Lindsay Lohan's financial situation is so dire, she is struggling each month to pay the rent on her Beverly Hills mansion ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Lindsay has been scraping together the money to pay her $8,000 rent. We're told Lindsay signed the lease on the home back in February ... when her career was on the upswing and the money seemed to be rolling in.

But according to our sources, when Lindsay's finances took a turn for the worse (like when the IRS seized her bank accounts) she began doing whatever she could to make rent each month, often hitting up friends for money.

Lindsay tried to get out of the lease and move out early, but we're told the owners of the home told LiLo the penalty for breaking the lease was MASSIVE.

So Lindsay is making it work until the lease is over in February and LiLo is telling friends she'll then look for a place in New York.

Maybe Dina needs a roommate.

As if she weren't royally screwed enough ... Lindsay Lohan's tax problems have become so extreme ... the IRS has seized ALL of her bank accounts in order to repay her massive outstanding debt.

As we reported, Uncle Sam has filed tax liens against Lindsay for the years 2009 and 2010 -- claiming she owes $233,904 in unpaid federal taxes.

Charlie Sheen generously paid Lindsay $100,000 to help alleviate Lindsay's 2009 tax problem -- but we're told Charlie's check barely scratched the surface ... because Lindsay also owes money for 2011.

The IRS has given Lindsay ample time to pay up -- but the Man's tired of waiting ... so we're told the IRS has seized ALL her bank accounts in order to settle her debt.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, she's in full-on panic mode about her financial situation, and is desperately trying to make some cash to get out of the red.

Now we know why Kelsey Grammer wants to move out of the Bev Hills (adjacent) home he just bought and move into the one he bought with Camille Grammer -- he's short on cash.

TMZ broke the story ... Camille is fighting mad that Kelsey wants to move into their 10,000 square foot mansion that they've been trying in vain to sell.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kelsey says his show, "Boss," got cancelled so he doesn't want to carry 2 homes in the same area, both of which have big mortgages. Kelsey says he can rent out his recently-purchased home for $30k a month, so he wants to do that and move into the 10,000 square foot estate he bought with Camille.

Camille is pissed because she's paying half the mortgage and other expenses -- and thinks it will be harder to sell if Kelsey, Kayte and their kid move in. BTW, the total carrying cost for the estate is $48,130 a month.

Kelsey counters in his declaration .... Camille lives in their Malibu home and he bears half the costs (total $15,000 a month), so it's only fair that he can move into their Bev Hills home.

The judge rejected Camille's request to bar Kelsey from the home but set a hearing for next month.

By the way, in the docs, Camille reveals that she gets $41,000 a month in spousal and child support.

Ex-NFL star Warren Sapp is desperate to lower his child support payments ... even though he struck a deal with one of his baby mamas to NEVER change the amount -- of course, that was before he went broke.

Sapp filed legal docs in Florida, requesting his child support to Angela Sanders be decreased from $2,500 per month ... because he's fallen on hard financial times since retiring from the NFL, a.k.a. he went bankrupt.

Problem is, back in 2001 -- when Sapp was a Tampa Bay Buccaneers cash-making superstar -- he and Sanders added a clause to their child support agreement that said ... neither party could "seek modification" based on changes in income.

Presumably, Sapp was trying to protect his millions.

Sanders tells TMZ she's "frustrated" by Sapp's request ... because she was fine sticking to the $2,500 a month while his pockets were getting fatter -- so it's unfair for him to lower it now.

According to the docs, Sapp is also trying to modify child-support payments for his 4 other baby mamas.

A judge has yet to rule.

Unemployed NFL star Chad Johnson is a deadbeat dad who belongs in jail if he continues his deadbeat ways -- this according to one of Chad's baby mamas.

Andrea Pearson -- who had a son with Chad back in 2010 -- just filed legal docs in Miami, claiming Chad has failed to pay his child support bill of $5,250 on October 15th ... and has consistently been late paying his previous bills.

Andrea claims she doesn't have the means to support the child as a result -- and wants the court to force Chad to pay up ASAP.

If he still fails to pay, Andrea wants the court to throw Chad in jail until he makes good on his child support agreement.

Chad's lawyer had no comment -- but sources close to Chad tell TMZ, he has always provided for his kid, including buying the mother a home.

More legal trouble for Katt Williams -- the comic has just been sued for $5 million after allegedly socking his female assistant .... and causing her permanent injuries.

