Mark Cuban's record for throwing the most expensive Super Bowl party is like the '72 Miami Dolphins ... undefeated, and in 2016 you don't need to look beyond the menu to realize Cuban's still on top.

Mark's shindig goes down Saturday night in SFO, and here's a taste of how much it's gonna cost ... 2014's SB halftime act Red Hot Chili Peppers are headlining the bash. STK is on kitchen duty and its menu blows the seven-layer dip out of the water.

For hor d'oeuvres ... citrus Old Bay poached shrimp, candied bacon cones, tuna tartare in a soy honey emulsion and taro chips, sweet corn pudding cups and mini lump crab salads.

Chicken wings and the old fashioned burger still make appearances but in new form ... crispy buffalo chicken bites with a blue cheese mousse and sliders with caramelized onions.

Best of all ... party's free, if you can get on the list.

Justin Bieber was slinging tequila and charming ladies with his piano playing and singing.

Monday night Bieber rolled into The Nice Guy in L.A. and was the nicest guy as he perched at the piano to sing two of his own songs and covered One Republic's "Apologize."

If that wasn't enough love to spread to the unsuspecting patrons, Biebs looked at a table of girls and dedicated a song to the birthday girl then bought all of her friends tequila shots.

We're told he made the rounds, asking people how they were doing as if he was the maitre d'.

Free impromptu concerts seem to be his thing lately.

MC Hammer is already clearing out his schedule for June -- telling TMZ Sports he's fired up and ready to party with the Golden State Warriors again ... when the team repeats as NBA champs!

Problem was ... the cops were starstruck and never pressed.

Kate Beckinsale is enjoying the single life, but it doesn't look like she's in a rush to find a new man.

Justin Bieber wet his whistle, solo, in an unexpected hot spot ... a North Hollywood gay bar.

We're told Justin walked into Club Cobra on Saturday at around 9 PM with only one bodyguard and ordered a beer.

We spoke to the club's bouncer, who got a pic with JB ... he tells us he doesn't think Justin knew it was a gay bar. No one was there, except for the bartender and staff.

The Playboy Mansion could soon have a new owner ... a guy famous in the theater biz who wants to turn Hef's place into an ultra-exclusive, members only club.

We've learned Jeff Beacher, the brains behind Beacher's Madhouse, has met with Playboy execs about buying the 6-acre Holmby Hills estate and creating a partnership with Playboy Enterprises in which Beacher could use the Playboy name for the club.

We're told Beacher has drawn up paperwork for a $90 million offer ... comprised of $12 mil from Beacher and the rest from partners.

Beacher confirmed to TMZ he's serious, and the plan would be to sink $20 mil for renovations, keeping the main structure intact. He wants to build 5 bungalows for guests.

Beacher says he'll submit the offer as early as Monday.

A top Playboy exec tells TMZ they'd seriously entertain Beacher's proposal, although not necessarily the price. The property is listed for $200 mil.

The real wild card is zoning ... Holmby Hills is one of the most exclusive areas of L.A., with sprawling estates. It's unclear if Beacher and company could get a variance for a club.

Miguel was a big time baller Friday night -- renting out an entire hotel for a party -- and even Rihanna couldn't help herself from performing.

The singer shut down the Summit Motel in L.A. for the event to promote his new "Wildheart" album and fittingly changed the name to the "Wildheart Motel." You can see from the vids, both Miguel and RiRi hit the stage for performances.

Miguel livestreamed the whole thing on his Periscope account so fans around the world could enjoy.

Liziane Gutierrez -- the woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in Vegas -- is now persona non grata at one of L.A.'s hottest clubs.

Sources connected to 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip, tell TMZ there's now a lifetime ban on Gutierrez ... and it's definitely retribution for the Chris situation.

We're told CB is a close friend of the owner and a loyal, frequent customer. Translation: he spends a lot of money at the club, tips well and knows all the right people -- so, Gutierrez loses the popularity contest ... at least at 1 OAK.

The ban explains why our photog spotted Liziane getting denied by 1 OAK's door guys on Tuesday night. Chris and crew were already inside partying.

A PR rep for 1 OAK had "no comment."
