Jonathan Andic is stepping away from the Mango empire ... but he says it's because he's fighting to clear his name, not because he killed his billionaire dad.

The eldest son of late Mango founder Isak Andic announced Tuesday he's resigning as vice president of Mango just days after Spanish authorities arrested him in connection with his father's fatal cliff fall.

Jonathan -- who inherited control of the fashion giant alongside his sisters after Isak's death -- blasted the allegations against him in an emotional letter to the company ... calling the case against him "the gravest, most unjust and unfounded accusation" imaginable.

Bianca Censori seemed a bit chilly during her Saturday night outing in Los Angeles ... but the mild L.A. temperatures certainly didn’t crimp her usual naked style -- at least, from the waist down.

A web design company says Kanye West's brand Yeezy has "Runaway" from their request for payment ... and now the web design company is suing the brand for a six-figure sum over allegedly unpaid fees.

Ryanso, LLC -- a web design company -- claims it entered into a contract with Yeezy in January 2025 ... agreeing to web design services totaling $150K.

Ryanso claims it completed the work for Yeezy in October of last year and issued an invoice for the work ... but says the company never paid up.

Kim Kardashian's shapewear brand, SKIMS is making it crystal clear it had absolutely nothing to do with a major cocaine smuggling operation in England ... after the company's clothing shipment was tied to a convicted drug trafficker.

A rep for SKIMS tells TMZ ... "SKIMS is aware of the recent news involving a shipment with our products. We want to be absolutely clear: SKIMS had no knowledge whatsoever about this criminal activity. We had no connection to the smuggling operation, the driver, or the truck."

The statement comes after Jakub Jan Konkel was sentenced Monday in Chelmsford Crown Court in Essex, England to 13 years and 6 months in prison for trafficking cocaine.

Jonathan Andic -- the son of fashion mogul Isak Andic -- has been arrested for allegedly murdering Isak ... according to several prominent outlets in Spain.

Here's the deal ... Isak died in late 2024 after falling off a cliff in the Montserrat mountains near Barcelona. He was hiking with Jonathan and several other family members at the time -- though the newspaper El País reported he was only with Jonathan at the time of the fall.

Jonathan became the subject of a homicide investigation last year ... and, on Tuesday, he was taken into custody in Barcelona -- with photographers capturing authorities taking him away.

Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS underwear line helped get a cocaine smuggler convicted in England and sentenced to prison for more than 10 years, authorities said.

Jakub Jan Konkel will spend the next 13 years and six months in The Big House after his sentencing Monday in Chelmsford Crown Court in the county of Essex, England. And Kim’s famous underwear and clothing line played a role in Konkel’s downfall.

According to police ... last September, Konkel boarded a ferry with his trailer truck in the Hook of Holland, The Netherlands, and was transported to Port of Harwich in Essex.