Melissa Ishage filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she'd been working as Katt's personal assistant -- but on October 6th, things suddenly went sour at Katt's house ... when Katt attacked her, punching her and causing her "serious and permanent injuries."

Melissa doesn't explain why Katt flew into a rage -- but claims she had to go to the hospital as a result of the beatdown ... and now she wants at least $5 million from Katt to call it even.

Melissa's attorney tells us, his client claims Katt struck her in the head and knocked her to the ground. The lawyer says police were called to the scene but no one was arrested. The incident is currently under investigation.

Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio is sick and tired of supporting her estranged husband -- and has now filed docs asking a judge to ORDER him to get off his lazy ass and find a job ... TMZ has learned.

Paulina's husband Nicolas Vallejo-Nagera filed for divorce earlier this year and requested alimony -- but Rubio now says that's BS, claiming Nick is "perfectly capable of self-support" and should be forced to find a job to pay his own damn bills.

Paulina -- who was just sued this week for allegedly beating her assistant -- insists there's no excuse for Nicolas' laziness, claiming he is "a young, bi-lingual, highly intelligent and educated man, with degrees in business, and is physically active and healthy."

She adds, "He has had his own businesses in the past; however, he has not sought gainful employment since he began living with his wife."

Paulina wants a judge to order Nicolas to find a job, as well as pay Paulina's attorneys' fees. BTW, the divorce is still in play and the judge has not ordered Paulina to pay any support -- yet -- but she wants to nip this one in the bud.

Both Emma and Amara have filed their contracts with L.A. County Superior Court so the judge can approve their deals (as all underage actors are required to do in California).

According to the docs, Emma started off making $12k per ep when "Shameless" premiered back in 2011 ... she got a 4% bump for Season 2 ... and will get another 4% bump for Season 3.

Amara's show, "1600 Penn" is set to premiere on NBC in the near future ... but there's no guarantee it'll even last half a season ... and NBC is notorious for pulling the plug early (R.I.P. "Animal Practice).

So, the question -- if you were a kid actor ... and could make $12k-per-ep on an established show ... or $20-per-ep on a show with an unclear future ... which would you pick?

Britney Spears is crazy like a fox, because she's accumulated a fortune ... way MORE THAN $32 million ... TMZ has learned.

According to new docs filed in her conservatorship case, as of December 31, 2010, the conservators reported assets totaling $32,376,140.90. Sources connected with the conservatorship tell TMZ, that figure does not include a number of valuable assets.

On top of that, since 2010, Britney had a successful concert tour that raked in $68 million and she signed a $15 million deal with "X Factor."

Now get this. We also got the lowdown on what Britney spent in 2010 alone. The items include:

-- Child Support and Care: $303,673.72
-- Cleaning expenses: $27,265
-- Personal grooming and wardrobe: $61,295.12
-- Automobile expenses: $59,351.92 (and she didn't even buy a car that year)
-- Rent for Calabasas house: $19,000 a month
-- Electric Bill: $5,629.43 in just one month
-- Gas Bill: $1,841 in just one month
-- Water Bill: $2,278.27 in just one month

One thing's for sure ... Britney isn't cash poor. As of the end of 2010, she had cash on hand totaling $14,740,566.71.

Lindsay Lohan was telling the truth when she said her mom was on the verge of losing her house ...and Dina Lohan is not out of the woods yet ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... JPMorgan Chase Bank filed documents in 2010 to foreclose on Dina's Long Island home because she had fallen behind on payments.

Now here's where it gets interesting ...The bank and Dina cut some sort of deal in which mama Lohan agreed to a new payment agreement that would prevent her home from going on the auction block.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us ... Dina didn't ante up on her own -- she got money from Lindsay to make the payments.

We're told Lindsay made payments that helped Dina dig out of the hole, but recently she fell behind again and Lindsay had to give her MORE bailout money -- $40,000. And that's the 40 grand that Lindsay and her mom were arguing over when things erupted in the limo early Wednesday.

One final thing. We're told Dina withdrew lots of other money from the Bank of Lindsay, including money to help pay for her kid brother's tuition.

Broke ass NFL legend Warren Sapp has a CHANCE to buy back some of the items he lost in his bankruptcy case -- including jewelry and a surf board -- but he still can't get his shoes back ...TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Sapp filed for Chapter 7 earlier this year after claiming he was millions of dollars in debt. He was forced to hand over nearly all of his possessions to a trustee, who's been tasked with selling the items to pay off Sapp's creditors.

