'Love & Hip Hop L.A.' Huge Chick Fight Over Ray J [VIDEO]
Well, that didn't take long ... a huge fight broke out on the FIRST day "Love & Hip Hop L.A." started shooting -- and TMZ has video which shows Ray J was in the middle of the mess.
The brawl went down between Ray J's GF Princess Love and singer Teairra Mari inside a nightclub.
Check out the video ... Princess goes wild when she sees Teairra standing with Ray J.
Sources close to production tell us Princess demanded to know why Teairra was with her man ... and also claimed she saw photos of them together.
We're told Teairra simply said, "I don't care" ... and then it was on ... with Princess throwing the first punch.
Our sources say landing Ray J for the show was a huge score ... he had originally turned down offers to join the cast.
But hey, money talks -- and while we're told he's getting a ton of it ... Ray J's presence is already paying off for producers. Let's face it ... "Love & Hip Hop" loves a good fight.

Love & Hip Hop NY Mendeecees' GF Drops $200k To Bail Him Out of Jail
A "Love & Hip Hop New York" star got sprung from the pokey tonight -- after more than a year -- thanks to his fiancée, who anted up $200,000 for his bond.
Mendeecees Harris got busted back in January 2013 for his alleged involvement in a heroin and cocaine drug ring. He's been in Federal custody -- most recently in a Rochester, NY jail -- ever since his arrest.
Today, a judge agreed to release him on a $600k bond ... and his fiancée Yandy Smith came through with $200k of that.
Mendeecees tells TMZ the first thing he did after getting out of jail was to score some Chinese food and some candy. He and Yandy are currently driving from Rochester back to NYC.
BTW ... Yandy is a true ride or die chick because she's on the hook for that $200,000 if Mendeecees doesn't show for trial.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Benzino says he has no idea why his nephew shot him ... even though it's very clear the beef between them is strong.
Benzino called into "TMZ Live" to tell us what he claims led up to Saturday's shooting during his mother's funeral procession -- and his explanation was, as they say ... tricky.
The rapper -- and former owner of The Source magazine -- says 7-8 shots were fired and he was hit twice.
We asked if it had anything to do with money issues around his mom's house -- and Benzino more than hints there's some bad blood.
The shooter, Gai Scott, was in court today -- and said he was acting in self-defense.

Lil Scrappy 'Racist' Salon Owners Ruined My Kid's B-Day
Scrappy tells TMZ ... he put a down payment on a little girls salon outside Atlanta for his daughter's birthday party -- but when he and baby mama Erica Dixon arrived 20 minutes late to their 2 1/2 hour appointment, the place wouldn't let them in.
When Scrappy complained, citing the down payment they already paid ... he says the people running the place -- who are white -- allegedly told him they didn't want to serve "you people."
Cops were called -- because Scrappy didn't want to leave without a refund on his down payment -- but officers got him half the money ... and the salon agreed to mail the rest, so he left.
Calls to the salon went unanswered.

'Love & Hip Hop' Star Shot En Route to Mom's Funeral
"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Benzino was shot Saturday afternoon while driving in his mother's funeral procession and police already arrested a suspect ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told Benzino -- former owner of The Source magazine -- was shot after an argument erupted between family members in the funeral procession.
Benzino was hit and he was rushed to the hospital.
Remarkably ... the rest of the family went on with the funeral and the preacher says when they arrived both the limo and the hearse were blood stained -- according to reports.
Benzino is currently in the hospital.
5:20 PM PST -- The district attorney says Benzino was shot by his nephew Gai Scott, adding, "There has been growing family tension" between the two.
The D.A. says Benzino and Gai were in different cars ... but when the two were side-by-side at some point, his nephew allegedly fired shots.
Gai was charged with assault with intent to murder.
Benzino is currently in stable condition and his co-star Stevie J posted a pic on Instagram of the reality star in the hospital to prove it. B's biceps are bandaged ... so it appears that's where he was shot.

