Party All The Time

The body of a woman, who had been missing since attending Lil' Kim's birthday party on Sunday night, was found yesterday on the roof of the building where the party took place.

Cops say the body of Ingrid Rivera was found on the roof of Spotlight Live, a popular club in the middle of Times Square yesterday. She had suffered a head wound and other injuries.

The rapperista celebrated her b-day with Missy Elliott and other friends at the club.

Reps for Kim and the club couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

Jermaine Dupri is speaking out about the shooting that took place at the party he hosted in Atlanta, saying, "I'm sad this incident happened because it interrupted a beautiful and loving party. I'm happy none of my people or friends got hurt. And the party continues."

Because why should a small thing like someone getting shot ruin a perfectly good weekend?

This isn't the first time Jermaine has been associated with a club brawl. Back in October 2007 his good friend and fellow rapper Da Brat was arrested for allegedly assaulting a waitress in a nightclub that Dupri owned.

According to law enforcement sources, things got violent around Atlanta's Club Dream when patrons heard that members of the private security team were double charging people to get into the VIP area -- where stars like Usher, Diddy and Nelly were partying.

Cops say pushing and shoving broke out, and as the masses were being thrown outside, that's when a shot rang out. A security guard was treated for a shot in the arm, but has already been released from the hospital.

TMZ has obtained exclusive photos of Diddy's bodyguards rushing the mogul out of Club Dream after allegedly fired a round inside the club. Diddy didn't even have time to put his champagne down before his hired muscle ran him out the back door.

Usher, Gabrielle Union and Larenz Tate also made a bee line for the exits after the bang. So far, law enforcement sources are only reporting one minor injury related to the incident. No word if any suspects are in custody.

The president of ABC Family's Kappa Tau Gamma might be the one in line for a spanking -- by the legal system.

L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan tells TMZ that Scott Michael Foster was just formally charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his July 21 arrest. Foster plays head frat boy Cappie on ABC Fam's "Greek." He was popped on Wilcox Ave. in the early morning of July 21.

Foster has to show up to be arraigned August 11.

The married 64-year-old had his photo taken with Bud Light drinking constituents who, we are told, are college sophomores and juniors. One was drinking from a penis straw.

The LAPD tells TMZ that Scott Michael Foster was popped for DUI early this morning in Hollywood. Foster -- who plays Kappa Tau prez Cappie on the show -- was charged and released on his own recognizance a few hours ago. He will be back in court on August 11.

Looks like baby Harlow hasn't settled Nicole Richie's wild side yet.

We're told Nicole was involved in an altercation around 1 AM this morning with a female while in line at the valet outside the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Sources say Richie was so rowdy she had to be escorted off the property by security!

The photo was taken early last night at Wasted Space inside the Hard Rock, where we're told Nicole was partying with Carey Hart and the boys from Good Charlotte.

Hard Rock was mum on the issue.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice went to a KISS after-party in Stockholm, Sweden on Thursday night and got her groove on with the hard-rockin' band. Is it possible to do a keg stand in a pants suit?

The band invited Condi to hang with them after hearing she was in town. Rice told reporters it was fun meeting the guys and that they seemed really informed about current events. Did they also trade eye liner and lipstick tips?
