GQ had its Men of the Year party in L.A. Thursday night ... but it was the women there who really drew stares.

The shindig went down at the Chateau Marmont in WeHo, where Hollywood's finest showed up in full force ... especially its loveliest ladies. Among them were Charlotte McKinney, Karrueche Tran, Christina Milian, Keke Palmer, and other beautiful dames.

Ashley Graham loved watching the Victoria's Secret Angels do their thing in Paris, but she says she'd love joining them on the runway even more ... and expects to soon.

We got Ashley in Studio City, where she's promoting the current season of "America's Next Top Model" -- she's a judge -- and she said plus-size models deserve a spot in the VS lineup -- especially since they're coming up big everywhere else.

She even shouts out the brawn model movement ... 'cause big men need love too.

Tony Gonzalez isn't buying Cam Newton's missing shirt excuse ... telling TMZ Sports Newton's tie-less controversy had less to do with wardrobe and more do with plain old entitlement.

We got Gonzalez out at LAX and asked him what he thought of TieGate ... Cam Newton being benched for the start of last week's game for not abiding by team wardrobe rules.

Newton said it was a simple mix-up -- he didn't pack another shirt -- but it's clear Gonzalez thinks it's deeper than that ... saying Newton was trying to put one over on his team and organization.

Here it is ... the moment Panthers head coach Ron Rivera confronted Cam Newton about his dress code violation before the team trip to Seattle ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

It all went down on Saturday at the bay area hotel where the team had been staying since playing the Raiders in Oakland the previous weekend.

After the players and coaches had boarded their buses to go to the airport to head to Seattle to play the Seahawks ... Rivera got off his bus, went to Cam's bus, and pulled Cam off for a 1 on 1 convo.

We're told this was the moment Rivera confronted Cam about his dress code violation -- not wearing a tie on travel day.

You can see the look on Cam's face ... he's obviously disappointed and retreats back to the bus.

Cam was benched for the first series of the game on Sunday as punishment.

After the game, Cam explained, "I didn't follow dress code, and Coach told me I wasn't going to start. I stand by his decision."

Britney Spears celebrated her 35th birthday with roughly 20 thousand people Friday night, and revamped an old 'do for the occasion.

Spears performed at KIIS FM's Jingle Ball in L.A. -- along with Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars and a bunch of other huge acts -- and her double bun hairstyle made loyal fans nostalgic for that classic, often-imitated, never duplicated "school girl in pigtails" look.

There's a new Beer Mile record holder in town ... and not only is he the fastest, most buzzed athlete around, he just landed an endorsement with ADIDAS!!

Corey Bellemore, a 22-year-old college runner for the University of Windsor in Canada, smashed the beer mile world record with a time of 4:34.25 back in August ... and now he's already reaping the benefits with a deal with Three Stripes.

The previous record holder, Lewis Kent (4:47) nabbed a deal with Brooks Running last year ... making this the second major branded endorsement for a beer miler.

"I think with the exposure we created last year around Lewis, more companies are thinking of getting involved in Beer Mile," Kent and Bellemore's rep, Kris Mychasiw, tells TMZ Sports.

Get this ... Corey is a serious track athlete and is gunning to compete in the 2020 Olympic Games ... so the deal is for both the beer mile and professional competition.

Bellemore will have access to Adidas' full line of apparel and footwear, so you know what that means ... FREE YEEZYS!!!!

Khloe Kardashian's swinging back HARD after being accused of running a sweatshop.

Khloe posted a few videos Tuesday on Snapchat showing how her Good American jeans are made. She gives a brief tour and jokingly tells someone, "Don't f*** it up!"

The video triggered a storm of criticism that forced the reality star to fire back saying, "Watch your mouth. All make salaries and all are employed in LA! Know your info before you chime in."

Leslie Jones made a fashion statement at the Knicks game Tuesday night -- wearing a shirt with the word "A-hole" written across the front ... while sitting courtside for all of the TV cameras to see!

As far as we know, there were no issues -- no one seemed to be bothered by the shirt ... including the TV crews who ran the risk of airing the uncensored word during the live broadcast.

The 'SNL' star had a great time -- she kicked it with NY Giants star Sterling Shepard and got high fives from a bunch of the players. Plus, the Knicks won!

Bella Hadid's mom is striking back at the Olympic gold medalist who trolled Bella for her new deal as a Nike brand ambassador.

Figure skater Meryl Davis basically slammed Bella for working with the athletic giant -- posting a pic of Bella with the swoosh, Kylie Jenner in Puma gear and gymnast Aly Raisman ... with the caption, "I'll take the one promoted by the athlete please."

Mama bear ain't happy. Yolanda Hadid tells TMZ, Bella had Olympic dreams and competed in equestrian riding every weekend from age 3 until 15, when Bella got Lyme disease. She says Bella was forced to quit riding competitively.

The disease can fog the brain and slow reaction times -- an obvious danger while riding.

Athletics aside ... Yolanda added, "You obviously don't have to be an athlete to wear or enjoy Nike wear."
