Chris Brown's rep tells TMZ ... the person who stars in a new XXX sex tape being shopped around town is DEFINITELY not Chris Brown ... despite reports to the contrary.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, the mystery seller wants $50k in exchange for footage which allegedly features Brown gettin' dirty with "Basketball Wives" star Draya Michele. MediaTakeOut claims they have seen the footage ... but passed because it was out of their price range.

But Brown's rep tells TMZ ... "The report is absolutely not true."

Mel Gibson's secret dinner date with Azita Ghanizada had everything to do with her good looks -- but not because Mel wants to date her ... he wants to cast her.

According to our sources, Mel met Azita a few weeks ago and he was taken aback by her beauty and unique ethnicity (born in Afghanistan, grew up in Virginia). We're told the two talked for a while that night and Mel asked her out to dinner to discuss possibly working together.

TMZ obtained photos of the pair at that dinner last week ... where we're told Gibson discussed his much-hyped upcoming movie about Judah Maccabee. Our sources say Ghanizada was hip to the idea, but so far no official deal has been made.

Despite how the pics may appear, we're told the dinner was just business.

Herman Cain is adamant ... he never acted inappropriately around the latest woman to accuse him of sexual harassment -- in fact, Herman claims he never even met her.

The Presidential hopeful just spoke at a news conference -- where he flatly denied Sharon Bialek's accusations ... that Cain reached for her genitals after a dinner meeting in D.C. back in 1997 and forced her head near his crotch.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber held hands as they entered an MTV Europe event in Northern Ireland this evening.

The woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child -- originally accused her ex-boyfriend of being the daddy to the very same baby last year ... this according to her ex-BF's grandmother.

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe ... who tells us Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school.

Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant.

The two got into an argument and police were called ... because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.

Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window ... and got into another altercation with Terranova ... and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.

Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas.

Lippe tells us they never heard from Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced ... now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain't true.

Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 -- she did not list a father on the birth certificate.

We've made multiple calls to Yeater's attorneys -- so far, no response.

Terranova reiterated our story to the NY Post, saying Yeater originally tried to pin fatherhood on him. He added, "I know it's not Justin Bieber ... She just wants money. It's a scam."

Justin Bieber has finally decided to address the baby daddy rumors himself -- telling Matt Lauer point blank ... Mariah Yeater is LYING THROUGH HER TEETH.

Sources directly connected with Justin Bieber tell TMZ ... the singer is adamant he never had sexual relations with the woman who claims she had his baby ... and as far as he knows, Justin has never even met her.

The woman in question reportedly filed a paternity suit against Justin, claiming she and JB had a special hug backstage at a recent concert at the Staples Center in L.A. ... and 9 months later, she popped out a baby, baby, baby, oh.

But we're told Justin believes the story was "completely made up."

After attending a Halloween party together on Monday night, rumored lovebirds Wilmer Valderrama and Demi Lovato were seen sucking face outside Wilmer's house on Tuesday.

The couple previously dated back in 2010, after Demi split from Joe Jonas.

Justin Bieber's legal team is ready to strike over allegations the singer impregnated a 20-year-old woman ... allegations that Team Bieber claims are "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false."

The woman in question reportedly filed a paternity suit against Justin, claiming she boned the underage singer backstage at one of his L.A. concerts ... and left with an embryonic party favor.

But a rep for Justin tells TMZ, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims."

The rep adds, "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Kim Kardashian is telling her friends ... her marriage to Kris Humphries was true love, and she's extremely angry at reports that the wedding was one big sham.

Kim is telling people very close to her ... the marriage was "100% real," adding they loved each other very much.

Kim is saying they cultivated their relationship for a year -- it wasn't an overnight thing. She says when they got engaged ... she truly believed the marriage was "forever."

As for the 72 days ... Kim is explaining it this way: "Sometimes marriages end ... rapidly. Just because it's short doesn't mean it's fake."

Kim Kardashian's friends are scoffing at Kris Humphries, claiming he's full of BS when he says he wanted to have a simple life with her in Minnesota, because once the marriage fell apart, he immediately began "chasing fame."

They're saying in the last week or so, when they started talking about the possibility of divorce, Kris went into full Hollywood gear, talking about "branding" the Kris Humphries name with cologne, nightclub appearances and what not.

And we're told Kris was pushing to keep their connection going, even if they ended their marriage ... and that threw up red flags.

We're told Kim was especially put off that Kris hired a Hollywood publicist over the weekend to work on his image.

As we previously reported, one of the main reasons for the divorce was that Kris wanted Kim to move to Minnesota, but once it became clear she wasn't leaving Hollywood and the marriage was over, Kris was all about the very things he despised.

The people closest to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries circled the wagons to convince the media everything was A-OK with the former couple ... lying to the media just days before Kim filed for divorce.

Khloe Kardashian was out shopping in L.A. Friday, when she told photogs the rumors about a possible Kim-Kris break-up weren't true -- insisting, "Don't believe anything."

Same thing from Kris' sister, Kaela, last Thursday ... who also tried to convince the cameras everything was hunky dorey (below).

The honeymoon is over (maybe) for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries -- because we have video of the (potentially) unhappy couple (possibly) fighting. Which definitely proves ... something! Or nothing.

Terrell Owens claims his assistant was WRONG when she told a 911 operator that he tried to commit suicide on Oct. 6 ... this according to a statement from his publicist.

T.O.'s rep, Diana Bianchini, tells TMZ ..."Terrell Owens absolutely did not attempt suicide nor did he attempt to overdose on pills on Oct. 6, 2011."

"The facts are that [T.O.'s assistant] arrived at his home that evening after he had already taken a sleeping aid to fall asleep. He was unresponsive because of this."

"Unaware he had taken a sleeping aid prior to her arrival, his assistant became concerned and decided to call 911."

Steven Tyler claims he did not fall off the wagon before he fell on his face in the shower this week ... but says he understands why people might not believe him.

Tyler -- who went public about his issues with substance abuse in the past -- called in to the "Today' show this morning to talk to Matt Lauer about rumors he was using again.

Tyler responded, "I get that people think that ... It still bothers me a little, but it's something that I have to deal with for the rest of my life."

Moments later, Matt asked, "But you're clean and sober, that's not the issue?"

Jessica Simpson arrived at JFK on Sunday with some extra baggage ... around her midsection.

While speculation is rampant that it's a baby bump, the 31-year-old has not confirmed if she is pregnant or not.

Looks like she may need those infamous mom jeans again after all.
