A message to all those dudes who sell unofficial band t-shirts at concerts -- YOUR ASS WILL GET SUED ... especially if those t-shirts say Red Hot Chili Peppers.

A merchandising company named Bravado International just filed a lawsuit in Tampa -- claiming a Tampa resident named Mike Smith has been illegally hocking RHCP t-shirts outside the band's concerts ... and Bravado wants him stopped before he strikes again.

Bravado insists it struck a deal with RHCP for exclusive merchandising rights using the band's name -- and Mike's stepping all over its business ... with inferior products.

According to the suit, Mike's not only violating the exclusive merchandising agreement -- he's hurting their reputation ... because his crappy t-shirts are easily confused with Bravado's.

Abercrombie & Fitch is adamant ... the clothing giant is NOT behind a bogus website selling extremely racist merch under the A&F logo ... and now it's going to FORCE the fakers to shut down ASAP.

The fake site ... which describes itself as an A&F "outlet" ... ignited all sorts of panic on the web yesterday ... because it offers an item described as "N**ger Brown Pants."

When the REAL Abercrombie caught wind of the situation ... they were less than pleased ... and immediately ordered their lawyers to crush the racist bastards before it duped anyone else into thinking it was an official A&F site.

Tim Tebow is still a wanted man in Denver ... TMZ has learned the Broncos official team shop and online store has been RAIDED by Tebowmaniacs who've snatched up just about every single Tebow item the Broncos have left.

TMZ has spoken with reps for both the Broncos team shop and online store ... who tell us there has been a "huge surge" in Tebow item sales in the past 24 hours.

We're told the team shop at the stadium only has a few items remaining ... including a few jerseys and a few shirts ... "only mens stuff ... and it'll probably be gone in a little bit."

As for the online store ... the rep tells us, "I've had tons of calls for Tebow gear ... everything we had was online and we don't have any more."

Both reps tell us they have no plans to restock the Tebow goods ... 'cause he's no longer with the team.

Somewhere ... the head of the NY Jets merchandising department is smiling.

"The Fast and The Furious" bad guy Rick Yune is turning the tables in a super-charged war over high-end womens purses ... SUING the people who claimed he scammed them out of a WHOLE BUNCH of Hermes Birkin handbags.

TMZ broke the story ... Yune, who played the gun-toting villain in the original F&F flick -- was accused of stealing $195,000 from a London couple who claim they paid Yune for 10 Birkin bags ... but never got the goods.

In his countersuit, Yune claims he DID deliver all 10 bags to a man who works for the couple in Dubai. Yune had previously told TMZ he believes it was the couple's employee who ran off with the stuff.

Yune claims he was supposed to receive an additional $95k upon completion of the deal ... but the couple never paid up ... so now, he's suing THEM!

In his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Yune claims he's extra-pissed because the couple had called him a "criminal" ... when in fact, he has never even "attempted to commit a crime."

Yune is demanding at least $95k.

Just weeks after dropping $127K on a Mercedes convertible, Miley Cyrus hit the streets looking for yet another sexy set of wheels ... ALL WITHOUT WEARING A BRA -- and TMZ has the bouncy video evidence.

Sources tell TMZ, Miley saw the panty-melting '69 Mustang Fastback marked "for sale" on the street in L.A. last week ... and quickly set up a time to check it out in person.

Just two days after leaving rehab at the Betty Ford Center, a refreshed and healthier looking Gerard Butler hit up the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in L.A. on Sunday.

Butler spent three weeks in treatment after realizing he was relying too heavily on prescription medication.

TMZ broke the story ... Butler began using pain meds to deal with the pain caused by the intense physical training regimen to get in shape for "300" ... and the problem became exacerbated after he injured himself in a surfing accident while filming "Of Men and Mavericks" back in December.

It's the Oscars, time to honor the best in this year's films and, more importantly, critique what everyone wore!
