Conrad Murray Delusional Ex-Doc Thinks MJ Death Verdict Vindicates Him
Michael Jackson's former doctor and convicted killer, Conrad Murray, must be getting pretty strong meds behind bars ... because he thinks the jury in the wrongful death trial proved he's a good physician -- he's dead wrong.
TMZ obtained audio of Murray leaving a message for someone shortly after the judge announced AEG Live was not accountable for MJ's death -- and on the recording, Murray says the decision proves, "I have never been and never will be an inept physician."
Murray's missing one giant point ... which is that the jury really only said they felt he was fit to do what AEG hired him to do -- be a good general practitioner for MJ. The part about pumping Michael full of Propofol every night was never relevant to the questions the jury was asked to answer.
In fact, the jury foreman made it clear they were NOT saying they felt Murray was ethical -- and said the verdict might have been different if ethics were in play during this trial.
Nonetheless, Murray feels vindicated ... so, you gotta hear him gushing and praising God, the jury, and the justice system ... this time, anyway.

Michael Jackson Death Trial Jackson Family Loses
The Jackson family just LOST their bid to hold AEG Live accountable for Michael Jackson's death.
The jury ruled AEG Live did hire Conrad Murray. That's huge. The jury then ruled Conrad Murray was NOT unfit or incompetent to treat MJ. Katherine and the kids lose.
So here's the thing. The question that ruined Katherine's case was whether Murray was competent to handle Jackson when he was hired, and the jury said he was. Ironically, a jury in the criminal case ruled Murray then went off the rails and did things that ultimately killed MJ. But because he was competent at the outset -- the Jackson family lost.
The jury foreman confirmed this during a post-court news conference where he said they felt Murray was competent to do the job for which he was hired -- a good general practitioner. However he added, "That doesn't mean we felt he was ethical. Had that question been in there, it could have been a different outset.
Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 kids were suing AEG, claiming the company negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray and pushed MJ way beyond the limits for his "This Is It" tour.
AEG claimed Michael hired Murray and what went on between them was a secret to all ... including AEG.

Katherine Jackson Spins Jury Verdict We Proved Our Point
Katherine Jackson has a rather tortured analysis of the jury verdict -- she seems to be saying even if she didn't get any money, she still kinda won.
Katherine says, "We have said from the beginning that this case was a search for the truth. We found the truth. AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray, the man who is in jail for killing Michael Jackson."
She's right to this extent ... the jury did say AEG Live hired Murray. In fact Katherine scoffs at AEG, saying, "AEG has denied for years, and continues to deny, that they hired Dr. Conrad Murray. The jury found unanimously that AEG hired Dr. Murray."
But then the jury delivered a knockout punch to the Jackson lawsuit, by deciding essentially that when AEG Live hired Murray, they had no reason to believe he was an incompetent general practitioner ... which was the whole point of bringing a doctor on board in the first place. Therefore, AEG was not negligent.
Katherine is pissed, saying, "AEG has repeated the mantra that this lawsuit was a shakedown. Such a statement is a slap in the face of the entire judicial system that allowed this case to go to a jury."
Katherine and her lawyer, Perry Sanders, say "All options regarding the balance of the jury verdict (the ruling there was no negligence) are being considered."

Jermaine Jackson The Big Winner In MJ Trial ... Maybe
If Katherine Jackson wins her lawsuit against AEG ... the BIG winner isn't really Katherine or Michael's 3 kids ... more likely it's Jermaine Jackson, along with Tito, Randy and Marlon.
We got Jermaine out in Calabasas yesterday ... and we asked if Katherine provided for him in her will, but he dodged the question.
Here's the significance. Katherine is suing for $10 BILLION. If the jury awards her a substantial amount of money, it would almost certainly go to her kids when she dies, and here's why -- Michael's children won't need the money for two reasons.
First, the 3 kids are also suing, so any judgment would probably be more than enough for them to live off of. Also, when Katherine dies, they'll pretty much get the vast fortune that has been accumulated in the MJ Estate.
The logical people who would get Katherine's money would be hubby Joe and their kids. Katherine has been sparing in terms of what she gives Joe -- they don't live together anymore, so her kids would almost certainly be the primary beneficiaries of what she leaves behind.
As for the kids -- Janet is doing just fine, and we're told La Toya is also sitting pretty in the finance department. So the boys would benefit the most.

