According to a rep for the Fall Out Boy band member, 1-year-old Bronx Mowgli Wentz was riding with his nanny in a black Lexus SUV earlier today when the car was involved in a "very minor fender bender" while driving in Coldwater Canyon. We're told Pete immediately rushed to the scene to check on his young son.

Hulk Hogan had a big medical scare this week -- after doctors thought they may have found an abnormality with the wrestler's heart.

Hogan was undergoing tests for back surgery, when doctors discovered a problem with his EKG.

Sources close to Hulk tell us the back doc sent Hulk to a specialist at a cardiovascular medical center in Florida for further testing.

But this story has a happy ending -- we're told doctors ran more extensive tests and were able to determine that Hulk's ticker is working just fine ... though we're told Hulk was "very worried" during the process.

Sources tell TMZ Murray was on a US Air flight from Houston to Phoenix when a flight attendant came over the loudspeaker and asked if there was a doctor on board.

Turns out a passenger fainted and could not be revived. We're told Murray jumped out of his seat, evaluated the female passenger (who was in her 20s and traveling with a baby), and quickly noticed she had a "very weak pulse."

Somehow -- don't ask us -- Murray inserted an IV and was able to stabilize the passenger until the plane made an emergency landing in Albuquerque.

Of all the things you DO NOT want to hear after fainting aboard an airplane, "I was Michael Jackson's doctor" has to top the list. But that's exactly what happened to a woman this morning.

As TMZ first reported, Dr. Conrad Murray came to the aid of a woman on board a flight from Houston to Phoenix after she passed out.

TMZ spoke with the woman, who tells us she got lightheaded on the flight and "fainted for like 30 minutes." She says when she regained consciousness, she had an IV in her arm and Murray was standing over her. She says he told her, "You probably know me ... I was Michael Jackson's doctor."

She's a little fuzzy on the details after that, but one thing she is certain of -- she is incredibly grateful to Dr. Murray.

When asked what she would say to Dr. Murray, she told us, "Thank you so, so, so much. Thank you for all your help. Thank you for helping me even without knowing me. Thank you."

After the California Governor's Office told us Ahnold was visiting an old friend, we found out the friend was none other than stunt master Billy Lucas -- who used to risk his neck for the Governator in flicks like "Terminator 2," "Terminator 3" ... and "Jingle All the Way."

We spoke to Lucas, who would only tell us that Arnold made the pit stop because the two hadn't caught up in a while -- and "everything's fine."

A former supermodel was rushed to a hospital last night after being involved in a car crash in Los Angeles, TMZ has learned.

A source tells TMZ model Beverly Peele -- who appeared on hundreds of magazine covers and in several music videos in the late '80s -- is currently in "very serious condition" at the UCLA Medical Center.

No word yet on the details of the accident.

Peele was arrested back in 2005 for identity theft and placed on three years probation.

UPDATE: TMZ obtained a statement from Peele's rep who tells us the model's daughter was also involved in the crash.

Barbara Walters announced this morning that she will be undergoing heart surgery later this week.

During today's episode of "The View," Walters said she will be having a defective heart valve replaced. She told viewers, "You know how I always say to you how healthy I am ... I've never missed a day's work ... later this week, I'm going to have surgery to replace one faulty heart valve.

She continued, "Lots of people have done this and I have known about this condition for a while now."

During a news conference moments ago, Bret's doc -- Dr. Joseph Zabramski -- said the singer was no longer in critical condition and has recently been released from the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.

The doc claims that Bret has been moved to a new undisclosed location to continue his recovery.

Dr. Zabramski said a medical team is still monitoring Bret's condition very closely -- and noted the singer is "very lucky" to be recovering so well.

TMZ spoke with Jenna, who told usshe was by herself when her son became sick -- and tells us shethought the best course of action was to call 911 for an ambulance.

Forrest Griffin -- one of the most popular fighters in the UFC -- is backing out of his fight later this month because of a bum shoulder ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the former UFC light heavyweight champ's shoulder injury is serious enough that he won't be able to fight Lil' Nog on May 29 in Las Vegas.

Bret Michaels isn't just in good hands -- he's being treated at one of the most prestigious neurological centers on the planet.

According to Bret's rep, Michaels is a patient at the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix -- home of the world famous Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center.

Bret's neurosurgeon, Dr. Joseph Zabramski, has also released a statement saying there's "no doubt" Bret's condition is "serious" ... but adds, "Bret's sheer will to live and fully recover is undeniable."

Dr. Zabramski says he's had several conversations with Bret since he first arrived to the center.

The doc claims Bret explained that he refused to succumb to the brain hemorrhage because he "did not want his family to wake up and see him lying unconscious in the middle of the floor."

UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Alexander was not "at fault" for the accident.

As for the condition of the kid, we're told he has a slight laceration on his head -- but he'll be OK.

TMZ has learned "Seinfeld" star Jason Alexander was involved in a car vs. bicycle collision in L.A. this morning -- but fortunately, no one suffered any major injuries.

Law enforcement sources tell us the bike rider is a 14-year-old boy who was on his way to school -- when he collided with Alexander's vehicle.

We're told the kid fell off his bike and suffered a few bumps and bruises. An ambulance arrived to the scene -- but the kid's parents decided they wanted to drive him to the hospital for evaluation.

We're told speed was not a factor in the collision -- neither were drugs or alcohol. Jason was not cited for the incident.

We're told Alexander "acted responsibly" after the crash -- and exchanged information with the kid's parents.

Michaels is a contestant on this season's "Celebrity Apprentice" and, ironically, Trump says Michaels' scrappiness is the best thing he has going for him.

As Trump put it, "He turns out to be an amazing competitor and ultimately that is the thing that could save his life."

Bret Michaels is awake, in good spirits and talking ... TMZ has learned.

Ambre Lake, the Season 2 winner of "Rock of Love," tells TMZ she's spoken with people who are close to Bret who say he's stabilized and conscious.

Lake's tale matches another contestant who has also spoken with Bret's bandmates.

Bret Michaels doesn't just need good medical attention to survive his current condition -- he also needs luck.

According to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, people who don't receive proper medical treatment after suffering a subarachnoid hemorrhage have a 20% to 30% chance of experiencing a second bleed within the first month -- and the odds of surviving a second bleed are extremely slim.

Cedars states, "Recurrent bleeding has a 70% mortality rate."

Fortunately, Michaels is reportedly being treated in a capable medical center.

However, it appears as though Michaels is already beating the odds -- Cedars reports that roughly 1/3 of people who have a subarachnoid hemorrhage die during the hemorrhage because of extensive brain damage. Obviously, Michaels has already cleared that hurdle.

As for Michaels' treatment, Cedars warns, "Because of the ominous prognosis with delayed definitive therapy,referral to a center of excellence with experience in treatingsubarachnoid hemorrhage is imperative."