'Love & Hip Hop' Producers Sued Show Idea Was STOLEN
The cat fights are now spilling into court -- a pair of female producers are suing the people behind "Love & Hip Hop" ... claiming the reality show was their idea first ... and VH1 stole it.
Trisha Lum and Nickie Lum-Davis filed the suit against VH1 and MTV -- claiming they pitched the idea back in 2009 ... and thought they had a deal to make their show, called "Hip Hop Wives."
According to the lawsuit ... the show was supposed to star current and former flames of DMX, Swizz Beatz, Irv Gotti and Jim Jones ... but VH1 honchos cooled on the idea ... saying they didn't want a show that would compete with its other reality series, "Basketball Wives."
The Lums are calling BS ... saying VH1 moguls used "Hip Hop Wives" as the template for "Love and Hip Hop" ... down to the last detail.
Trisha and Nickie want justice ... in the form of money. Their lawyer tells us they're gunning for an 8-figure judgment.
VH1 had no comment.

We're told ... producers held an emergency meeting ... to discuss the massive brawl that broke out during Wednesday night's taping at a restaurant -- in which several cast members ... and some non-cast members were injured.
Sources tell us ... producers are worried about a massive lawsuit from innocent citizens who get caught in the crossfire of a brawl -- so they've laid down the law ... no more filming parties with normies.

Filming of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" turned into a CRAZY free-for-all Wednesday ... as a massive brawl erupted during production leaving stars bloodied and injured ... and TMZ has the wild cell phone video.
The cast was shooting the opening of a restaurant. Sources close to the show tell us ... the trouble began when Joseline Hernandez walked in with a girlfriend. We're told the friend instigated an argument ... and pretty soon fists were flying.
Karlie Redd was knocked out ... several others suffered bloody cuts ... and somebody threw a bottle at Momma Dee, hitting her in the face.
VH1 cameras were rolling the entire time. Of course they were.

'Love & Hip Hop' Taking Over L.A. ... But Can't Land a Star!!!
"Love & Hip Hop" is moving to L.A. for its new spin-off -- with episodes expected to start shooting later this month -- but producers are now facing a HUGE problem ... they can't find a big name to star on it.
Sources close to production tell us, they initially planned to attach Ray J as the headliner, but he's currently tied up hosting "Bad Girls Club All-Stars" on Oxygen so he couldn't sign on.
Now we're told producers are scrambling to find someone else, but it's proving more difficult than they anticipated ... which is somewhat surprising, considering "Love & Hip Hop" is one of VH1's highest-rated shows.
According to sources, producers will start by shooting story lines for the smaller stars who have already signed on, including singer Brooke Valentine, radio DJ Yesi Ortiz, rapper Hazel-E, and video vixen Bria Myles. We're told producers have decided to worry about the bigger stars later.
Sounds dangerous.

"Love & Hip Hop" star K. Michelle is finally getting a taste of her own medicine -- at least in the slapping department -- because the IRS just hit her hard.
Uncle Sam has filed a $52,415.09 tax lien against K. -- who famously slapped her co-star MiMi Faust this year -- claiming she didn't muster up enough tax dough in the years 2008 ($47,710.46) and 2009 ($4,704.63).
2008 was a big year for K. -- her singing career took off when she signed with Jive records. In 2009, she released a single with Missy Elliott. Things slowed down afterward, until she signed on for "Love" in 2012.
As the saying goes ... mo' money, mo' problems.

'Love & Hip Hop' Star ARRESTED After Gas Station Beatdown
Lil' Scrappy -- one of the stars of the VH1 show "Love & Hip Hop" -- was arrested at a Georgia gas station yesterday after getting into a fight with a guy who allegedly disrespected his girlfriend, TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops received a call about a brawl going down inside the gas station around 2:33 AM. We're told an off-duty police officer from Atlanta happened to be at the same gas station and sprang into action -- successfully breaking up the fight.
When on-duty cops arrived to the scene ... Scrappy and the other man were arrested for disorderly conduct and hauled to a nearby police station.
FYI -- the other guy in the fight was Kenny Rogers ... not "The Gambler" Kenny Rogers ... just a random guy who also happens to share the same name as the country legend.
We're told Scrappy was very cooperative once in custody -- and was released a short time later.
We spoke with Scrappy who insists Kenny Rogers was the aggressor -- "He was calling my girlfriend names and then put his hands on me ... so I had to lay them paws on him."
Scrappy's lawyer Mawuli Mel Davis tells us there's video that proves Scrappy was acting in self-defense.
Scrappy says he plans to cooperate with law enforcement moving forward -- and is now trying to focus on the next season of his reality show.