But now, according to new legal docs filed in the bankruptcy case, Sapp has struck a deal with the trustee -- which will allow him to buy back a bunch of his old belongings ... including furniture, jewelry, a storage container worth of crap and the rights to his missing 2002 Super Bowl ring (if it ever turns up).

All Sapp has to do is get a judge to sign off on the arrangement -- and pony up $69,284.58 in one lump sum.

Fortunately for shoe freaks, the trustee is NOT giving Sapp the chance to buy back his massive Air Jordan collection ... estimated to be worth $50k. As of now, the shoes are still on track to be sold.

After several failed attempts to put a roof over her head -- Octomom is FINALLY moving her brood into a new house ... and TMZ has the pics to prove it.

TMZ obtained photos of Octo taken Sunday -- packing up all her crap and hauling her 14 kids to a new 5,000-square-foot crib in Palmdale, CA ... since the one she's living in was foreclosed on.

From the pics it's clear Octo hasn't cleaned house for awhile ... you can see a giant dumpster full of old toys, chairs, mattresses and random stuff she no longer wants.

TMZ broke the story ... Octo was supposed to move into a DIFFERENT house in Palmdale, and pulled out at the last minute, because she thought the owner was shady. Prior to that, she had been REJECTED by a slew of landlords.

But millionth time's a charm and sources tell us ... Octo made a sweet deal with this owner -- snagging the property for a cool $2500 / month and her first payment isn't due 'til April.

June Shannon, Honey Boo Boo and the rest of the clan got an enormous salary raise from TLC after the second episode and they didn't even ask for it ... TMZ has learned.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell us ... the family received between $5,000 and $7,000 an episode at the beginning of the series. We're told after the second episode it was apparent to TLC they had a big hit on their hands, so network honchos approached the family and told them they were boosting their salary. Our sources would not be specific ... but they say the increase gave them somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000 an episode.

We're also told TLC volunteered to cover various expenses, including a bodyguard/driver for Sugar Bear, who was incapacitated after his ATV accident.

And there's more. We're told TLC even offered to help the family find a somewhat larger, more secure home, but June refused. She said she wanted to stay in the house because she makes a big deal over Christmas -- decorating the house for the community. June is heavily involved in her town.

And one more thing on the money front. We're told agents have been "swarming" around the family, trying to sign them but June has turned them away. She says she doesn't want to make money the sole object of the show and she's worried if she signs with an agent that person will talk her into making various appearances that will take her away from her family.

NFL legend Warren Sapp finally has some financial news he can celebrate -- a federal judge just wiped out a giant chunk of his overwhelming debt ... by discharging the football star from his bankruptcy case.

TMZ broke the story -- Sapp filed for chapter 7 back in April, claiming he owed more than $6.7 million to creditors, but only had $6.45 million in assets ... which included 240 Air Jordans, a lion skin rug and a boxing glove signed by Muhammad Ali.

A Florida judge decided Sapp's financial house was in order ... and discharged him from bankruptcy on September 24.

But the NFL star's not completely out of the woods -- he's still on the hook for hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax debt, child support and alimony ... which was NOT covered by his Chapter 7 filing.

Hey, it's a start.

Flo Rida's Miami mansion is practically Fort Knox ... with a complex $58,000 state-of the-art security system -- problem is, he's refusing to pay for it ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Flo is being sued by ADT -- the largest home security company in the United States -- which claims in 2009 it wired up Flo's home with a system that included dozens of sensors, smoke detectors and at least 27 security cameras.

In the lawsuit, ADT provided a copy of the contract ... which was signed by a man named Lee Prince -- who is reportedly Flo's manager.

According to the lawsuit, Flo paid the initial deposit -- $19,366.66 -- but after the work was completed, he never forked over the remaining $38,733.

Now, ADT wants the money PLUS interest, totaling $47,134.40.

Here's where it gets crazy -- Flo Rida has fired back at the suit ... saying he NEVER authorized the work despite Prince's signature ... and claims he doesn't owe ADT a dime.

Seth MacFarlane says he's still making up his mind about doing a sequel to his smash hit "Ted" ... telling TMZ, "We're thinking about it."

Seth was hanging out in New York this weekend with his "Ted" co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild .... just a few days after NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke proclaimed, “We’d like to see a 'Ted 2' as soon as we can.”
