The ball is in Jill Zarin's pickleball court ... because a lawsuit has just been filed against her and her boyfriend, Gary Brody.

Noah Springer is suing Zarin, Brody and GNG Enterprises ... with Springer claiming he invested $500K back in 2022 in exchange for a 25% share of a company called Pickle Pro Labs, LLC. He says he was promised a monthly salary of $5K while he and the company developed a machine called the Go-No-Go.

Around May 2024, Springer says he stopped getting paid ... and, around the same time, he claims Zarin and Brody founded GNG Enterprises -- a new company -- without his knowledge.

Tucker Carlson says he feels partly responsible for President Donald Trump securing a second term in the Oval Office ... and, he's really sorry about it.

The conservative commentator issued a mea cupla during an episode of "The Tucker Carlson Show" released Monday while chatting with his younger brother, Buckley, who worked as a speechwriter for POTUS.

Carlson said he and Buckley are "implicated" in making Trump president again ... and, he says it's not enough to simply say they changed their minds ... because he feels they, and millions of others, are the reason for the state of affairs.

Buckley Carlson -- son of the conservative lightning rod -- is out as deputy press secretary in the VP’s office … heading for the private sector to launch a political consulting firm, with Politico first reporting the move.

Now, this reportedly wasn’t some sudden blow-up. Buckley actually gave notice back in December and stuck around to help smooth the transition.

Offset was just slapped with a federal lawsuit by a music producer who claims the rapper used his song on his solo album without first getting a deal in place ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, music producer Chase Dalton Rose aka ChaseTheMoney claimed Offset used his song “Worth It” on his second solo album, Set It Off, without an agreement in place with him.

The producer admits he worked on the song with Offset that would have allowed the rapper to record vocals over one of his songs, but said no agreement over compensation and transfer of rights was ever executed. He wants a full accounting and an order forcing Offset to fork over some of the money he made on the song.

Back in March 2025, Offset sued ChaseTheMoney, over the drama in federal court seeking a declaration from the court that Offset fulfilled his end of the deal with the producer.

Danity Kane is throwing cold water on an announcement shared by D. Woods and Aundrea Fimbres that sure made it seem like the group was playing the upcoming L.A. Block Party ... and the pair is getting major shade for the move.

The drama started this week ... when Woods and Fimbres both posted a flyer to IG, showcasing Diddy's most successful "Making The Band" product, Danity Kane, as a major act at the Block Party.

The group's official social accounts just fired back ... and said fans are being duped and it's wrong -- calling the post "false advertising" and "misleading."

According to the band's account ... only Woods and Fimbres are booked for the festival ... Aubrey O'Day, Shannon Bex, and Dawn Richard knew nothing about it -- and they ain't going to be there.

On Wednesday, the New Lenox Police Department in Illinois said officers responded to a "reported bomb threat" directed at a residence on Sojourn Road ... reportedly the home of the Chicago Pope's brother, John Prevost.

The cops say they evacuated the neighborhood and called in an explosives K9 unit ... but nothing turned up and they dubbed the threat "unsubstantiated."

According to Chicago Tribune, New Lenox Police Chief Micah Nuesse said the investigation into the incident remains "active and ongoing."

Alix Earle is keeping it moving amid her ongoing saga with Alex Cooper ... we got her out in Los Angeles on Wednesday, where she seemed completely unbothered by the controversy.

Santina Rizzi has a couple viral TikTok posts where she complains about being undervalued by Dr. Miami ... saying she was denied a raise after boosting his social media engagement and follower count.
