Sebastian Telfair fans better hope he's a lover of protein ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the food menus for his first few days in prison are loaded with meat -- including hot dogs.

The ex-NBA star just reported to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey this week to serve a six-month sentence for violating the conditions of his supervised release in his healthcare fraud case ... and some of his first few choices for food will be fairly vast.

His lunch options include hamburgers and fries, chicken and sweet potatoes, fish and rice ... and eggs.

Yanin Campos -- a former "MasterChef México" contestant who gained recognition via social media -- has died ... according to her brother.

Raúl Campos announced the news on Facebook earlier this week ... sharing details of the memorial's time and place to the social media page for friends and family.

El Financiero -- a daily newspaper in Mexico -- reports Campos was driving in Chihuahua, Mexico just after 6 AM on Saturday morning when she apparently collided with a parked car.

Woody Allen compared late pal Jeffrey Epstein to Count Dracula in a wild letter the filmmaker allegedly wrote to the notorious pedophile for his 63rd birthday.

The letter -- published Tuesday by the New York Times -- is both shocking and reminiscent of Donald Trump's alleged birthday note given to Epstein on his 50th b'day. The Wall Street Journal recently published a story about the alleged 2003 note, claiming Trump signed it with a drawing of a naked woman (Trump then sued the Journal).

In the alleged Allen letter, Woody says Epstein always has several "young women" milling about his Manhattan townhouse, which Allen calls "Castle Dracula."
