One of Bow Wow's friends is breaking ranks, speaking out against him for threatening to pimp out Melania Trump.

We got Sincere Show, a former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star, Wednesday night at Nightingale Plaza, and he summed it up this way ... "Trump trippin' but Bow Wow trippin' too."

You'll recall ... Bow Wow came out strong in support of Snoop Dogg after Trump took a shot at Snoop for his controversial "Lavender" video. But Sincere says there's a line in any beef, and Bow Wow definitely crossed it with the Melania tweet.

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" is laying down new ground rules for its upcoming season -- cast members who brawl will pay the price ... from their paychecks.

The show's added a no-fighting clause to its contracts, so when the Hollywood ladies and gents sign their paperwork they're agreeing not to throw down ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

We're told producers are sick of all the fighting -- which result in production delays -- and less severe penalties haven't done the trick.

According to the docs ... there's no set fine amount for fighting -- it's at the discretion of producers and based on the severity of the fight. Suspension and termination are also on the table.

Stevie J's unpaid child support stands at an insane $1.3 million and he's so far behind, his federal prosecutor wants him to pay with hard time.

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says Stevie's track record of ignoring his child support responsibilities has been flagrant and disrespectful to the law. In docs, Bharara points out Stevie's gotten plenty of second chances, but repeatedly screws up by, among other things, failing drug tests.

Teairra Mari just had her Uber beatdown case dropped ... because the driver refused to take the stand.

Prosecutors moved to dismiss 3 charges against the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star for allegedly beating the hell out of a driver and stealing his charger ... the judge agreed and tossed the case.

More good news for Mari ... according to court docs, her $26k bail money was returned. You'll recall ... Mari was a wanted woman this past summer when she was a no-show in court, but she got her act together and surrendered to cops.

As for why the driver flaked ... Mari's attorney, Lonnie Brandon, tells us the driver knew his story wouldn't hold water.

One look at Joseline Hernandez and you couldn't tell she delivered daughter Bonnie Bella 2.5 weeks ago.

Joseline was blazin' Thursday night in L.A., where she wasted no time plugging her delivery special.

Stevie J either had a big change of heart about suing his baby mama, Joseline Hernandez ... or maybe he's just absentminded about court dates.

Stevie's defamation lawsuit against Joseline was dismissed Wednesday by a Georgia judge, because he was a no-show for a scheduled hearing. You'll recall ... Stevie sued Joseline in October after he says she continued to accuse him of molesting his daughter, which he denied.

At the time she was pregnant with their kid, but since she gave birth he's admitted being gaga over the infant, and attempted to squash all beef with Joseline.

Joseline Hernandez is getting back to work after giving birth a little over 2 weeks ago -- and while the club might be an odd job site -- her baby's definitely not going hungry.

The 'Love & Hip Hop' star -- and Stevie J's latest baby mama -- made her first club appearance at Museum Bar in Atlanta over the weekend, and took home $10k just to dance in the middle of 8 bodyguards.

Correction: we're told she also rapped a few bars and drank some champagne -- and even took a pay cut from her usual $15k appearance fee. Still, not a bad night on the job for a brand new mom.

Mendeecees Harris is making an odd plea for a guy who's currently doing hard time for drug trafficking -- he's insisting he's NOT a drug dealer ... TMZ has learned.

Seems too little, too late, but the 'Love and Hip Hop NY' star -- who got 8 years in prison -- says federal prosecutors gave him the shaft during sentencing because they made it sound like he was dealing cocaine and heroin.

In docs obtained by TMZ ... Harris says he was merely "collecting drugs from one party and handing them to another." He says feds never even accused him of setting prices or having knowledge of the entire drug operation.

Translation: I was a small fry, and they know it.

Stevie J is gonna have his work cut out for him ... the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star just got the greenlight for a new reality series that will scour the U.S. & Canada for 8 fresh Penthouse cover girls.

Not a bad way to spend the work day.

The working title is "Penthouse Pets," the longtime pet name for the mag's XXX models. Filming starts in March with Stevie taking his baby mama, Mimi Faust, and Rick Ross' ex and model Brit Eady along for the ride as his "pet wranglers."

Stevie seemed pretty excited talking about it alongside Brit in the video above. Then again, who wouldn't be?

The greatest miracle of Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez having a baby girl last week could be a full peace treaty between them ... and he says they're both committed to making it happen.

