Justin Bieber causes mass hysteria everywhere he goes -- and even places he doesn't ... because fans in Chile mobbed his hotel ... and he wasn't even in the country!

Here's the problem. We know Justin decided to stay in Buenos Aires an extra day ... so he wasn't even in Chile when the fans stormed the hotel.

According to our sources, the mob scene prompted local authorities to contact Bieber's camp and order him to come to the hotel by helicopter ... because they feared they couldn't control the crowd.

Girl Scouts of the USA is warning its legions ... reality television shows are turning young women into "mean girls."

The Girl Scouts Research Institute conducted a study on reality TV ... and concluded, "teen girls who regularly view reality TV accept and expect a higher level of drama, aggression, and bullying in their own lives, and measure their worth primarily by their physical appearance."

A rep for the Institute also noted that reality TV shows "more frequently portrays girls and women in competition with one another rather than in support or collaboration. This perpetuates a 'mean-girl' stereotype and normalizes this behavior among girls."

The Girl Scouts did not name any of the shows involved in their study.

But it wasn't all bad news ... the GSRI says 68% of girls surveyed agree reality shows "make me think I can achieve anything in life" and 48% believe they "help me realize there are people out there like me."

The Girl Scouts note, "We don't want girls to avoid reality TV, but want them, along with their parents, to know what they are getting into when they watch it."

So we gotta ask ...

We've learned Kelsey Grammer is going into court this week ... asking a judge to impose a gag order on ex-wife Camille after her encounter with TMZ last week.

Our camera guy ran into Camille and her son last Tuesday -- and asked Camille which activities she enjoys doing with her kids. Camille instructed her son to answer the question and he replied, "Play."

Sources tell us Kelsey wasn't happy with the situation -- and wants the family judge to prohibit Camille from exposing their kids to media cameras in the future.

Sources connected with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" tell us ... Camille is indignant because just days later Kelsey paraded both of their children in front of a bank of cameras at Boa, a place ALWAYS buzzing with paparazzi.

So we ask ...

"Fantasy Factory" star Rob Dyrdek is $50,000 closer to building a dream skate park for kids in L.A. ... thanks to a HUGE donation from one of his co-stars.

Dyrdek has been super-passionate about building skate parks where kids can SAFELY skate whenever they want -- and now his former assistant Chris Pfaff (better known as Drama) is taking another cue from his mentor and helping the cause ... with a $50,000 donation.

In fact, Drama is so serious about the cause, he's also donating a portion of the profits from a new shirt and a new hoodie that his skate clothing company will be selling.

TMZ spoke to a rep for Drama ... who tells us, "[Pfaff] worked as Rob Dyrdek's assistant for multiple years picking up a lot of the skills and knowledge that Rob had for his businesses. Now it's Drama's turn to give back to Rob's foundation by opening his very own safe spot skate spot."

T.I. is making up for lost dad time -- after 11 months in federal custody, the rapper spent last Saturday afternoon at his son's football game in Atlanta ... and his reality TV crew filmed the entire heartwarming bonding sesh.

T.I.'s son, Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III -- one of his five biological children -- turned 7 on August 25th ... four days before the rapper was released.

Forget tennis and dance class, Kelsey Grammer takes his kids to one of the nicest steakhouses in Hollywood ... with full knowledge cameras would capture the whole thing.

Kelsey made a grand exit from BOA last night, surrounded by a small brood of children -- including his and Camille's 3-year-old Jude and 6-year-old Mason.

Camille Grammer's instincts were right -- that Kelsey Grammer would not take his kids to tennis, dance and other activities while he has the kids this week -- so she's now taking matters into her own hands.

We got Camille taking her son to a tennis lesson Tuesday, and she was more than willing to tell us either she or the nanny will be shuttling her kids back and forth this week.

Camille and Kelsey had to go to court last week because they couldn't agree on the custody arrangement while Kelsey was in L.A. Camille tried convincing the judge Kelsey would not take the kids to their pre-arranged activities because he didn't want to see her face-to-face, but the judge still gave Kelsey the kids for the week, provided they don't miss tennis, dance and what not.

But Kelsey has been a no-show at dance and tennis this week, and Camille has given up on him.

Kelsey Grammer fought hard to get his kids this week, but hours after picking them up, he had the nanny take his daughter to her dance lesson.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelsey and Camille were in court Friday, because Kelsey wanted the kids while he was in L.A. this week but Camille had serious reservations. The judge gave Kelsey the kids, provided he guaranteed they would attend their regularly scheduled activities, including soccer and dance.