Michael Jackson Takes Huge Fall On His Ass During Last Photoshoot
Michael Jackson wasn't always smooth on his feet -- the King of Pop took a nasty trip and fall while posing for his final magazine spread ... and TMZ has hysterical video of the accident.
Little background: MJ was doing a photoshoot in 2007 that was eventually published in L'Uomo Vogue and Ebony Magazine (below) later that year -- legendary photog Bruce Weber took the pics, and blah, blah, blah ... Michael tripped over a set piece, and took a dive during the session!
Not much more to it, but it is awesome to watch a roomful of people scramble when MJ falls.
Michael was fine ... he jumped up, gave a thumbs up, and laughed at his clumsiness while finishing the shoot -- his last before dying 2 years later.
So, moonwalk -- no problem. Standing upright -- ehhhh ...

Conrad Murray MJ Hired Me And Hated AEG
Michael Jackson -- NOT AEG -- hired Dr. Conrad Murray and MJ actually kept AEG at complete arms length on issues of medical treatment, because he felt a bunch of snakes ran the concert promotion company ... and these are the words of Conrad Murray captured on tape.
TMZ has obtained a voice mail Murray recently left on a friend's answering machine. If it were testimony in the wrongful death trial, it could be explosive. Among other things, Murray says:
-- Michael personally offered him the job of being his doctor on the "This Is It" tour
-- AEG actually wanted to hire a less expensive doctor, but Michael got his way with Murray
-- AEG never ordered Murray to give MJ any specific medical treatment. All requests came from Michael
-- AEG was not even aware of the medical treatment Michael was receiving. This point is critical
-- Michael despised AEG and referred to people who worked for the company as "snakes"
-- Michael had particular disdain for "This Is It" producer/director Kenny Ortega. MJ said he hated Ortega, who had no idea how much pain he was inflicting on Michael with the breakneck pace.
And Michael's venom extended to his family. Murray claims during the Jackson 5 Pay for View project, Joe (whom he called Papa Bear) demanded $1 million. Katherine (whom he called Mama Bear) also wanted $1 mil. And each of the brothers wanted $500k.
You gotta hear the audio.

Paris Jackson I Want My Brother Back
Paris Jackson was at war with her brother Prince days before she tried to commit suicide, and we've learned she's now extremely regretful and wants to mend fences.
Jackson family sources tell TMZ ... Paris felt abandoned by not just Prince, but by everyone in her world. When Michael was alive the family bond was unbreakable. But after he died, she not only lost her father, but the family unit disintegrated. She couldn't relate to Blanket because he was too young, ditto Katherine because she was too old, so the only possible soulmate was Prince.
We're told Prince became distant to Paris because he developed other interests -- girls, martial arts and cars. Paris became enraged and the two argued fiercely, which escalated up to the time Paris took a meat cleaver to her arm.
We're told one of the reasons Paris became close to Debbie Rowe is because her mother showed a genuine interest and love for her daughter -- which meant a lot. But Rowe couldn't solve the big problem in Paris' life -- the feeling of abandonment.
Our sources say Paris has recently been telling friends and family she wants to repair her relationship with Prince, and regrets the conflicts that divided them.
Short story ... we're told the fact that Paris is expressing these feelings is great progress.

