That's the case with Rams rookies Brandon Chubb, Pharoh Cooper, and Brian Randolph ... 'cause we got the kids out at LAX and asked who they'd wanna star in a big movie with ... and the answers flowed.

Check out the clip -- the three guys had two different answers ... with two going the big Hollywood star route, and one obviously wanting to sip a little on-screen lemonade.

NFL legend Eric Dickerson knows exactly how he wants his beloved L.A. Rams to use the #1 pick in the draft -- JARED GOFF!!!

With the debate still raging between Goff and Carson Wentz ... E.D. says he's convinced Goff is the better choice -- telling TMZ Sports he's got all the right tools.

Footwork. Release. Accuracy ... as Eric put it, "I think he's the best thing out there right now."

Oh, and get this ... Dickerson says he doesn't officially work for the Rams -- but now that they're in L.A., he says he would love to hook up with the team in a professional capacity.

L.A. Rams lineman Rodger Saffold says he has some Kryptonite for any L.A. thots looking to pounce on him while he's training ... an all-weather, all-purpose wedding ring THAT HE NEVER TAKES OFF.

Saffold was at LAX when we asked him if he'd be tempted to try out some of the co-eds roaming USC's campus now that the Rams are gonna be playing there.

That's when Saffold flashed a black silicone wedding band from Qalo -- like the one Andy Dalton wore on "Hard Knocks" -- and revealed he uses it so his nicer one doesn't get scratched while he's playing.

Saffold also takes some time to tell us what type of Prince music he loves to listen to, and whether or not it's suitable turn-up tunes before the game.

L.A. Rams linebacker Akeem Ayers has a message for his bosses ... please take Jared Goff with the #1 pick in the draft!

It's not often you hear players weigh in on how their team should draft -- but EVERYONE has an opinion when it comes to #1 ... especially with 2 marquee QBs in the running, Goff and Carson Wentz.

Ayers -- who played his college ball at UCLA -- says he's got a pretty good reason for being Team Goff ... who played 3 seasons for Cal.

Either way, Ayers says he's super confident the Rams can be competitive right away -- claiming the defense is so good, they can make the Super Bowl even without the best QB in the league.

The competition to be an L.A. Rams cheerleader was FIERCE this weekend -- with dozens of women stripping down to their bikinis and flaunting their figures in the hopes of making the cut.

Check out the footage of the 66 women trying their best to impress a panel of judges at The Forum ... a panel that included Rams legend Marshall Faulk.

In the end, 25 were named to the squad ... congrats!

L.A. Rams running back Tre Mason just pled not guilty to all charges in his reckless driving case ... but he's still a wanted man.

So, how does that work?

We've learned ... Mason's attorney entered a plea on the NFL player's behalf in court Thursday, Tre was NOT there himself.

So, the warrant -- which was issued after Mason blew off a previous court hearing -- is still active, according to Broward County Court.

As we previously reported, Mason is facing several charges -- including weed possession, reckless driving and resisting arrest stemming from a March 5th incident in Florida.

Johnny Manziel hit up L.A.'s nightclub scene, but was all business when we raised the topic of his next potential team ... the L.A. Rams.

Manziel was leaving The Nice Guy Saturday night -- looking sober and driving himself -- and we asked what he thought about playing for the Rams. He didn't hesitate ... immediately giving props to the team's superstar RB Todd Gurley.

Check out the clip ... he's clearly got love for Gurley's game, and maybe the Rams too. Question is ... will they love him back enough to sign him?

More evidence Johnny's in a Hollywood state of mind -- he hung out with Justin Bieber at 1Oak Nightclub last night.

Todd was recently used as an example of how to behave well in the media. Johnny could learn a few things.

Just one day after it was announced the L.A. Rams would be the featured team on the HBO docu-series "Hard Knocks" ... cameras have already started to roll.

Check out the scene at the Rams facility in St. Louis ... it appears cameras are capturing Rams officials packing up the old offices and workout center -- even removing Super Bowl mementos from the walls.

How well does Todd Gurley know his Roc Nation boss Jay Z? Enough that he can destroy a TMZ camera guy who thought the Rams running back might be light on hip-hop knowledge.

Gurley was at LAX when we asked him about being mentored by Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson ​and what that's meant to him as a man and football player.

TG told our guy that Dickerson basically told him not to be a damn fool -- good advice -- but it was when we challenged him to name three albums by Hova for $100 that he kinda made a fool out of us.

Check it out -- Gurley calmly rattles off the three answers like he's shredding an NFL defense and proving his loyalty to the Roc.

The L.A. Rams had a strong message for their players -- now that you're in L.A., don't act like the old Kanye West!!

The players were called to a media training session earlier this week -- where they were shown TMZ and TMZ Sports videos to show them the right way and the wrong way to handle the media.

Rams punter Johnny Hekker says they were shown a Kanye video as part of the presentation (it's gotta be the "Don't Talk Ever" clip, right?)

On the flip side, Hekker says they watched several positive interactions with various athletes and celebs ... including a recent clip with their very own running back Todd Gurley!

Hekker says the team harassed Todd for his answer to a question about In-N-Out burgers ... but it was all in good fun.

Todd Gurley says he's ready for his close-up ... telling TMZ Sports he's DOWN to get into acting now that the Rams are moving to L.A. -- and he could be HUUUUGE!!

Eric Dickerson has a warning to the Rams players -- BEWARE OF THE L.A. WOMEN!!!

The Rams legend was at LAX when he told us he knows what it's like to be young, rich and famous in L.A. -- and says the young guys moving west need to be VERY aware of the cleat chasers looking to take advantage of an athlete.

"Young players have to look out for some of these girls ... because let's just be honest this ain't St. Louis."

He adds, "There are some beautiful women out here and a lot of these girls they hear the Rams are coming to town they like, 'Oh, I'm gonna get me a football player ... I'm gonna get my rent paid."

L.A. Lakers star Metta World Peace says he's HAPPY to be sharing the city with a NFL team -- but says there's only ONE WAY he would ever root for the Rams.
