for years. The judge is only making the trust the administrator for up to 6 months, until a personal representative can be appointed. That could end up being a sticky situation if his relatives all vie for the position.

BTW, Prince's half brother, Omarr Baker, appeared at the hearing.

Kim Kardashian is back to hanging out with her baby bro and his fianceé/her former BFF.

Kim was hanging with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Tuesday morning in Bev Hills -- only the second time we've seen Kim and Rob together since before her wedding ... 2 years ago!

We broke the story ... Kim played peacemaker in the family rift over Rob's shotgun engagement by having a sit down with her old pal Chyna.

It was surf god meets Norse god in Australia ... when "Thor" star Chris Hemsworth hit the beach with Kelly Slater for a celeb surf session ... while Chris' famous bro Liam played the role of photog.

Chris and Kelly paddled out together Monday in Byron Bay -- where they caught waves, shot the breeze and escaped the clutches of the great white sharks that frequent the area.

The entire surf sesh was caught on video by Chris' lil bro Liam Hemsworth -- who's not exactly small potatoes ... he's starring in the upcoming 'Independence Day' sequel.

Prince's sister Tyka has filed legal docs to open a probate case ... and she says as far as she can tell he left no will.

TMZ has obtained probate documents filed in Minnesota, in which Tyka asks the judge to appoint a "special administrator." Under Minnesota law, a special administrator is someone who is appointed when there is no executor named in a will.

Tyka says in her docs, "I do not know of the existence of a will and have no reason to believe that the decedent executed testamentary documents in any form."

If Prince did indeed die without a will, the estate is divided equally among his siblings.

Tyka lists the people who are potential beneficiaries ... all of whom are half brothers and sisters. They are John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr. They are all living siblings of Prince. She also says she's an heir entitled to her cut.

It's interesting ... Tyka names Lorna as a deceased half sister who left no kids. Under Minnesota law Lorna's out of the game when it comes to getting assets. But Tyka never even mentions Duane, reportedly Prince's half brother, who is also deceased.

There's also a line in the docs in which Tyka says, "The decedent has heirs whose identities and addresses need to be determined."

The ashes of Prince were gingerly carried away from the mortuary where he was cremated.

Prince's nephew, Pres Nelson, did the honors as his mom, Prince's sister Tyka, cleared the way. We don't know the identity of the woman walking behind Pres.

Pres shielded the urn by placing it underneath his jacket.

So far, the family hasn't said where the ashes will be strewn.

Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna pulled the wool over on EVERYONE ... the famous enemies now say there was never any beef between them over Tyga or Rob Kardashian.

Kylie and Blac Chyna just did a Snapchat together (complete with face swap). From the looks of it, Chyna's made it over enemy lines and into one of her future in-laws' homes.

Kylie captioned the images cheekily, "When we've been best friends the whole time..."

We ain't buying it was fake all along, but it at least LOOKS like they've buried the hatchet over Kylie banging BC's baby daddy -- and Chyna banging KJ's bro.

Blac Chyna also posted with her own caption: "Hanging out with my lil sis."

Guy Ritchie and Madonna have both done a 180 since Rocco bailed on her ... they're now co-parents who can share a bottle of wine.

Guy arrived at Madonna's house in London Monday night, armed with a half-full bottle of wine. Guy and Madonna would have called it half empty just a month ago, when they were at war over Rocco.

Christian Slater doesn't need a medical degree to know his father is suffering from manic depressive schizophrenia -- he says he's gotten all the evidence he needs from his mother.

The "Mr. Robot" star just filed docs to get his dad Thomas Knight Slater's defamation lawsuit tossed, and in the docs he says his mother first told him about his father's diagnosis. He says she told him Thomas was taken to Bellevue Hospital in a straitjacket in 1972 after threatening to kill her and Christian.

He adds his father also pushed his mom into a busy street when she was pregnant with Christian ... according to her.

And there's this -- Christian included copies of rambling postcards he says his dad sent ... telling Christian he'd be nothing without him. For instance, one read ... "I take FULL CREDIT: I'm the vital ingredient."