Paris Jackson Pics Debbie Rowe Will SUE Pic Sellers
Debbie Rowe is furious that someone sold pictures of her daughter, Paris Jackson, at a boarding school where she's been for more than a month ... and she plans to sue the people who sold her daughter out ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with Rowe tell TMZ ... Paris' mom is extremely upset that someone at the boarding school -- located outside California -- has not only sold pictures but information about the girl.
The pictures -- one of which was plastered on Twitter (above) -- were taken a month ago during a graduation ceremony, shortly after Paris arrived. By the way, the plan was for Paris to attend the school on the QT ... she used a pseudonym.
Rowe is beyond angry, telling friends, "These people, including some websites, are screwing with my daughter's ability to get better." TMZ broke the story, Paris attempted suicide in June after taking pills and slitting her arm with a meat cleaver.
We're told Rowe wants TMZ to post her promise to sue, because she wants people at the school and everyone else to stop selling out her daughter for cash.

Randy Jackson Bitches About Paris Debbie Rowe Pissed
Randy Jackson is pissed that his niece, Paris Jackson, is confined in what he believes is a psychiatric hospital and thinks something really stinks ... but Paris' mom thinks he's delusional.
Randy just tweeted, "I just hate the fact that you [Paris] will probably still be there on my brother's birthday." Randy adds, "She is not psychotic. There is no reason for her to be in a psychiatric hospital this long away from her family."
But we've learned Debbie Rowe, Paris' mom, is livid at Randy and is telling friends that he doesn't know what he's talking about. We're told Rowe said, "As usual, he's grossly misinformed. He doesn't know what he's talking about. He has no idea where she is. She's not in a psychiatric hospital."
Rowe is saying Randy is just bitter because no one wants him to testify in Michael Jackson's wrongful death trial because he's irrelevant.

Debbie Rowe Cries About Paris Jackson ... She's a Shell of a Person
Paris Jackson lost her soul when her father died ... so said Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe on the stand today, breaking down into tears.
Debbie was testifying for AEG in the wrongful death lawsuit Thursday, when the subject turned to MJ's 15-year-old daughter and her recent suicide attempt.
Debbie said she had been in touch with Paris every day until June 5, when paramedics were called to the Jackson mansion in Calabasas after Paris downed a bunch of Motrin and cut herself with a butcher's knife.
Debbie said Paris had been "devastated" by her father's death and that's what caused the suicide attempt. Debbie added, "She tried to kill herself ... She has no life. She doesn't feel she has a life anymore."
Paris is currently at an undisclosed residential treatment center outside California.

Debbie Rowe Ominous Court Arrival Whose Side Am I Really On?
Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just arrived at court to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit -- but even though she's testifying for AEG, her brief statement this morning makes it sound like she might secretly be playing for the other team.
As we reported, Debbie views herself as a hostile witness because she believes AEG is largely responsible for Michael's death -- but the fact is ... our sources say Debbie thinks a lot of Michael's doctors share the blame.
Rowe's testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ misused Propofol for years -- thanks to diabolical drug-pumping doctors -- and engineered his own demise ... but if she takes a left turn and says AEG pushed MJ over the edge, it's bad news bears.
But it wasn't all negative, Debbie also had some words to say about Paris this AM ... and they're good.

Debbie Rowe Breaks Down Docs Competed to Drug MJ
Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe just broke down in tears while testifying in the MJ wrongful death trial, claiming the singer's doctors held a "pissing match" to outdo each other by giving Jackson the "better" drugs ... a competition that fueled his deadly drug addiction.
On the stand, Rowe pointed the finger at two doctors specifically -- Dr. Arnie Klein and Dr. Steven Hoefflin -- claiming MJ trusted them to prescribe his pain medication, and they consistently tried to one-up the other by giving MJ increasingly stronger doses of painkillers.
Rowe said Dr. Conrad Murray then "got in there and killed him." She added, "I was probably one of the only ones who said no to MJ."
Rowe said MJ had a notoriously low tolerance for pain, which paved the way for the abuse of painkillers like Demerol and Diprivan.
Rowe called Klein and Hoefflin idiots for going back and forth at the same time, trying to outdo each other and not looking out for MJ's best interest.

