The indestructible Chuck Norris has finally met his match ... Father Time.

73-year-old Norris -- sporting a cleanly shaven face -- was spotted out in Hawaii Thursday with his sleeveless t-shirt, sunglasses, and grandpa belly ... actually looking his age for once in his life.

It might not be a roundhouse ... but he's still kickin'.

Lil Wayne had no shortage of famous visitors last night -- Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul and his wife Jada stopped by Cedars-Sinai to see how the famous rapper was doing.

Cameras also caught Drake, Weezy's protégé, visiting Wayne last night as well.

As TMZ first reported, Wayne was hospitalized twice this week for seizures. His situation was dire last night, but his condition eventually stabilized. According to our sources, Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge between his hospital visits and doctors had to pump his stomach three times to flush the drugs from his system.

Britney Spears spent her Friday afternoon meandering around a big green field, chasing a white ball, while carrying a big stick.

A few of Britney's bodyguards -- along with her new beau David -- were also in tow.

Lil Wayne's Young Money label mate Drake rolled into the hospital where Weezy was in critical condition late Friday night.

Paps snapped shots of Drake walking with his head down in the Cedars Sinai Medical Center parking lot around 8:50PM ... just around the end of visiting hours.

TMZ broke the story ... Wayne has been in and out of Cedars this week, getting treatment for multiple seizures.

5:20 PM PDT. Since we posted this story ... news surfaced that Ryan and Julianne have split ... at least temporarily.

If Ryan Seacrest replaced the $100,000 worth of jewelry Julianne Hough had stolen ... she's not showing it off in public -- not even on the relatively safe streets of Beverly.

Julianne was strolling through Bev Hills today without a single piece of bling on her body -- no necklace, no bracelets ... and certainly no $50,000 watch.

TMZ broke the story ... JH had 3 pieces of jewelry, including the pricey watch, stolen from her car last weekend in Hollywood. All the items were gifts from her bf Ryan.

Ryan doesn't seem like the stingy type, so we're guessing Julianne's just being cautious.

With breakup rumors continuing to swirl ... ('cause with George Clooney they always are) ... Stacy Keibler landed in Germany today, presumably to spend some quality time with her man.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the rumors of the couple's demise are way off-base -- in fact, we're told the two still live together and are currently redecorating the kitchen in their home.

Kerr was sporting a neck brace -- which she tried to cover with a scarf -- as she walked around L.A. Tuesday night ... after someone reportedly smashed into her car on an L.A. freeway.

Kerr's rep told Australia's 9 News, "She is in a lot of pain, but really we are just glad it was not more serious."

Neither Kerr's son Flynn nor her husband Orlando Bloom were in the car at the time of the crash -- but the rep says, "[Orlando is] taking very good care of her. He’s an amazing husband."

There are reports the other driver involved in the wreck was arrested for DUI -- but so far, we are unable to confirm those reports.