Nicki Minaj BLASTED "Love & Hip Hop" star Kirk Frost for being a womanizing a-hole on national TV, and Kirk tells TMZ she was totally right to do so.
A recent episode of "LHH: ATL" aired showing Kirk cheating on his wife Rasheeda with TWO other women in a hot tub. FYI -- Rasheeda is 7 months pregnant.
Nicki ( a HUGE "LHH" fan) was pissed by the public display of douche-baggery and took to Twitter, writing, "Damn my n***a, after 15 yrs u wld embarrass the mother of your child while she's pregnant on nat'l tv like that? cornballs on deck."
She added, "And I dare u to say it ain't none of my business. U done sold it to vh1. It's everybody business."
But rather than try and make excuses, Kirk tells TMZ he knows he acted like a terrible person, telling us, "Nicki Minaj is a woman and she was speaking about me doing inappropriate things. I can't fault her for that. Every woman in America who watched felt the way Nicki did."
Kirk adds, "Not only was doing it on the show inappropriate ... but it was inappropriate period. And I hurt my wife."
FYI -- Kirk says his wife is now "done" with him. They have a 12-year-old kid together, plus the one on the way.

Lil Scrappy can finally pee in a cup sans stress ... because the rapper has purged himself of the green stuff for 30 days ...TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... The "Love & Hip Hop: ATL" star voluntarily checked himself into rehab on May 30th -- after failing a court-ordered drug test. He copped to the fact he was addicted to ganja and wanted help.
Lil Scrappy's lawyer Mawuli Mel Davis tells TMZ ... Scrappy was able to kick his nasty habit and the rapper was released at 12:01 AM Saturday, practically a new man. He explains, "Scrappy has had time to reflect, read, and write. He is now drug and alcohol free."
To pass on his newfound wisdom, we're told Scrappy will start mentoring teens next week -- speaking to them about what he's gone through and how to keep their noses clean. Maybe a little too soon, but ...
FYI -- Scrappy -- who's currently on probation -- better stay straight, because he must submit to random drug tests. Whatever it takes, right?

'Love & Hip Hop' Star Yandy Smith Back to Work Following Contract Dispute
The cast of "Love & Hip Hop" is returning to the show for a fourth season following a contract dispute with VH1 ... and Yandy Smith tells TMZ the money "was right" for her.
As TMZ first reported, the girls banded together and threatened to walk because they felt VH1 was screwing them over when it came to their contracts.
But when our photog spotted Smith out earlier this week in NYC, she told us that she's signed her new deal and was more than pleased with the amount of coin VH1 coughed up. In fact, Smith said cameras were already rolling for season 4.

'Love & Hip Hop, New York' Stars REVOLT Massive Contract Disputes
Big trouble on the set of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop, New York" ... TMZ has learned, the stars of the show are refusing to go to work ... and it's all because they think they're getting shafted in contract negotiations.
Sources close to the show tell us, all cast members were supposed to be present Tuesday in NYC to film a trailer for the upcoming season, but only half of the cast showed up. The other half stayed home in protest because negotiations for their new contracts had gone sour.
We're told the half that did show up then got upset ... believing they too were entitled to revised contracts ... and stormed off.
We're told most of the cast members want more money -- as much as double their last contract -- but there are other problems too ... some are pissed at how they were portrayed last season and they want more say in what footage gets aired.
We're told emergency meetings have since been called with the angry cast members ... and they're hoping to get what they want by the end of the week.
If they don't ... we're told the cast members plan to stick to their guns and continue their strike for as long as necessary. We reached out to VH1 for comment -- so far, no word back.

Lil Scrappy believes he's addicted to weed ... and after failing a court-ordered drug test, the rapper will enter a rehab facility for treatment, TMZ has learned.
Scrappy appeared in a Georgia courtroom moments ago, where officials revealed a urine test Scrappy took last week came back positive for marijuana.
TMZ spoke with Scrappy's lawyer, Mawuli Mel Davis, who tells us ... the rapper will check into a rehab facility before the next court hearing in June.
Davis also tells us ... Scrappy acknowledges he's addicted to smoking marijuana.
We broke the story ... Scrappy was recently jailed for violating his probation back in March after a dispute over a different pee test. According to court officials, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with ... and when asked to submit another cup, he refused.
