Kristin Cavallari says her custody agreement with her ex-husband Jay Cutler has changed ... and she's got the lion's share.

Kristin alluded to a change in child custody during an appearance on the "Aspire with Emma Grede" podcast ... revealing she has primary custody of her three kids with ex-husband Jay Cutler despite the original 50/50 arrangement.

While Kristin didn't dive into the reason for the change, it doesn't come as a huge surprise.

Since Kristin and Jay announced their split in 2020 and finalized their divorce in June 2022, the former NFL quarterback has had several run-ins with the law, including DUI arrests and jail time.

The reality star's lawyers -- Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels -- filed to extend Kim's restraining order against Nicholas Costanza ... it's set to expire Wednesday and they say Costanza hasn't mellowed out in the slightest.

Kim claims that since the order was issued in July 2021, Costanza's "delusional beliefs, anger and obsession have not improved" ... and she says he's even sent her numerous messages over the years in violation of the court order.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Annemarie Wiley has slapped her husband, Marcellus Wiley, with a divorce and request for restraining order after his recent arrest for domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Annemarie is asking the court to order her estranged husband to stay 100 yards away from her and allow her to use their L.A. home exclusively.

The move comes after Marcellus was arrested over the weekend after Annemarie claimed he got physical with her in a Florida hotel room. Marcellus denied the claims but was arrested for domestic violence.

DDG said he's not watching "Love Island" right now ... because it's "gay" to do so alone.

On a stream, he was talking about things he misses from being in a relationship, saying ... "I haven't watched 'Love Island.' You know why? Cuz I don't have anybody to watch it with."

Erika Jayne is firing back at claims she conspired with the Secret Service to bring down a fashion designer ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star, whose real name is Erika Girardi, filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, responding to the $18 Million lawsuit fashion designer Chris Psaila filed against her in late 2023. Erika denies any wrongdoing and says she was never part of a scheme to target Chris.

Chris, who runs the fashion brand Marco Marco, alleges Erika falsely told law enforcement he misused her credit card and rang up roughly $800,000 in fraudulent charges in 2015 and 2016.

2:13 PM PT -- A rep for Tom Sandoval tells TMZ ... "It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied. The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night."

11:36 AM PT -- Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order has been denied.

Tom Sandoval's situation with his ex is getting even messier ... 'cause she just filed for a restraining order against him, claiming he's been physically violent with her in the past.

Victoria Lee Robinson filed for a restraining order against Tom on Thursday, claiming Tom has been physical on multiple occasions, including the brutal June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

In addition to that altercation, Victoria says that Tom shoved her down hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025 … which she claims caused “visible injuries” to her knees.

The pair were spotted in Coeur d'Alene -- a lake town in Western Idaho that's a known fav spot for the Kardashian clan.
