Bette Davis Estate Sues Over Bette Davis Dress
Bette Davis' eyes -- and her estate's lawyers -- are focused on a designer which is accused of slapping the legend's name on a line of dresses ... according to a lawsuit filed today.
Bette's estate claims Stop Staring! Designs is using Bette's name to market and sell a line of vintage frocks known as the "Betty Davis dress" or the "BDavis dress" -- which retail for just under $200.
The lawsuit -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- alleges the designer is infringing on the Bette Davis estate's right of publicity.
The estate wants an order shutting down sale of the dresses ... as well as damages.
Alleged Ashton Mistress -- The Sweater Sale: Take 2
The woman who claims to have had an affair with Ashton Kutcher has put a sweater she claims is his up on eBay ... AGAIN ... after the site yanked it down the first time she tried to sell it.
As we first reported, Brittney Jones posted the sweater last month with a starting price of $500. We're told the bidding got up to $21,000 with just a few hours to go ... when it was mysteriously pulled.
Brit got an email from eBay saying it was pulled because it didn't have "a cleaning disclaimer" -- a must for all used clothing sales. She then got another email a week later saying her listing has been restored ... so now she's trying once again to sell the sweater.
Seems Brittney is having a harder time getting rid of that sweater than Ashton is getting rid of her.

J.Lo Tells Indoor Playground to Shoe
Jennifer Lopez didn't throw on her Louboutins, but she was allowed to keep her boots on at an allegedly "shoe-free" kids indoor playground.
The 41-year-old "American Idol" judge took her twins and five (FIVE!) helpers to Bright Child indoor playground in Agoura Hills recently.
We were told the policy there is that absolutely everyone has to be shoe-free -- but J.Lo was allowed to hang out with her boots firmly placed on her diva feet. Ugg!
Despite what you heard, she's not Jenny from the sock.
New Vikings QB -- Most Wanted Man In Minnesota
Ever since new Minnesota Vikings QB Joe Webb laid a beat down on the Philadelphia Eagles this week, fans have been scrambling for official Webb gear -- there's just one problem ... there is none.
We spoke to multiple Vikings' merchandise shops in Minnesota who tell us they've been bombarded this week by fans who want Webb jerseys -- but because he was a 3rd string QB up until a few days ago ... no Webb gear was ever mass produced for retail.
We're told the only way to get your hands on a Joe Webb jersey this season is to order a "personalized" one ... and even then, it may not arrive until after the season ends.
On the other side of the spectrum -- we're told sales of Favre merchandise have gone colder than the field he was concussed on.
The times they are a-changin'.

TRON Guy's Costume -- Banned from Movie Theater
MILLIONS have viewed his YouTube videos -- but a movie theater in Minnesota doesn't care ... because we're told they won't let TRON Guy see the new remake in the costume that made him an Internet legend.
Jay Maynard -- who's been doing the Tron Guy thing since '04 -- tells TMZ, he gave his local movie theater a heads-up that he planned to see the new "Tron" flick in his famous costume ... but for some reason, they "adamantly" insisted he wouldn't be admitted if he suited up.
We don't know why management refused -- the suit OBVIOUSLY belongs in a museum -- but Maynard believes it's because his masterpiece is "too distracting."
Sidenote -- has anyone seen his stapler?
