Diddy's got a big payday problem, as in some of his employees are angry they're not getting paid while he's locked up in federal prison ... but his rep insists he has it under control.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Diddy's fortune is being handled by business management firm Tri Star Sports & Entertainment while he's in the clink, and we're told they're keeping a tight leash on his money -- too tight for some people on the payroll.

For instance, we're told some attorneys handling Diddy’s mountain of civil lawsuits have gone unpaid, and other staffers have been stiffed as well, and, as a result, at least one of them has quit.

Bob Chapek is ready to part with some serious magic ... 'cause TMZ has learned the former Disney CEO has officially put his ultra-luxurious Southern California estate on the market.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the estate -- which spans 10,000 square feet across more than 6 acres and features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms -- officially hit the market Tuesday for a whopping $14,995,000.

The sprawling property, which Bob purchased in April 2021 for $12.5 million, sits privately inside a guard-gated community, perched on a prime hilltop knoll with extraordinary, unobstructed views and next-level privacy. There's also a separate 2-bedroom guest house for visitors.

Tyson Fury insists his return to the boxing ring (again) has nothing to do with money -- he claims it's all about the love for the fight game.

The 34-2 heavyweight boxer explained his fifth comeback on Tuesday via Instagram ... claiming the payday from the sport wasn't what inspired him to return.

"For me, there's nothing else other than the fight game," the 37-year-old said. "I love this fight game. It's not for financial gain."

As we reported, a fundraising page was created in his name with a goal of $100,000 -- which it has surpassed -- to prevent the star from being evicted from his Los Angeles home. However, Mickey told fans Monday night on Instagram he doesn't even know what GoFundMe is, and that this whole situation is frustrating and embarrassing.

He leaves no words minced as he craps on the crowd-sourcing page, bluntly stating ... "If I needed money I wouldn't ask for no f***ing money. I'd rather stick a gun up my ass and pull the trigger!"

Mickey Rourke has definitely hit a rough stretch -- but a film director tells TMZ he's stepping up ... dangling a "Scarface" spin-off role to help the actor get back on his feet and earn some cash.

Director Eric Spade Rivas tells TMZ he saw the reports about Mickey struggling -- and wants to help by offering the actor a $1,000 cameo in his upcoming flick "Scarface Resurrection" ... just one scene, about two minutes long, quick in-and-out.

For context -- Mickey signed on to Eric's indie flick called "The Duke of New York" for $5K back in 2020 … then ultimately bailed. But Eric tells us there’s no bad blood -- he actually feels bad about how things went down and wants to make things right this time around.

Mickey Rourke might have one less place to call home sweet home in the near future ... because he's looking at being evicted from his residence over unpaid rent.

The actor received a 3-day notice to either pay up or get out of a rented property in Los Angeles on December 18 ... but he ended up failing to comply, according to court documents.

And here's the kicker ... Mickey was apparently behind $59,100 in owed rent when the docs were filed. The homeowner's looking to be compensated for attorney fees and damages.

Although Mickey's monthly rent on the 3-bedroom home was initially set at $5,200 ... it later increased to $7,000 during his second month in the place.

The 3-day notice was posted on the property and mailed to Mickey because a "person of suitable age or discretion" wasn't found at the residence.

The house has a bit of history to it, too -- renowned crime novelist Raymond Chandler briefly lived at the property in the mid-1940s, according to the Los Angeles Times.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, payments are due to start on the first of January for Bam and Nikki's 8-year-old son, Phoenix.

The papers state Nikki has agreed to provide and maintain Phoenix's healthcare coverage.

This comes after Nikki initially requested Bam pay her $15,000 per month, claiming Bam's net worth was around $55 million. But now it looks like they came to an agreement for a much lower monthly amount.
