TMZ spoke with Vienna's stepmom Lisa -- who Jake tried to "win over" on "The Bachelor." Lisa claims that not only was Jake a total fraud ... but she insinuates that he was only motivated by ratings and not love.

Lisa claims, "I don’t think [Jake] ever really loved her ... I think he picked her because she is a dramatic person and it was good for the ratings.”

Sources close to Vienna tell us her relationship with "The Bachelor" Jake Pavelka ended last night around 6 PM -- and OMFG ... the final conversation took place over the phone!!!!!!

We're told Vienna felt that Jake constantly abandoned her for photo shoots and other media events ... instead of building on the rock solid foundation of a reality show romance.

Vienna has adamantly denied that she cheated on Jake ... even though, as we previously reported, Jake was convinced she was "stepping out" on him.

According to our beauty salon spies -- yes, we have those too -- Vienna would not talk about her brand new ex-fiance Jake Pavelka during the hair treatment.

However -- and this is where it gets crazy -- we're told Vienna kept getting phone calls while she was getting her hair and makeup done ... but she would only answer the phone after running into the bathroom!

Privacy!!!

Anyone really buyin' that?!

Just three months after Jake went on a national TV show looking for "love" -- and then exploited said "love" for another gig on a national TV show (Dancing with the Stars) -- the couple has released a statement saying, "Jake and Vienna have split. They appreciate the respect for their privacy at this time."

So is it a coincidence the couple called it quits right after their reality show ran its course?

We gotta ask ...

TMZ called up Lex McAllister -- who got the axe in episode 1 -- and she believes Vienna Girardi is "absolutely not to blame" for her massively unshocking split with Jake Pavelka.

As we previously reported, people close to the show tell us Jake ended the relationship because he believed rumors that Vienna was "steppin' out" on him.

But Lex tells us, "I find it hard to believe that she is guilty of anything negative in the breakup ... except for falling in love with a man whose heart was clearly not available for her in the first place."

So what does it all mean!?! Who really screwed who? Will Jake ever find anyone to fly on his wings of love?

We're told Jake believed Vienna was "stepping out" with Gregory Michael -- an actor on the ABC Family show "Greek."

The story had been out that the 2 were flirting at a recent event, but apparently Jake took it to heart.

Sources at "The Bachelor" say they don't know if Vienna was in fact doing the nasty with Greg -- but Jake was convinced enough to end the relationship in the last 24 to 48 hours.

UPDATE: Vienna just tweeted, "The accusations of me cheating are completely fabricated. 100% False." Our 'Bachelor' people say whether she cheated or not, Jake thought she did.

A website claiming to feature a sex tape with "Bachelor" reject Rozlyn Papa has a problem ... because the star of the flick may not be Roz at all.

Roz's lawyer directed us to a 2004 porn video featuring a woman using the name of Lucy Anne.

TMZ has obtained behind-the-scenes pics from Vienna's bikini-clad calendar photo shoot from '09.

We're told the calendar was made for clients of a Florida tree selling company ... hence the stuffed beaver that's featured in most of the photos.

We got Jake and Vienna Girardi leaving The Palm Restaurant in West Hollywood last night, where he was wearing the same blue mock turtleneck as the night before -- which he also wore on Jimmy Kimmel and Bonnie Hunt, which airs today.

Jake's ex, 24-year-old Tanya Douglas, claims that Jake was in contact with her after he finished taping "The Bachelor" -- and she claims Jake said he was coming back to her.

In the past Jake has denied any overlap between past relationships and his 'Bachelor' days.

The engaged twosome hit up Koi in L.A. on Wednesday, where after they battled through the storm of camera flashes, they enjoyed their "first dinner outside the show."

As for those boozy, hot tub hoppin' pics of Vienna we posted yesterday -- she told us, "It's Spring Break and I was in college."

Ryan Callahan should send his resume to David Letterman -- we hear they're pretty chill about those things over there.
