Cardi B has been accused of assault and battery by an anonymous woman who she allegedly threw a microphone at during a day party in Las Vegas a couple years ago.

This Jane Doe is suing the rapper for a 2023 incident where Cardi was performing at Drai's Beachclub when she asked people in the crowd to throw water at her to beat the triple-digit heat.

However, this individual says when she threw water at Cardi -- as several people in the audience did -- the rapper responded by pelting her with the mic instead.

Attorney Cierra N. Norris, who is representing Jane Doe, is holding a press conference on Thursday in Vegas.

David Geffen's divorce is getting nasty ... because his estranged husband is suing him for breach of contract and airing a bunch of alleged dirty laundry.

Geffen's ex, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) beelined it to court Tuesday and filed an explosive lawsuit against the entertainment mogul ... claiming the 82-year-old billionaire was "masquerading as a white knight while hiding behind wealth, philanthropy and fame."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong claims they first met on the website Seekingarrangements.com ... he says Geffen paid him $10,000 for sex on the first night, then began treating him as "a living social experiment."

Shia LaBeouf is no longer being sued by his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs ... because we've learned they settled her explosive lawsuit out of court.

Shia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, and FKA's attorney, Bryan Freedman, tell TMZ ... "Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court. He claims the outlet had access to information showing their story was false ... although, he does not say what that information is.

The suit insists there is "no authentic letter or drawing," and the Journal concocted the story "to malign President Trump's character and integrity and deceptively portray him in a false light."

The "Hawk Tuah" phenomenon seemed inescapable across the country last year ... and now we know it was even penetrating the water as well, thanks to a vessel currently for sale christened with the viral TikTok phrase.