We got Stevie out in Atlanta talking about how the newborn, Bonnie Bella, is changing his life, and the BIG shocker -- he shouts out Joseline for being a "great mom."

This from the guy who was demanding drug and psychological testing for Joseline just a few weeks ago. If this holds up, Baby Bonnie should be up for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Joseline Hernandez says she has hard evidence she's clean and sober, but her soon-to-be baby daddy, Stevie J, is not buying it.

Joseline filed docs and attached 3 drug test results that show she tested negative for various drugs -- including cocaine, amphetamines and weed. She also attached a note from her care provider stating she's had a healthy pregnancy.

In the docs, Joseline says she voluntarily submitted to the drug tests, and Stevie's claim she's abused drugs throughout her pregnancy is a sick ploy to embarrass her.

Joseline clapped back with a shot of her own -- Stevie's $5,000 check for her medical costs bounced, according to docs.

Stevie J did it without Maury Povich, unfortunately, and he's confirmed he IS the father of the baby Joseline Hernandez is squeezing out within the next month.

Stevie's DNA test result showed he indeed did the deed -- according to new docs he filed -- and now that he KNOWS, he's asking for visitation rights ... but also for primary physical custody. Doesn't make sense, but maybe he's covering all his bases.

Joseline's due Jan. 9, and in the docs he says he absolutely wants to be in the delivery room.

Stevie's repeating his request for Joseline to be drug tested because he claims she's abused drugs and alcohol throughout her pregnancy, and fears it's effected the fetus. He wants the infant drug tested within 24 hours of birth.

The docs include a text message he says came from Joseline -- "You will never see your daughter f*** n****."

Stevie J got his ass beat by a super pregnant Joseline Hernandez -- according to docs he just filed -- and now fears for his life if she doesn't get mental help, stat.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star says Joseline showed up uninvited to his pad Sunday and busted up his face and injured his eyes. It's interesting ... Stevie posted a vid with her that same day, and they seemed all lovey-dovey. Stevie tells us that vid was shot right before the alleged beatdown.

In docs, Stevie says there was another encounter where Joseline threatened him, lunged at him, hurled paperwork and unleashed a profanity-laced tirade.

Stevie J is asking the court to order a psychological evaluation for Joseline, as well as anger management. In the docs he says he's afraid she'll hurt him and their unborn child. He's even preemptively requesting a guardian be appointed for the baby ... who's due any day now.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ that second encounter happened at a DNA lab where Stevie was getting pricked for the paternity test she requested. We're told 'LHHA' cameras were rolling.

We've reached out to Joseline, so far no word back.

"Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Drewski got way more of a show than expected at his weekly viewing party -- a couple of female cast members started throwing down.

Drewski hosted the party at Dolce Lounge in Elizabeth, NJ Monday night and invited his co-star MariahLynn. That was his first mistake.

We're told MariahLynn tried to break up one fight after someone poured a drink on someone she knows, then she got doused ... and the brawl was on, with MariahLynn right in the middle of fists flying.

Eventually Drewski pulled her away from the mess, and everyone went back to partying ... peacefully.

Stevie J's down to get pricked for Joseline Hernandez's paternity test request but it could come back to burn her where child custody is concerned.

Stevie J just filed docs agreeing to take a DNA test to find out if he's the father of Joseline's unborn child and if he is ... Stevie's asking the court to award him primary physical custody because he thinks she's an unfit mother. In the docs, he claims Joseline may have abused drugs during the pregnancy.

He also says she has anger issues as evidenced by her acts of violence against him in the past. He claims she'll "engage in acts of parental alienation" once the kid's born and keep him away from the child.

If he's granted custody, Stevie J is also asking for child support.

TMZ broke the story ... Joseline sued earlier this month to get Stevie J to take a paternity test. She also asked for child support.

Stevie J is about to get some baby news he may not want, with the help of a judge and even a little bloodletting.

Joseline Hernandez just filed legal docs demanding that Stevie J take a paternity test, and she's so positive it will prove he's the father of her unborn baby ... she's also asking for child support and a parenting plan.

Stevie has been vague about the kid, not publicly saying it's his but not denying it either.

Joseline claims in the legal docs Stevie has privately agreed to pay her medical expenses associated with the pregnancy, although she does not say he fessed up to fatherhood.

It's now apparent she doesn't think she'll get any money from him, so she's asking a judge to extract it, and STAT.

Joseline's due in January, and now, based on some new medical advancements, all she needs to do is have some blood drawn and ... voila -- Stevie J will know his fate.
