8:22 AM PT -- A rep for MTV tells TMZ ... "Given Shain's tragic passing and essential presence on the show, we felt it was not appropriate to continue without him."

The rep adds, "Instead, we are working on a meaningful way to pay tribute to his memory on our air and privately."

MTV says ... this weekend, it will have a "day of programming dedicated to Shain in which we will air the entire first season of 'Buckwild'."

MTV is pulling the plug on "Buckwild" -- canceling the reality series that was rocked just 8 days ago by the death of cast member Shain Gandee ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the show tell us MTV decided to stop production in the middle of the second season of the show ... which followed the lives of young people in a rural West Virginia town.

We're told MTV didn't give the cast and crew any specific reason for the cancellation. An official announcement is expected Wednesday morning.

Gandee died of carbon monoxide poisoning in his Bronco last week ... when the vehicle got trapped in mud during an off-road excursion.

There were other issues since the show debuted in January -- the arrests of 2 other cast members ... Salwa Amin for drug possession and Michael Burford for DUI.

According to our sources, 4 episodes of Season 2 were shot, but will not air -- however, a special that was taped 2 months ago is expected to air.

Farrah Abraham is finally copping to shooting a full-on porn -- with A-list porn star James Deen -- but says even though it was intended for her personal scrapbook ... she's willing to sell it for $2 million.

The ex-"Teen Mom" star's reason for shooting the XXX video is simply the best ... telling TMZ she wanted to immortalize her smokin' hot 21-year-old body -- for her personal collection -- so she could look back on it when she's old.

Farrah, who initially denied a sex tape existed, says she's pissed at her penis-for-hire -- because Deen let the cat out of the bag ... telling our camera guy the whole staged shoot was Farrah's idea.

Farrah says she wants nothing to do with Deen now (we suspect that's mutual) and took a parting shot, telling us -- "If my ex-boyfriend Derek were alive, I would've rather it had been him with me."

Farrah's baby daddy Derek Underwood died in a car accident in 2008.

As for the sex vid going public ... Farrah says her lawyer is dealing with a porn company, and she "will not be settling for anything less than a couple million" bucks.

Abraham went frolicking on an L.A. beach earlier today in a barely-there bikini, where she celebrated the imminent release of her totally-staged "sex tape" with porn star James Deen.

TMZ broke the story ... Deen blew the lid off Farrah's sex tape plot yesterday ... telling us he was approached by a porn company to stage the sex tape over the weekend ... and that Farrah was behind the whole thing.

And we're not complaining ... at all.

Here's a shocker ... "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham's so-called "sex tape" with porn star James Deen was a SETUP ... devised by Farrah herself ... so says her XXX co-star James Deen.

Deen tells TMZ, he was approached by an unidentified porn company to shoot the porno with Farrah over the weekend ... and they did. He says the plan was to pass the porn off as a "sex tape," but the plan fell apart.

Deen believes the ruse began to unravel Sunday when he and Farrah were shot leaving the Vivid Entertainment offices, holding hands.

He says, "I think what happened is that [the porn company was] going to pass it off as a 'sex tape' and somebody saw us coming out of a building together and people asked me what's going on ... so I was like we're making a porno!" (Deen wouldn't say if the "company" was in fact Vivid.)

And the kicker ... despite Farrah's poorly-worded protests, Deen says she was the one behind it the whole time, telling us, "Everybody's trying to make it this story, but really [Farrah] wanted to make a sex tape."

But how good was she really? We had to ask ... and Deen doesn't hold back.

Pregnancy is HELL, so says Snooki ... who tells TMZ the process of childbearing is much more disgusting than everyone makes it out to be.

The slimmed-down "Jersey Shore" star was hangin' at LAX -- sans her baby daddy Jionni and her baby Lorenzo -- when we asked if she planned to bang out another kid anytime soon.

As for who Debra thinks IS responsible ... it's those dastardly people behind the tape.

Deen -- a professional porn star -- tells TMZ, "Word travels fast ... it isn't even edited yet. We shot it yesterday."

When asked if the two were dating, based on the fact they were seen holding hands yesterday, Deen said, "Definitely not dating. Got tested together on Friday and then saw her on set. That is my only experience with the lady."

As we first reported, the XXX footage is being shopped around to various porno companies -- including Vivid. We spoke to Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch who tells us he's seen the entire tape and says, "It's amazing ... and I'm doing everything in my power to get the rights to put it out."

Farrah Abraham was gettin' super hands on with one of the biggest male porn stars in the biz yesterday ... James Deen ... fueling rumors that he's the co-star in the "Teen Mom" star's sex tape.

Farrah and James -- who, along with having genitals that resemble an elephant trunk, once starred in a mainstream movie with Lindsay Lohan -- were photographed walking into the offices of Vivid Entertainment yesterday.

The two were holding hands ... but it's unclear if they're dating ... or just simply friends with professional benefits.

Farrah previously told TMZ she's AGAINST the release of the tape and is considering legal action to stop the footage from going public.

21-year-old Abraham was shopping for sexy lingerie at Agent Provocateur in L.A. yesterday when we asked if she knew about the existence of the sex tape being shopped around town.

Farrah later changed her position ... saying, "If I had my own personal stuff, that's my own personal thing."

During the encounter, we learned Farrah doesn't know the meaning of the word, "elaborate" -- ya gotta watch the video.

"Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham got down and dirty while cameras rolled and now a sex tape is being shopped to various porn companies featuring the MTV star ... TMZ has learned.

According to sources who have seen the tape, Farrah and a male partner (possibly her ex-boyfriend) go at it for about 30 minutes ... full-on sex ... in various positions. We're told it was recently shot.

Our sources say the person selling the tape has already shown it to some of the biggest XXX companies and is looking to make a deal.

It's another notch in Farrah's belt ... she was recently snapped boozing it up in nothing but lingerie. And last month she was arrested on suspicion of DUI, when cops say she blew nearly twice the legal limit.

Farrah blamed that on being sick. Wonder what her excuse for this will be?

The honchos behind "Buckwild" are taking the reality TV high road ... telling TMZ they will NOT be filming during Shain Gandee's funeral.

J.P. Williams, the CEO of Parallel Entertainment -- one of the companies that produces the show -- tells us they would never film the funeral "in a million years" out of respect for Shain and his family.

Filming funerals is not outlandish ... after all TLC aired "Best Funeral Ever." And Shain's could be right up there.

A distraught man called 911 to tell the dispatcher there were 3 dead people in a Bronco, and one was "Buckwild" star Shain Gandee.

The caller screams, "Oh Jesus, they're dead. Oh my God."

In the 911 tape, obtained by TMZ, the man sobbed as he told the dispatcher 2 of the 3 people were Shain and David Gandee.

The man had examined the bodies and found no pulse on anyone.

The two production companies behind the MTV reality show "Buckwild" have offered to pay for all of Shain Gandee's funeral expenses, TMZ has learned.

Parallel Entertainment CEO J.P. Williams -- who produces the show with Zoo Productions -- tells us, "Shain was a great kid with a big heart who had endless love for his mom and dad." He adds, "I am from West Virginia and this show reminded me of how I grew up."

A public service for Shain will be held this Sunday.

As for the donation websites that have been raising money to help pay for the funeral -- we're told that money will now go toward expenses incurred by Shain's family during the recovery effort.

We're told any remaining money will go towards the funeral of the other two men that were killed, including Shain's uncle.

As we reported, 21-year-old Shain was found dead yesterday morning inside his truck, which had stalled out submerged in mud while off-roading. Shain and the two other men died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

West Virginia police have just confirmed what TMZ reported yesterday ... "Buckwild" star Shain Gandee died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

A rep for the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office released a statement saying Shain's autopsy was completed today. The death was ruled an accident.

Shain's uncle and a male friend also died while inside Shain's 1984 Bronco, which had stalled out in mud while the crew went off-roading over the weekend. The truck's exhaust pipe had apparently been submerged in mud, causing the gas to leak back into the car.

As we previously reported ... the 21-year-old reality show star as well as the two others were found dead yesterday morning by a passing ATV rider.

Shain Gandee did not get rich during his brief stint as an MTV reality star -- far from it -- so his family is turning to his community to help pay for funeral expenses ... TMZ has learned.

Shain's cousin, Ashley Gandee, is organizing a memorial "mud run" (an off-road trucking event) to ease the financial strain on Shain's family in the wake of the "Buckwild" star's death.

"I know the strain they are going through," Ashley tells us ... adding, "It's hard to provide a proper burial. It's already tough with the loss of family members ... expenses are tough as well."

FYI -- Ashley was with Shain at the opening of her shop Gandee's General Store in Crown City, Ohio on Saturday ... two days before he was found dead.

Ashley tells us the "mud run" event will take place Wednesday night in Proctorville, Ohio -- a town about 50 miles from Charleston, West Virginia where "Buckwild" is filmed.

We're told there will be a $10 charge for each vehicle -- Ashley's store will also be taking donations.

It's unclear how much dough Shain made during his career on the MTV show -- but as we learned from the "Jersey Shore" situation, the stars don't usually see a big pay day until AFTER the show becomes a hit. It's safe to say Shain was probably making a couple thousand dollars at best.

2:38 PM PT -- TMZ has learned ... the bodies of all 3 victims have been recovered from the scene and have been transferred to the local medical examiner's office where autopsies will be performed.

2:29 PM PT -- Officials have retrieved Shain's red Ford Bronco from the muddy pit where it was discovered ... and judging by pictures of the car taken at the scene, it appears the vehicle was submerged past the window.

The photos seem to support the theory that the passengers died from carbon monoxide poisoning because the deadly fumes from the car could not escape through the tailpipe, which was completely submerged in the mud.

There is evidence that "Buckwild" star Shain Gandee may have died from carbon monoxide poisoning ... sources close to the death investigation tell TMZ.

A rep for the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office in West Virginia tells us, the bodies of Shain, his uncle David Gandee, and a third unidentified person are still inside the truck where they were originally found. Authorities have been unable to remove the bodies from the scene because of the truck's location.

According to the rep, Shain's 1984 Bronco is stuck knee-deep in mud in the middle of nowhere ... and the only way to reach it is via an all-terrain vehicle.

We're told there is no cell reception in the area, which is why Shain and the others couldn't be reached. We're also told the bodies were originally discovered today by a passing ATV rider.

Police wouldn't confirm or deny whether carbon monoxide poisoning played a role in the deaths -- but sources connected with the investigation say it's the likely scenario, especially if the exhaust pipe was submerged in mud.
