The man accused of fatally stabbing Morgan Freeman's granddaughter is a wanted man in California ... in connection with a coke bust.

Lamar Davenport -- who allegedly murdered 33-year-old E’Dena Hines early Sunday morning -- was arrested by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies in July 2014 after bringing cocaine to Magic Mountain.

He was charged with felony possession of coke but the judge cut him a break, allowing him to make things right by going to rehab.

Here's the problem. He was supposed to appear in court last February for a progress report but never showed up. It's unclear if he bailed on rehab.

Lorenzo Lamas and his wife Shawna Craig answer every question anyone has about her giving birth to his grandson, and it gets real graphic.

Craig is married to Lamas, which makes her the stepmother to his daughter Shayne. Craig served as the surrogate for Shayne’s baby ... meaning Lamas' wife gave birth to her husband's grandson.

Five Finger Death Punch singer Ivan Moody made his own sister and mother fear for their lives ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

Sandra Dykes, Moody's younger sister, got a restraining order against him last September after she says Ivan harassed her, and made threats toward their mom.

In the docs Dykes claims Moody has a history of violence with women that spirals out of control when he drinks and drugs. She says she was forced to take action when Moody started falsely accusing her, their mother, and even his own daughter ... of stealing his money.

A judge granted Dykes and her 2 kids restraining orders. She says her mom and niece are filing for their own.

Kelly Rutherford is making a bold move ... she is refusing to return her 2 kids to Monaco, despite a court order requiring her to do so.

A Monaco court -- which gave her ex-husband Daniel Giersch custody of the children 3 years ago -- allowed Kelly to take the kids for the summer. But she now says she will keep them.

People posted a statement from Kelly, in which the actress makes a clever legal argument. She notes that 2 U.S. courts -- one in New York and another in California -- have both said they don't have jurisdiction in her custody battle.

Kelly says, "It means that no state in this country currently requires me to send the children away. Hence, I have decided that I cannot lawfully send my children away from the United States to live in a foreign country."

The question, of course ... What about Monaco? Kelly goes on, "I believe Monaco appreciates why it cannot assert jurisdiction over my children, and that Monaco will respect my children's right to reside in their own country."

There's not only friction between the Brown and Houston families in the wake of Bobbi Kristina's death ... now there's intra-family fighting, with Bobbi's cousin calling Bobbi's aunt "crazy."

Meeta Brown, Bobbi's cousin who attended the funeral, made a beeline for cameras after the service and ragged on Leolah Brown, who was removed after screaming that Pat Houston would be haunted by the ghost of Whitney.

Meeta, who refers to herself as Bobbi Kristina's sister but is actually her cousin, insists the 2 families are getting along fine ... which is not what we're hearing at all.

Meeta, who was on the reality show, "The Houstons: On Our Own," was frequently at Bobbi Kristina's bedside during the last 6 months.

Bobbi Kristina's funeral was interrupted Saturday morning by an outburst from Leolah Brown, Bobbi's aunt, who was swiftly removed from the church with the help of Tyler Perry.

An eyewitness tells TMZ, Pat Houston was getting ready to speak when Leolah began screaming, "Pat you know you are wrong for this!"

We're told security descended on Leolah and escorted her out. Tyler Perry followed to help diffuse the situation.

Leolah spoke with photogs outside of the service and made one thing clear ... she says Pat Houston will be haunted by the ghost of Whitney.

We're told Nick Gordon was not at the service.

As we reported, the Browns and Houstons are feuding again. Several members of Brown's family are upset that Pat Houston has solicited funds instead of flowers for her charity.
