Once a cheater, always a cheater ... so says a former Tiger Woods mistress who tells TMZ Tiger's new GF Lindsey Vonn better know what she's getting herself into.

We spoke to former hooker/porn star/ Devon James -- who tells us she was shocked when she saw the pics of Tiger and Lindsey on Facebook yesterday ... saying, "I thought he would have picked a woman who was more petite and not someone who is more muscular and has a bigger head than his."

James continues, "But maybe his taste has changed since Elin and the 27 mistresses."

"But you know when the pics came out of Tiger and his new girlfriend ... somewhere, 15 other girls were going , 'Huh? I thought I was his GF!'"

The woman suing Michael Jordan for paternity and child support -- claiming he fathered her 16-year-old son -- has dismissed her case against the NBA star ... but he might not be out of the woods yet.

TMZ has learned Pamela Smith has filed legal documents in Georgia asking the judge to dismiss her case against MJ -- and her request was granted without prejudice (meaning she can refile at a later time if she wants to).

It's unclear why Pamela wanted the case dismissed -- considering she had recently asked the court to order a DNA test ASAP.

It's possible MJ and Pamela reached some sort of settlement ... or agreed to halt legal action while they try to work things out. It's also possible she simply decided to walk away thinking she would lose in court. We simply don't know.

Either way, MJ has succeeded in taking the situation out of the public eye ... at least for now.

Pamela's attorney Randy Kessler tells TMZ ... she dropped the case on his advice that "dismissal at this time, without prejudice, is in her son’s best interests."

While rumors persist that her engagement to Liam Hemsworth is off, Miley Cyrus tried to find some solace in the comfort of her sexy bikini in Palm Springs this weekend.

The 20-year-old former Disney diva soaked her newly tatted bones at a pool in the desert. Meanwhile, Liam is still off in the Philippines for work.

After being spotted without her engagement ring recently, the breakup reports intensified ... but this weekend Miley tweeted that it's just because the wedding bling is being fixed at the jeweler.

Time will tell if that's all that needs to be repaired.

Michael Jordan's alleged baby mama believes the proof is in the puddin' ... so she wants the former NBA star take a DNA test STAT ... to prove he's the father of her kid.

Pamela Smith filed new legal docs this week in her ongoing paternity suit with Jordan asking a judge to force the b-baller to pony up some fluids or hairs ... or skin -- this after Jordan recently denied fathering her son, Grant Taj Reynolds ... born back in 1996.

In the docs, Pamela says she KNOWS Jordan's the dad because they had sex approx. 9 months before Grant's birth -- something she claims Jordan's NEVER denied -- and genetic testing will prove it resulted in the pregnancy.

As TMZ previously reported ... Jordan filed docs of his own earlier this month, DENYING he's the baby daddy -- and claimed paternity for the teenager was established YEARS ago in a previous case.

With breakup rumors continuing to swirl ... ('cause with George Clooney they always are) ... Stacy Keibler landed in Germany today, presumably to spend some quality time with her man.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the rumors of the couple's demise are way off-base -- in fact, we're told the two still live together and are currently redecorating the kitchen in their home.

With all the rumors swirling that he and Miley Cyrus have broken off their engagement, Liam Hemsworth fled to his native Australia to be with the only woman that can ever really understand him ... his mom.

With Miley back in the states, the 23-year-old "Hunger Games" star showed off his ripped guns while out shopping with mommy on Wednesday.

Speculation about the demise of their relationship has been rampant ever since Liam was spotted in the back of a car with actress January Jones and further fueled when Miley was spotted without her engagement ring last week.

Another theory is that Miley was just too crazy for him and he broke it off.

While no official word from either of their camps, Liam knows there's nothing like a mother's love.

Miranda Kerr suffered injuries to her neck and back during a car wreck in L.A. on Monday ... this according to the model's rep.

Kerr was sporting a neck brace -- which she tried to cover with a scarf -- as she walked around L.A. Tuesday night ... after someone reportedly smashed into her car on an L.A. freeway.

Kerr's rep told Australia's 9 News, "She is in a lot of pain, but really we are just glad it was not more serious."

Neither Kerr's son Flynn nor her husband Orlando Bloom were in the car at the time of the crash -- but the rep says, "[Orlando is] taking very good care of her. He’s an amazing husband."

There are reports the other driver involved in the wreck was arrested for DUI -- but so far, we are unable to confirm those reports.

With TWO Lance Armstrong movies reportedly in the works, it's probably no coincidence the disgraced cyclist returned to L.A. yesterday ... where he learned that he still has a few fans left.

Lance hit up Mastro's in Beverly Hills ... and on his way into the restaurant, he was stopped by a few children who requested a photo -- Lance obliged with a smile.

But on his way out, Armstrong was mum when asked his thoughts on the two studios reportedly racing to get a biopic made.

FYI -- there are reports J.J. Abrams is pushing to get a film made ASAP for Paramount ... while director Jay Roach is said be spearheading a project for Warner Bros.

After countless broken bones ... horrible seasons ... and penis pics gone public (we're lookin' at you Brett Favre) ... the Madden Curse has finally been LIFTED ... at least according to John Madden.

