Dr. Terry Dubrow has been sued by a former patient who claims he caused severe bleeding in her that required two additional surgeries, after using a non-FDA approved mesh material for a breast augmentation he performed on her ... all the way back in 2014.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman says the famous doc stuffed her chest with unsafe, non-FDA approved SERI Surgical Scaffold mesh ... which a subsequent doctor says resulted in a hematoma in her right breast and required 2 surgeries to fix.

The plaintiff not only alleges she suffered physical injuries, but said she lost out on money because she could not work ... and had to shell out cash for the corrective surgeries. The Beckhams No Panic Over Brooklyn & Nicola's Prenup!!!

Published | Updated

David and Victoria Beckham are not fearful, or devastated, over son Brooklyn Beckham's prenuptial agreement with wife Nicola Peltz, despite reports suggesting otherwise ... cause TMZ has learned the narrative couldn't be further from the truth.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the Beckhams are not worried, afraid, or losing any sleep over Brooklyn's prenup. We're told it's the complete opposite ... both families were always supportive of a prenup, and no one involved views it as controversial, controlling, or alarming in any way.

The reports, first pushed by a UK tabloid, painted a dramatic picture claiming David and Victoria believe Brooklyn has been "absorbed" into the Peltz family, alienated from his own, and financially vulnerable if the marriage ends. One source even alleged Brooklyn was "being held captive" ... a claim our sources flat-out call ridiculous.

Lily Allen & David Harbour Score $7 Million For NYC Townhouse

Published | Updated

David Harbour and Lily Allen are officially closing the door on their Brooklyn chapter ... 'cause TMZ has learned the estranged couple has found a buyer for their NYC townhouse following their very public -- and very ugly -- breakup.

Sources with knowledge of the sale tell TMZ ... the former couple closed on the property for $7 million, after it went into contract earlier this week. The home was originally listed for $8 million back in October, before the price was slashed to $7.3 million in January, and now, it's finally off their hands.

The place isn't just any brownstone. The late 19th century 5-bedroom, 4-bath Carroll Gardens townhouse sits on one of the most sought-after blocks in the neighborhood. The 4-level home was purchased by the couple in 2021 for $3.35 million, then completely reimagined with AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE.

But the timing of the sale is impossible to ignore. Harbour and Allen's breakup has been extremely messy, and Lily's new album, "West End Girl," appears to pull zero punches. The title track is reportedly all about this very townhouse, turning their one-time dream home into a symbol of everything that went wrong.

Relish The Moment! Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs Sells For $450 Million

Published

The winds are changing in the hot dog world ... because Nathan's Famous has just been sold to packaged meat company Smithfield Foods.

The fast-food company's top dogs must really be relishing the all-cash deal, too -- they sold Nathan's for a cool $450 million, The Associated Press reports.

FYI ... Nathan's Famous started out in 1916 as a hot dog stand in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.

The family of the founder of Nathan's Famous sold the business to investors just over seven decades later, and it's grown ever since then. The founder's name is Nathan Handwerker, BTW.

As you know, Nathan's Famous hosts an annual hot dog-eating contest every Fourth of July in Coney Island, where glizzy gladiators like Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi wolf down dogs in heart-stopping amounts.

Chestnut's won 17 out of 19 of the last competitions, setting a world record in 2021 after knocking back 76 hot dogs and buns.

We got scared Nathan's Famous was closing when we first heard the news ... it sounded like our wurst nightmare!

Bryan Kohberger Families of Murder Victims Sue Killer's School ... You Knew He Was a Stalker!

The families of the 4 University of Idaho students slaughtered by Bryan Kohberger in 2022 are suing the school where he was employed as a teaching assistant at -- Washington State University -- for damages, as they accuse the institution of failing to act on numerous warning signs about the murderer.

The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of Washington on Wednesday by family members of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin and is demanding Washington State be held liable for "its own decisions and actions to remain idle in the face of known extreme and repeated instances of discrimination, sexual harassment, and stalking by Kohberger occurring in its educational program."

The lawsuit argues that almost as soon as Kohberger arrived on campus in Pullman, Washington -- about 10 miles from the city of Moscow, where he murdered his victims -- he "developed a reputation for discriminatory, harassing, and stalking behavior, instilling substantial fear among young female students and fellow WSU employees, necessitating regular security escorts for multiple females."