Camille showed up in Malibu this afternoon for daughter Mason's dance class, but Kelsey was a no show. We're told Kelsey has not wanted to be near Camille since they separated, and he's missed several of the kids' events -- including Mason's piano recital -- because Camille was there.

Judgment Day has come for "Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong ... and a court has decided the actor owes more than $15,000 in back child support payments to his ex-wife.

According to papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Furlong has only forked over $3,201 in payments to ex-wife Rachael Kneeland since December -- problem is, he still owes another $12,108 PLUS another $3,840 in interest.

Kneeland -- who starred as Becca in "The Ring" back in 2002 -- had a son with Furlong ... before divorcing him back in 2009.

Despite being in the middle of an ugly custody battle with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry moved forward as her adorable daughter Nahla and Halle's latest boyfriend Olivier Martinez were all smiles in Mallorca, Spain on Friday.

She had reportedly fallen gravely ill during a trip to Israel with her family last week -- but baby Josie from TLC's "19 Kids and Counting" made a speedy recovery ... and TMZ has obtained video proof.

Reports are circulating ... Josie was rushed to a medical facility after her "oxygen levels had spiraled down" -- but sources close to the family tell TMZ, the reports were blown way out of proportion.

We're told 21-month-old Josie was merely experiencing some cold symptoms -- and was taken to a doctor's office to get them checked out.

Tyrese claims he was WRONGLY kicked out of a radio station in Delaware yesterday -- and it's all because he TOOK A STAND against liquor stores that operate near elementary schools.

It all happened at WJKS KISS 101.7 in Delaware -- when Tyrese, who was invited on the show to promote his album, made a PASSIONATE statement about how liquor stores SHOULD NOT be allowed near schools ... after seeing one on his way to the station.

During his rant, Tyrese told the DJ, "Get them cats out of here ... selling alcohol right across from your kids school, homie -- put the pressure on them homie ... you know how to put pressure on dudes selling in your hood."

But when the show went to commercial, Tyrese was asked to leave the building -- and the owner of the radio station confirms to TMZ that it was because he felt Tyrese was "disrespecting" the Delaware community.

After the incident, Tyrese tweeted, "I just kicked out of a radio station frm a [program director] who had a problem w/ me speaking on liquor stores that are by elementary schools in Delaware."

He later added, "If you don't STAND for something.. You will damn near fall for Anything."

TMZ has learned just how Justin Bieber surprised GF Selena Gomez with an intimate dinner and a movie for 2 at the otherwise empty Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.

We broke the story ... Justin and Selena attended a Demi Lovato concert Friday night at the nearby Nokia Theater. After the show, just after 11 PM, Justin instructed Selena, "Follow me," and then took her through the underground tunnel that connects Nokia to Staples.

When they walked inside the empty, 20,000 seat arena, the lights had been dimmed and there was a table for 2 on the floor, with candles ... of course.

We're told Justin had the fancy Staples restaurant -- The Lexus Club -- cater the meal. They ate steak and pasta, and when they were done, suddenly the movie "Titanic" appeared on the screen.

Justin got the idea from the movie, "Mr. Deeds," where Adam Sandler surprises Winona Ryder with a date at Madison Square Garden.

Selena was "shocked" when she realized what was up.

As for Justin ... he didn't have to pay a penny, because the honchos at Staples were grateful he filled the arena 3 times in the past.

Justin Bieber will almost certainly get lucky tonight ... because TMZ has learned he just surprised girlfriend Selena Gomez with the most romantic surprise ever.

He's corralled the entire Staples Center in L.A. for a screening of the movie "Titanic" ... just for the two of them.

Sources connected to the Biebs tell us .. Justin hatched the idea after seeing the movie "Mr. Deeds" -- where Adam Sandler surprises Winona Ryder with a date at Madison Square Garden.

Here's how it went down tonight ... Justin took Selena to the Demi Lovato concert at neighboring Nokia Theater. He then said, "Come with me" -- and took her underground to Staples Center to watch the biggest shipwreck of all time.

And if you don't hate him enough already -- Justin didn't have to pay a penny for Staples. We're told since he sold out the venue three times, and it was empty tonight ... they gave him the entire arena for free.

Joshua and Ebony Rendon -- the couple from "16 and Pregnant" that had their child taken away after authorities found their house was covered in feces and garbage -- have done some Fall cleaning and now want their kid back.

TMZ broke the story ... children's services officials went to the house earlier this week after someone complained about the living conditions. The couple was arrested and charged with child endangerment.

Joshua -- who is in the military -- faces discipline which could result in discharge.

But now, after cleaning the house, they say it's all good.
