Tim Musomba Steven Bauer & New GF ... 'A Little on the Creepy Side'

Tim Musomba -- who will appear on Showtime's "Shameless" this coming season -- is calling out a star on Showtime's "Ray Donovan" for being "a little on the creepy side" ... because he's dating a barely legal girl.

Musomba was leaving Mastro's Thursday night when we asked him about the reported romance between the 57-year-old Steven Bauer and 18-year-old Lyda Loudon.

Tim is hilarious ... his first thought is that because this is L.A. ... if you are a fit 57 there's no problem. But then he thinks harder.

You gotta watch the video. It's great.

Ray Donovan Lawsuit Writer Tells Showtime I'll Fix You!

A writer who claims he concocted the premise for "Ray Donovan" is suing Showtime, alleging he came up with the notion of a middle-aged man who fixes things and kills for cash.

Brian Larsen is suing Showtime, claiming in 2010 he pitched a script to a Showtime exec, who seemed enthusiastic and said she would "pitch like hell" to get it on the air. But Larsen says he ultimately got blown off.

Cut to 2013, when "Ray Donovan" debuted, and Larsen was pissed. Here are some of the similarities he's alleging:

-- His script featured a middle-aged fixer who orchestrates killings with a staff of black-market pros
-- He has a storyline of a pro-basketball player in a sex scandal -- the real show did have something similar
-- He has a brother who is always messing up
-- He has a troubled relationship with a Catholic priest
-- He has a moral conflict over killing people and doing the right thing
-- There's an intersection of the fixer's personal life and professional life
-- There's always a moral cliffhanger

Larsen is pissed and wants to STOP the production of "Ray Donovan" in its tracks. He also wants lots of money.

Kevin Hart I'LL WHIP OUT MY PENIS If I Dominate NBA Celeb Game

Kevin Hart Fun Fact: He refers to his penis as a "weapon."

Kevin Hart Funner Fact: He guarantees that if he three-peats as MVP of the NBA Celebrity Game at All-Star weekend, he's gonna pull out said "weapon" and walk off the court NAKED.

The "Ride Along" star made the promise on tonight's episode of Jim Rome on Showtime ... warning, "I suggest you get your blur signs ready 'cause I'm gonna let it all hang out."

Hart's got some serious competition this year ... like Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, Victoria's Secret model Erin Heatherton and his arch rival from last year, Nick Cannon.

And that's the schlong and short of it.

'Ray Donovan' Star Jon Voight Victim In CBS vs. TW War I Can't Watch My Own Show!

Jon Voight says he's SICK of the war between CBS and Time Warner Cable ... because the "Ray Donovan" star can't watch his own damn show ... and now he's about to take matters into his own hands.

FYI -- Voight's show airs on Showtime ... which has been dropped by Time Warner Cable due to the current dispute between TW and ST's parent company, CBS.

Voight was leaving Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood with his "Donovan" co-star Pooch Hall when he revealed that he's a TW customer ... which means he's currently blocked from watching his show in the comfort of his own home.

He's clearly frustrated ... and ready to take action. But what's he gonna do about it? Check out the clip to find out.

Doc Gooden LiLo Was Doomed Because Dad's a Head Case

Ex-baseball star Dwight 'Doc' Gooden uncorked a verbal beanball at Michael Lohan -- calling him a rehab nightmare, and the root of Lindsay Lohan's problems.

Gooden's not the first to say that ... but he does have firsthand experience with Lindsay's dad -- they did a stint on "Celebrity Rehab" together back in 2011.

Doc, who's as famous for baseball glory as his battles with drug addiction, told Jim Rome ... "He was definitely a head case. I can kinda understand why Lindsay has the problems she has."

Even though Doc says Michael was the most screwed up of his 'Rehab' castmates ... you gotta check out the clip to see which one almost made him quit the show.

The full interview airs Wednesday night on Showtime.

'Gigolos' Star Nick Hawk Naked Photo Shoot ... with a Penis Pump

What does "Gigolos" star Nick Hawk have in common with Austin Powers?? They both have a special affinity for penis pumps, baby ... YEAH!

Hawk -- an original cast member on the Showtime series who also happens to be a real-life male escort -- broke out the dong-enhancement device for his recent full-frontal photo shoot for Playgirl ... and TMZ has the pics.

No word if Hawk's penis pump is of the Swedish variety ... unlike some other people we know.

Butt Naked in the Garden of Weeden

Mary Louise Parker's performance on Showtime's marijuana-themed comedy, "Weeds," is critically acclaimed, but it's her rockin' bod that has hit a new high! MILF alert!

The 42-year-old actress/mom appears in nothing but a long, slithering snake in ads for the third season of the series. Parker is smokin' hot!

When she was seven months pregnant, Parker's boyfriend of 7 years, actor Billy Crudup, left her for Claire Danes. Danes has since left Crudup for Brit actor Hugh Dancy. Karma may be a bitch, but MLP looks dope!

Mary-Kate OLDsen

Although she's just two weeks shy of her 21st birthday, Mary-Kate Olsen is looking rather aged these days. Being a multi-millionaire bag lady is a hard life!

Sources on the set of Showtime's "Weeds" tell TMZ that the newly-joined cast member is needing to spend a little extra time in the makeup chair -- to cover up her dark circles and other assorted blemishes! A well-placed source tells TMZ that several crew members were overheard commenting on how surprisingly old she looks in person. Where's a pair of oversized sunglasses when you need 'em?!

So why is MKO aging faster than Trader Joe's bread? One possible answer: we're told that when MK is not filming a scene, she spends all her time smoking Marlboro Reds and drinking her trademark Venti-sized coffees. The breakfast of child star champions!

Luckily for the celebretwin, our source says producers are ready to make any necessary cosmetic fixes in post-production. Editors are the new plastic surgeons!

A rep for "Weeds" could not be reached.

Showtime Generates Buzz for 'Weeds'

If you thought that Showtime was high on the second season of its budding sitcom "Weeds," you're absolutely right. Their extensive marketing push in advance of the show's August 14th premiere is a stoner's delight, with brownies, "Munchie Mobiles" passing out edibles all over the country, and a magazine ad that's sure to make delicate noses scrunch up in puzzlement -- or perhaps inhale with pleasure.

In the August 24 issue of Rolling Stone, on newsstands this Friday, Showtime has placed a scent-strip ad (you know, the kind that you pull open to reveal, normally, perfume or cologne) that smells suspiciously like the flowering plant known scientifically as Cannabis sativa. (Not that we know what that smells like, of course. We'll let you make up your own mind about the quality of the grade.) The critically-acclaimed "Weeds" tells the story of a suburban mom (Mary-Louise Parker) who sells marijuana to make ends meet for her family.

Next Monday, the day of the premiere, Showtime will also be handing out brownies all over New York, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston, and the network has already dispatched "Munchie Mobiles" passing out Frito Lay and Ben & Jerry's products starting today in New York, with additional stops on the Jersey Shore, in Boston, and in Newport, RI.