Debbie Rowe To Testify MJ Abused Propofol 12 Years Before Death
Michael Jackson was not only addicted to powerful drugs 12 years before he died ... at least twice in the late 90s doctors misused a drug similar to Propofol so MJ could sleep through the night ... and we've learned that's exactly what MJ's former wife Debbie Rowe will tell the jury today.
Sources familiar with Debbie Rowe's testimony tell TMZ ... Rowe -- who will be called to the stand by AEG Live -- views herself as a hostile witness, because she feels AEG is largely responsible for MJ's death.
We've learned Rowe will testify ... in 1997 doctors administered Diprivan (a form of Propofol) to Michael in a Munich, Germany hotel room. We're told Rowe will say the drug was administered specifically so Michael could sleep. There was a full medical staff present and MJ slept under the influence of the drug for 8 hours. This occurred on 2 days, either consecutive or 1 day apart.
The testimony is significant because AEG is trying to show MJ was the master of his own fate and had misused Propofol for years.
But we've learned Rowe will also say while she was married to MJ she never saw him as a raging drug addict. She will testify he was addicted to Demerol ... which he used to deal with the pain and anxiety from scalp surgeries after being horribly burned. She says when she left Michael in July, 1997, he was not an out-of-control addict. In fact, he had gone to rehab and was open about it.
As TMZ first reported, Rowe injected Michael in the buttocks with Demerol and Vistaril several times while she worked for Dr. Arnold Klein -- MJ's closest doctor and confidante. Rowe had no idea in the last months of MJ's life Klein injected the singer with Demerol scores of times.
We've learned if asked ... Rowe will say she was horrified when she saw a TMZ video of Michael looking totally out of it as he left Dr. Klein's office days before he died. The day MJ passed, Rowe will testify she called Klein and said, "You killed him. What did you give him?"
We're told Rowe wants to tell the jury ... when the "This Is It" tour was announced and she heard the breakneck concert schedule, she told her shrink, "They're [AEG] gonna kill him."

MJ Producer Kenny Ortega MJ Controlled His Life And His Death
The man who skippered Michael Jackson's "This Is It" rehearsals blamed the pop star for the predicament that led to his death.
Kenny Ortega, the tour's director and producer, testified in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial this morning that Michael called the shots, adding, "I don't think he was being very responsible."
Ortega -- who was called as a witness by AEG Live -- testified he was not responsible for MJ's health. Ortega told the jury that Michael was squarely in charge, and made it clear that the singer and Conrad Murray called the shots when it came to MJ's well-being.
Ortega's testimony is critical, because Ortega is linked to AEG and had day-to-day contact with Jackson. Katherine Jackson is trying to show AEG called the shots and hired Dr. Conrad Murray. Ortega is clearly taking issue with Katherine.
In fact, Ortega came close to saying when it came to medical treatment, he was Michael's bitch, having to endure scoldings by Dr. Conrad Murray when the doc felt Ortega was contradicting him.

Robson founded a non-profit organization called "Hearts in Our Hands" on July 1 -- registering a domain name and a Facebook page.

Translation: a whole lotta meditation and yoga.
A source close to Wade says the choreographer's gotten deep into yoga himself lately -- and now wants to quit professional dancing forever.
As TMZ previously reported ... Wade is suing MJ's Estate, claiming he was sexually molested by Jackson from the age of 7 to 14.
The Jackson Estate and several family members have dismissed Wade's claims as little more than a money grab.

Celine Dion Bigger Than Michael So Claims AEG
It's Billie Jean vs. Titanic, and AEG claims the ship wins hands down. Translation -- AEG is trying to convince the Michael Jackson jury that Celine Dion is bigger than MJ.
AEG exec John Meglin is on the stand in the wrongful death case, scoffing at the Jackson family's claim that Michael would have earned $1.5 billion had he lived.
Meglin told the jury it's his opinion Celine is a bigger star and therefore more bankable than MJ ever would have been. Yet according to reports, Celine is worth a measly $400 mil.
Fun facts: Jackson ranks #3 in most albums sold worldwide -- more than a billion (behind the Beatles and Elvis) . Celine ranks #9 at 200 million albums.
So we gotta ask ...