The curse is legendary ... with more than a dozen NFL stars experiencing terrible seasons after appearing on the cover of the Madden football video game series ... just ask Ray Lewis, Eddie George, Shaun Alexander, Donovan McNabb and Garrison Hearst.

But this weekend outside Craig's in L.A., Madden explained how Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson finally broke the most famous jinx in pro sports.

Madden -- who was having dinner with his former NFL announcer colleague Al Michaels -- also told us about how his new $750k bus costs only HALF as much as a vehicle owned by a famously flashy NFL owner.

Selena Gomez just appeared in a video dancing to the song "Everybody Knows (Your Boyfriend is a Douchebag)" ... which begs the obvious question ... is this a message directed at her ex-BF Justin Bieber?

Selena and her friends post videos like this all the time -- dancing to other people's songs -- but the timing of this one seems suspect, considering Bieber's recent wave of d-baggery.

It's possible Selena and her friends just like the tune ... and there's no hidden meaning ... but Justin and Selena have been known to communicate through song.

You'll recall JB sang "Cry Me a River" at a concert after they broke up. Selena later responded by performing the same song.

TMZ has obtained video of Chris Brown saying something that sounds a lot like "F**K DRAKE" at an L.A. nightclub this week ... but the question ... did he actually say it?

It was widely reported Chris snatched the mic from the DJ at Emerson Theatre early Thursday morning for playing a Drake song -- screaming "F**k Drake" -- but our video suggests it might've gone down differently.

In the clip, the insult appears to follow an emotional speech by Chris about his close friends ... "My n****s ridin' for me." Then he says what sounds like "F**K DRAKE!" before the music starts up again.

But the audio is choppy ... so it's possible Chris just hates the Clippers and actually said "f**k Blake!" ... or maybe he hates baked goods ("f**k cake!") ... or delicious meat ("f**k steak!") ... or ... you get the point.

January Jones ... the alleged Sienna Miller in the Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus relationship ... finally faced the media about her alleged affair yesterday ... and she didn't exactly deny anything.

The "Mad Men" star arrived to a flock of photogs at LAX and was immediately hit with the questions everyone wants to know -- Did you hook up with Liam? Why were you and Liam photographed together in the back seat of an SUV at the Oscars?

As we previously reported, Miley was spotted out in public this week without her engagement ring ... fueling rumors that she broke things off with Liam because of his alleged affair with Ms. Jones.

Miley Cyrus made a HUGE statement last night without ever saying a word ... 'cause she went out in public WITHOUT her engagement ring ... in the wake of rumors her fiance cheated on her.

Miley DID have some jewelry on her hand when she went out in L.A. last night ... in fact, she even had a couple of rings on her ring finger ... just NOT the giant rock Liam Hemsworth gave her when he proposed.

The timing is interesting ... 'cause there have been reports that Miley was angry with Liam ... who was recently spotted in the back of a car with actress January Jones.

Just a few hours before she went out in public yesterday, Miley had tweeted that she had NOT called the wedding off.

Then again ... 'lotta stuff can happen in just a few hours.

Lindsay Lohan doesn't care that the judge in her criminal case and the media have called her lawyer incompetent ... she's sticking with him.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... she's angry that the media is painting Mark Heller as a nincompoop. She says, "It's all lies."

What's more ... Lindsay doesn't care that Judge James Dabney also called Heller incompetent to practice in California. In fact, the judge was brutally honest ... to the point he said if Lindsay keeps Heller, he'll order her to court for the next hearing to explain why she would be waiving her right to a lawyer who knows what he's doing.

As we first reported ... Michael Lohan reached out to his daughter and offered to pay for a new lawyer, but she turned him down flat.

Chris Brown and Meek Mill are officially cool with each other again -- after facing off in that massive brawl between Drake and CB's entourages -- because they smoked the metaphorical peace pipe in Charlotte over the weekend.

The pics were snapped Friday night at Cameo Nightclub -- the same spot where Drake dropped $50,000 on strippers on Saturday.

It's the first time CB and Meek Mill have been seen out together since the melee at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC last June.

You'll recall, witnesses at the club said Meek was one of the main instigators behind the bottle-hurling brawl ... with CB's crew on the receiving end ... but Meek denied getting involved.

We're told CB and Meek shook hands at Cameo and put the beef to rest once and for all.

Michael Jordan doesn't need Maury Povich to tell him he's not the daddy, he says he knows it already ... and filed documents today requesting the paternity case filed against him be dismissed.

As TMZ first reported, Pamela Smith filed docs in Fulton County, GA in an attempt to establish the NBA legend as father of her son, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds, aka Taj.

Jordan's lawyer filed to have the case dismissed today, saying paternity of the teen had already been established ... and #23 was not the father.

MJ's rep released a statement saying, "Public records show that the paternity of the child was established in a prior case in this same court many years ago and that Michael Jordan is not the father."

The statement continued, "It is unfortunate that well-known figures are the target of these kind of claims. Michael Jordan will vigorously defend himself and his reputation."

Taj posted a video on YouTube declaring MJ is his father. So far ... no update to that clip.
