Justin Bieber offered up a clue on why he went off the rails in Europe ... he's just really tired.

Justin showed up with French Montana at 1 OAK Tuesday to celebrate French's birthday. People inside the party tell us Justin was chill ... his drink of choice was Hennessy straight.

Amber Rose revisited her humble beginnings Monday night, and shared her wealth with the strippers at Ace of Diamonds.

Amber, an ex-stripper herself, if you didn't know ... put on her best mesh dress to host at the popular L.A. gentlemen's club. She kept the ladies happy, tossing fistfuls of cash all night -- pausing only for twerk breaks and ass grabs.

Best of all -- the shots of Amber giving special attention to a stripper who looked EXACTLY like her!

Bieber’s teaming up with Lyft for “Bieber Mode” -- a week-long feature where he might show up in a requested car anywhere in the country, starting Thursday.

We've learned, Justin warmed up for his Lyft duties last month with a pick-up in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Bieber chatted up the passengers, one of whom turned out to be a local DJ. Justin kept the party going by showing up at the guy's gig later that night. He even got on the mic, and performed an impromptu rendition of "What Do You Mean?" ... in between shots of tequila.

Definitely beats a cab.

Khloe Kardashian and James Harden made their first public appearance together since Lamar Odom's medical emergency.

Khloe and James arrived together at Lure nightclub in Hollywood around midnight Sunday and stayed for 2 hours. They left separately.

Caitlyn Jenner wished Kris a happy 60th birthday in her own special way ... and everyone at the party thought it was great.

During Kris' bash, a video montage was shown with a bunch of Kris' family and friends. Caitlyn appears in the video in a bubble bath with a glass of champagne. It's unclear exactly what she says ... but it sounds like, "I love my friend."

While it's still unclear if Caitlyn was at Kris' Great Gatsby themed party, she certainly left an impression.

Kris Jenner's birthday party did not disappoint ... it was every bit the $2 million bash, with a Great Gatsby theme right down to the cars and the flappers, fireworks and a whole lot of food.

Hundreds of people showed up at The Lot in West Hollywood Friday night. The first order of business was fireworks ... they went off at around 6 PM and lit up the skies from the beach to downtown L.A.

The Kardashian brood was there in full force -- we're not sure about Rob and although Caitlyn was supposed to be there, we didn't see her. Khloe had no problem getting down on the dance floor with makeup artist Joyce Bonelli.

Melanie Griffith, Kyle Richards , Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Boy George, Tommy Hilfiger and lots of others joined in the festivities.

Kanye sang happy birthday ... which is always awesome.

Safe to say she had a good night.

Maria Shriver didn't have a highly publicized 60th birthday party Friday night, but there's no denying ... it was the best party in town.

The guest list was impossible to beat ... Oprah, Tom Hanks and Stevie Wonder just for starters. It was as classy as it gets at the Montage hotel in Bev Hills. Patrick and her other kids were there. No sign of Arnold as far as we can see.

Big Sean had a concert Friday night in Detroit, and the crowd went insane when Eminem came out and gave a rare, surprise performance.

Karrueche Tran returned to her high school victorious, serving as the Grand Marshall of the Fairfax High School Homecoming Parade ... and she was transported by John Deere.

Karrueche got big applause Friday night from people in the stands, which is impressive. Fairfax High has a slew of celeb alums, including Demi Moore, David Arquette, Iman, MIla Kunis, Steven Adler, Slash, Phil Spector, and so many others.

A judge is already ordering Khloe Kardashian's best friend, Malika Haqq, to straighten up and get professional help after last month's DUI arrest.

TMZ has learned ... Malika was charged last week with 2 misdemeanors -- driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. At a court hearing, the judge ordered her to start attending 2 AA meetings a week during the lead up to her arraignment next week.

Kris Jenner's Great Gatsby themed 60th is already on the road to being an epic bash ... crews are hauling in period cars to make the night authentic and awesome.

The theme is Great Gatsby, which is perfect ... the book's themes toy with old money vs. new money and the perception of class in society, so expect a lot of champagne and fireworks.

We're told there will be huge stars performing ... though no one's talking.

Our sources say there will be big, big celebs attending, in addition to the usuals ... Kanye, Tyga, Kris' close pal Melanie Griffith, bf Corey Gamble and Caitlyn.

Just kidding about the fireworks ... maybe.

Diddy's pals know him well ... they threw the mogul a surprise 46th birthday party Wednesday night and, in true Diddy fashion, plugged the hell out of the new apple-flavored booze he just launched.

Chris Brown's friends and family are extremely worried about him, because they think he's addicted to sizzurp.

The latest evidence is this picture of Chris and some friends taken over the weekend at an L.A. pumpkin patch where Chris took his daughter, Royalty, to buy a pumpkin. You see Chris sitting on a bale of hay with a double-stacked red cup at his feet. Right behind him there's another double cup.

Chris' friends and family are worried for several reasons. The problem has been getting worse over the last few weeks. They say he's drinking sizzurp around Royalty and they're worried he'll lose custody.

TMZ broke the story, during Chris' custody battle he tested positive for codeine, but the judge gave him a pass because Chris had a prescription.

This video shows Chris at a birthday party for Tyga's son a few weeks ago, and you see him drinking from a double cup while riding a bike. You also see a guy carrying a bottle of codeine and soda, and it appears they're mixing it in the parking lot ... in broad daylight, at a kid's party.

Chris isn't buying it, and says it's "bulls***" that anyone around him is concerned.
