Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor is under police investigation in Philly after being accused of sexually assaulting a stripper at a gentleman's club Thursday afternoon.

According to the Philadelphia Magazine ... Agholor -- a 23-year-old former 1st rd. draft pick from USC -- is accused of raping a 27-year-old exotic dancer at a club near the Eagles practice facility.

The Philadelphia PD said, "On June 9, 2016, police were informed of an incident that occurred at the Cheerleader's Gentleman's Club around 3pm in which a 27-year-old female dancer alleged that she was sexually assaulted by a member of the Eagles. At this time our Special Victims Unit is actively investigating this incident."

A rep for Eagles told us, "We are aware of a police investigation involving Nelson Agholor. The organization has been in contact with Nelson and with the proper authorities in Philadelphia."

We reached out to Agholor's agent ... so far, no word back.

Music legend Shawn Stockman is team Sam Bradford in the Eagles QB controversy ... saying the team disrespected Bradford by drafting Carson Wentz.

Stockman is a die-hard Eagles fan (remember "Motownphilly"?) and when we got him out in Beverly Hills we asked about the team's QB dilemma ... with an unhappy vet and an unproven rookie on the roster.

Check out the clip -- Stockman seems to think all Bradford's actions -- including demanding a trade -- were 100% justified ... saying the Eagles totally bungled the whole situation.

Here's ex-NFL running back Maurice Jones-Drew ripping into 49ers coach Chip Kelly -- explaining why he SUCKS as a coach in roughly 60 seconds.

MJD definitely has a strong point of view ... blaming Kelly's "gimmick offense" for destroying the Philadelphia Eagles.

He also has a strong message for 49ers fans -- as long as Chip's in charge, you're completely screwed.

Don't count Darren Sproles among the Chip Kelly haters -- the Eagles running back tells TMZ Sports he enjoyed his time with the coach ... and says the 49ers will too!

Kelly obviously has a lot of critics -- including former Eagles LeSean McCoy and DeSean Jackson ... who ripped Chip after they were shipped out of Philly.

But Sproles -- who just returned from the Pro Bowl -- vouched for the guy.

Looks like Snoop Dogg isn't over the Eagles ruining his fantasy season ... 'cause he DESTROYED ex-Philly coach Chip Kelly on social media ... just hours after Kelly was run out of town.

Snoop used classic cinema to pimp slap Chip ... posting a picture from the movie "Friday" with the famous line where Smokey berates Craig for getting fired on his day off.

We don't know if Tuesday was actually an off day for Kelly ... but one thing's for sure ... the pic is hysterical.

The Philadelphia Eagles have fired Chip Kelly ... announcing via their website that there will be no 4th season for the embattled head coach.

Philly is a disappointing 6-9 this year and moments ago owner Jeffrey Lurie released a statement confirming the franchise's decision to move on.

Snoop Dogg is MADDDDDD as hell at Chip Kelly ... blasting the Eagles coach for screwing over his fantasy football team ... and it ain't pretty.

"Chip Kelly, kill yourself you dumb ass coach ... You sorry as f**k cuz."

Here's the deal ... Snoop was playing a team that had the Cardinals defense -- and with the Eagles getting BLOWN OUT 40-17 by the Cards last night, Snoop unleashed the fury.

Three brothers took the Cowboys and Eagles game way too seriously, and ended up hospitalized and arrested for beating the crap out of each other in the stands at AT&T Stadium.

The video of their brawl went viral hours after the game -- most people thought they were just opposing fans, but TMZ Sports has learned they were blood. Arlington cops tell us they'll all be charged with different degrees of assault. Meet the bros:

- Jorge Castillo punched his brother, Ignacio ... and got arrested for misdemeanor assault with bodily injury.

- Jose Castillo was arrested for simple assault with provocative contact and failure to obey a police officer.

- Ignacio Castillo was not arrested, yet ... and only because he's laid up in a hospital. Cops say he'll be charged with felony assault on an officer for allegedly spitting blood on a cop trying to stop the fight.

Fun fact: Cops tell us there were 2 other fights that ended with arrests -- and both of those also involved relatives!

Yeah, it's messed up ... yeah, it's blasphemous ... but Sylvester Stallone was surprisingly understanding when it came to the NY Giants fan who messed with his famous Rocky statue.

Of course, Stallone knew all about the incident the Philly PD called "a crime against humanity" -- when a NY fan put a Giants jersey on the Philly icon before the Eagles game.

"It was not defaced," Sly said ... "The statue was cold."

You gotta watch the clip ... Stallone's biggest problem with the situation was the garment the Giants fan used to troll Philly -- pretty funny stuff.

At least one Philadelphian has Chip Kelly's back ... and it might be the biggest one of all -- Sylvester Stallone who's begging the city NOT to throw in the towel on the football coach just yet.

With the Eagles nursing a 1-3 record and the offense looking more like Glass Joe than Rocky ... Stallone says things may be looking bad, but Philly has always been an underdog city ripe for a comeback.

"Give him time to develop. It's a new time. It's a new era," Stallone says ... "I don't think it's time for Chip's ahoy yet."

There's more ... Sly also says Chip might wanna take Congressman Bob Brady up on his offer and drink from the Pope's water cup.

Turns out, the Philadelphia congressman who took Pope Francis' water cup after his holiness spoke in D.C. last month says he's willing to let Chip Kelly take a swig from the glass -- if it can help the team!

We spoke with Congressman Bob Brady who says he's still a huge Kelly supporter -- despite the fact they're struggling this season with a 1-3 record.

So, if it means bringing Kelly to his office to sip from the holy cup ... Brady says he's 100% on board!

The Philadelphia Eagles know they done messed up now ... 'cause Sly Stallone -- a Philly Icon -- says the team totally crapped the bed ... by cutting Tim Tebow.

Tim Tebow's NFL career is up in the air -- maybe literally -- because he was reportedly spotted at the airport in Philly moments ago ... and now everyone's wondering, DID HE GET CUT???

Our friends at CrossingBroad.com posted the photo (sent by @CrimJimmegan) -- which appears to show Tebow walking through the airport with his bags. It doesn't necessarily mean he's been cut, but it's got everyone buzzing.

The NFL quarterback got crossed over HARD at his celebrity basketball game in Virginia this week ... and was left swingin' at air ... and the culprit is one of his closest friends -- LeSean McCoy!

The two former Philadelphia Eagles teammates hit the hardwood at Warwick High School in Newport News -- where Vick grew up -- to raise money for the Mike Vick Foundation, which works with underprivileged kids.

We're told Vick beat McCoy in a 40-yard dash a few years ago ... and McCoy had vowed revenge ... which he finally got on the court.

Big weekend for Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray ... who married his longtime girlfriend -- and then announced she's PREGNANT!!

Marco tied the knot to Heidi Mueller -- his longtime girlfriend and mother of his 2-year-old daughter -- at the Four Seasons in Dallas.
