NY Jets Championship Gear -- HUGE in Zambia
What's bad for the NY Jets is GREAT for Zambia, Romania, Armenia, and Nicaragua -- because they're all getting free Jets gear ... that happens to contain a slight historical error.
TMZ has learned ... the boxes and boxes of pre-printed official Jets and Bears championship apparel and towels are headed to an organization called "World Vision" -- which is dedicated to helping the less fortunate in impoverished communities worldwide.
We're told the gear will be distributed to the aforementioned countries in March -- along with the pre-made merchandise for the squad that LOSES in the Super Bowl.
FYI -- it's the second year in a row the Jets have donated their AFC championship gear to a greater cause. They're very generous.

Mötley Crüe -- Accused of Graphic Robbery
Mötley Crüe is being sued over a sweatshirt ... and it all stems from an iconic photo taken way back in 1981.
The Crüe and Live Nation are being sued by Ron Toma who claims he owns the copyright to the famous "belt buckle photo" .... taken by photog Michael Pinter back in 1981. The band used the photo on the cover of their hit album "Too Fast for Love."
But according to Toma's lawsuit, filed in Illinois Northern District Court, Crüe and Live Nation stole the image without permission and used it on some signature hoodies they're selling on their websites.
Toma is asking a judge to step in ASAP to administer some justice -- blocking MC and Live Nation from using the image without permission. Calls to Mötley Crüe weren't returned.

'Tough Love' Star -- Arrested for Louboutin Heist
VH1 reality star Taylor Royce -- aka Miss Gold Digger from "Tough Love" -- was arrested this morning for allegedly jacking $600 worth of makeup ... and one very expensive pair of Louboutin boots.
We're told cops busted Royce with the stolen goods at her friend's house in Arizona ... the same friend who called the cops on her in the first place.
The friend in question -- a girl named Carolyn Clare -- tells us, it all started with a friendly sleepover gone wrong ... everything started out fine ... but after the two woke up the next morning, Clare noticed her expensive boots and makeup collection had gone missing.
We're told Royce -- real name Kelly Jean Stasilli -- denied stealing anything ... but her pal called the cops anyway.
According to law enforcement, Royce is still in custody.

Bette Davis Estate Sues Over Bette Davis Dress
Bette Davis' eyes -- and her estate's lawyers -- are focused on a designer which is accused of slapping the legend's name on a line of dresses ... according to a lawsuit filed today.
Bette's estate claims Stop Staring! Designs is using Bette's name to market and sell a line of vintage frocks known as the "Betty Davis dress" or the "BDavis dress" -- which retail for just under $200.
The lawsuit -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- alleges the designer is infringing on the Bette Davis estate's right of publicity.
The estate wants an order shutting down sale of the dresses ... as well as damages.
Alleged Ashton Mistress -- The Sweater Sale: Take 2
The woman who claims to have had an affair with Ashton Kutcher has put a sweater she claims is his up on eBay ... AGAIN ... after the site yanked it down the first time she tried to sell it.
As we first reported, Brittney Jones posted the sweater last month with a starting price of $500. We're told the bidding got up to $21,000 with just a few hours to go ... when it was mysteriously pulled.
Brit got an email from eBay saying it was pulled because it didn't have "a cleaning disclaimer" -- a must for all used clothing sales. She then got another email a week later saying her listing has been restored ... so now she's trying once again to sell the sweater.
Seems Brittney is having a harder time getting rid of that sweater than Ashton is getting rid of her.

We were told the policy there is that absolutely everyone has to be shoe-free -- but J.Lo was allowed to hang out with her boots firmly placed on her diva feet. Ugg!
Despite what you heard, she's not Jenny from the sock.
