Mark Salling's first post-"Glee" movie has wrapped, but his performance may never see the light of day ... because producers are already considering cutting him from the film.

Salling is set to appear in the movie "Adi Shankar's Gods and Secrets," where he plays a villain.

We're told producers of the film will release a statement this morning saying they'll take a "wait and see" approach following his arrest Tuesday for possession of child porn.

But behind the scenes, we're told they're freaked out and already talking about cutting him out of the movie and recasting the role.

Melissa Mathison -- the 'E.T.' screenwriter and ex-wife of Harrison Ford -- is at the center of a mystery ... her will is missing, and turns out a lot is on the line because she's worth a bloody fortune.

Melissa -- who died last month from cancer -- had written a will but new court docs reveal her business manager can't find the original.

The court docs show Melissa is worth $22 million. Her fortune is all in a trust, but the document was not included in the legal papers so we don't know who's supposed to get it. She had 2 kids so it's a good assumption they'll get at least part of it.

So now the question ... what happens if the original will is never found? In California, as long as no one's fighting over her estate, a copy will do just fine.

Demetrius Shipp, Jr. was destined to play Tupac Shakur ... in fact, he was already being compared to the rapper when he was working retail.

Shipp was arriving in L.A. after the first week of shooting Morgan Creek Production's "All Eyez on Me," when he explained how Tupac has been a running theme throughout his entire life.

Tupac Shakur's story can't be told without Biggie Smalls ... and TMZ has learned the man taking on that role is no stranger to playing the East Coast rap legend.

Jamal Woolard will be reprising his role as Christopher Wallace in Morgan Creek Productions', "All Eyez on Me."

Woolard got rave reviews in 2009 when he played the namesake role in "Notorious."

We're told producers were so blown away by Woolard's Biggie performance, he was the top choice when it came to casting.

The casting is amazing and eerie ... you feel like you're smack in the middle of a raging East Coast-West Coast war ... except for the iPhone 6.

TMZ broke the story ... a new Tupac movie is in the works starring a first time actor who looks like a double for the late rapper.

Fun Fact: Jamal -- who also raps -- was featured on the posthumous Tupac track, "Untouchable."

Pittsburgh Steelers superstar Antonio Brown had an early Xmas gift for a local high school football team -- taking the entire squad to a screening of "Concussion" ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Brown hooked up the kids at Clairton High School in Pennsylvania -- a team he's essentially adopted since joining the Steelers.

Clairton head coach Wayne Wade tells us ... Brown organized a bus to take the players to a nearby theater and treated the kids to a night at the movies.

Wayne says Brown is always doing cool stuff for the high school -- "A couple years ago he paid for the whole team to go to Dave N Busters after the season."

So, why Clairton??

"He loves the whole small town, small team, small program thing. We are the winningest program in Pennsylvania, piled up 66 wins in a row (Pennsylvania record), won state championships."

So, what did we learn today ... people actually ARE going to see movies other than 'Star Wars.'

Tyler Perry star Tasha Smith had her marriage erased from planet Earth, after a judge ruled her hubby was a fraud.

Tasha got her marriage annulled a few days ago, after claiming he had a secret life he kept from her. Specifically, Tasha said during their courtship he told her he was a preacher and presented an image he was a man of faith.

Tasha says the reality was way different ... hubby Rory Douglas had been married 5 times before her. The judge said, "She in no way would have jumped within a few months at the chance to be bride number six."

What's more, the judge said Douglas concealed the number of kids he actually had, his past criminal conduct, and failure to pay taxes for nearly a decade.

11:45 AM PST -- Corey Feldman wrote on Twitter he's "very sad" about McCarter's death.

Brooke McCarter, who played Paul in "The Lost Boys," has died after a long-term illness.

The 52-year-old McCarter passed away Tuesday ... the result of complications from a genetic liver condition.

McCarter's acting career didn't take off after 'Lost Boys.' He made a name for himself as a regular at Horror Conventions around the country.

A teenage 'Star Wars' fan is in jail after threatening to shoot a friend who spoiled the plot.

Cops say 18-year-old Arthur Charles Roy became enraged after a Facebook friend revealed plot points.

Authorities say Roy, who lives in Helena, Montana, sent his friend a photo of himself, with a gun ... threatening to go to the friend's school and shoot him.

'Star Wars' is more powerful than first thought, because some moviegoers become so overtaken by characters like Chewbacca they actually assume their identity.

Comedian Harland Williams was stricken Monday night as he left the ArcLight in Hollywood with fellow comedian Adam Ray.

Ronda Rousey's Hollywood career is still ON THE RISE -- according to Bruce Buffer who says he's friends with a HUUGE director who has "big plans" for the UFC superstar.

Buffer -- the voice of the UFC -- says he's very close with Hollywood powerhouse Nick Cassavetes (directed "The Notebook," "Alpha Dog," "John Q.") ... and he's not turning his back on Rousey after the beating she took from Holly Holm.

Cassavetes also happens to be directing Ronda's next movie -- "Road House" -- and says he's pumped about having her star the film.

It's a pretty big endorsement for Rousey ... who's been a little "off" ever since the loss ... leading some people to question if she'll still be able to slay at the box office.

Tupac Shakur death conspiracy theories are about to reignite ... because the guy playing him in a new movie is a dead ringer for the rap legend.

We're told the biopic covers the rapper's entire life, including his murder in 1996.

Production sources tell us Demetrius' father worked in the music biz, and crossed paths with Tupac when Demetrius was a kid, and he's been a huge fan ever since.

We're told producer L.T. Hutton approached Demetrius to star as the rapper in no small part because of the obvious similarities. He immediately took some crash acting classes ... 4 times a week.

John Boyega surprised a huge crowd at a "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" showing Friday night, and they went nuts.

Thousands of people armed with intergalactic weapons gathered in downtown L.A. Friday night for an epic "Star Wars" battle.

The crowd was there for The Light Battle, a charity event. It was a raging competition because similar crowds gathered for The Light Battle in Toronto and NYC, all battling to shatter a world record for a single lightsaber fight.

The latest business to jump on the insane "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" marketing bandwagon will leave you asking, "Is that a lightsaber in your pants or are you happy to see me?"

Sex toy companies have been stocking products geared toward die-hard fans and profiting big time. Fun Factory tells TMZ its sales have shot up 75% because of a spaceship-like product called the Bi Stronic Fusion ... a hands-free self-guided vibrator.

Novelty condom maker Graphic Armor says it launched Star Wars-ish (it's not officially sanctioned) themed condoms earlier this year, and moved several thousand just this month at $2.20 a pop. BTW, they're one size fits all.

The FB honcho showed off his adorable daughter Max dressed up as a baby Jedi, captioning the pic, "The force is strong with this one."

Let's hope the kid is more of Luke than Anakin.
