David Thibodeau -- a survivor of the infamous 1993 Branch Davidians siege in Waco, Texas -- is giving Justin Bieber some sage advice on religion, as some of his former friends question his association with Churchome.

Justin's inner circle's been getting smaller, and we're told part of the reason is former friends believe Churchome, the Christian church he attends, is a cult, and Thibodeau has a lot of experience in that area, having been a member of the Branch Davidians -- the David Koresh-led cult that had a weeks-long standoff with the feds before their Waco compound burned to the ground, killing more than 80 members.

Thibodeau told us he sees a lot of good and some bad in the case of Justin and Churchome. He says one major positive is the org is nowhere near as hardcore as the Branch Davidians were.

Elizabeth Hurley is celebrating a major birthday -- and while her inner circle’s no doubt spoiling her with gifts, she’s gone and gifted us with a total treat, too.

Just take a look at this pic -- Elizabeth rang in 60 by stripping down to complete nudity. She’s sitting cross-legged in a field, striking a cheeky pose that covers just enough, flashing a big grin in nothing but her birthday suit.

Elizabeth wished herself a happy birthday in her Instagram caption, reflecting on what she called a wild year of work wins -- but the real headline? She casually dropped that she’s in love!

Michael Jackson died because Dr. Conrad Murray infused him with a fatal dose of propofol, at least that's the official story ... but it's not the REAL story ... and, our documentary covering it all is now available on YouTube.

A months-long TMZ investigation paints a very different picture than the official narrative ... a picture of numerous doctors who are largely responsible for the King of Pop's death.

Our documentary, "TMZ Investigates: Who REALLY Killed Michael Jackson," hones in on one doctor in particular ... the late Arnold Klein, a famous dermatologist with a practice in Beverly Hills.

The Cyrus family drama has reached a stunning new level ... 'cause Trace Cyrus just torched his "washed up, delusional" father Billy Ray Cyrus in a scathing Instagram post.

Check out the shocking post -- TC minced no words attacking the country crooner ... sharing a snap of him and claiming he's "so hungry for fame it's pathetic."

And it only got uglier from there. Trace went on to accuse his father of flying to Italy for a fashion show but not showing up to his grandmother's funeral in Los Angeles when he was still wed to his mother, Tish Cyrus -- even allegedly blowing it off after one of his daughters paid for a $60,000 private jet for him.

Miley Cyrus is finally opening up about all that headline-making family dramas -- calling the last 10 years of her life her the "dark decade."

Speaking on Monica Lewinsky’s "Reclaiming" podcast, Miley looked back on those rough years -- admitting they skipped therapy altogether because just getting the family in the same room for counseling would’ve created a warzone.

Miley explained the root of it all was her parents’ messy on-again, off-again relationship before their official '22 divorce -- admitting that while she stayed loyal to her mom, Tish, the rest of the family was so fractured, half of them weren’t even speaking.

"Bebe??" More Like "Bae-be!!!"

Hell no, Judge Arun Subramanian told Diddy as the 20th day of his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial kicked off Tuesday.

Remember, this whole issue came up last week when Bryana Bongolan -- Cassie's friend -- took the stand and testified Diddy dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony at Cassie's Los Angeles apartment around September 26, 2016.
