Mike Walters has been telling you for months ... that Kim and Kanye would have a baby before getting married, and soon. Well, now that it's happened, we gotta ask ...

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were all over each other -- like a couple o' teenagers -- when they touched down in LA this morning ... just hours after announcing they've got one in the oven.

KK & KW were arm in arm -- a few paces behind proud momager Kris Jenner -- as they strolled through LAX ... but it won't be long before the couple and their little (very little) one are back in the air.

As TMZ first reported ... Kim's going through with her scheduled NYE appearance tonight at 1 Oak Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Kim Kardashian isn't letting a little pregnancy slow down her New Year's Eve plans ... 'cause she will be partying -- as scheduled -- in Las Vegas tonight, TMZ has learned.

Kim has been set to ring in the new year at 1 Oak on the Vegas strip -- for some time now -- and we're told nothing's changed since Kanye West, unexpectedly, revealed their baby news.

The reason? $$$$

Sources tell us Kim will pull in six-figures for the appearance -- plus, boozing is a non-issue for KK ... who, we're told, has never been a big drinker anyway.

Also, our Kardashian sources say Kanye will be by Kim's side during the ritzy event -- it costs $125 just to stand in VIP -- and at least another $3,000 to get a table.

Kim Kardashian finally posted her own reaction to Kanye West's announcement they're having a baby ... and it includes an emotional shout out to her late father, Robert Kardashian, and Kanye's late mother.

On her blog, Kim said, "We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us."

Kim's dad Robert died of cancer in 2003 ... and gained national attention because he was one of OJ Simpson's best friends, and one of his defense attorneys.

You'll recall Kanye's mom Dr. Donda West died 5 years ago when she suffered severe complications in recovery from plastic surgery.

Kim Kardashian wasn't going out of her way to squash all those pregnancy rumors -- in fact, in hindsight ... she damn near handed the world her ultrasound.

Just last week Kim and daddy-to-be Kanye West were spotted arm in arm leaving her OB-GYN.

DUH!!

We all know the only reason a dude accompanies his lady to that doctor is if she's having your baby.

As TMZ first reported, Kim and Kanye's original plan was to keep the baby hush-hush until she started showing and people started asking questions.

Kanye West's on stage announcement that Kim Kardashian is pregnant was a total shock -- to Kim Kardashian ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim, who were at the concert, tell us Kim had "no idea" Kanye was going to tell the world she's knocked up. We're told she and Kanye had not discussed announcing it -- and, in fact, had planned to say nothing until she started showing.

According to our sources, Kanye was moved to blab on stage because Kim's BFF and her mom were at the show -- along with several of Kanye's family members.

Lamar Odom was so excited about his sis-in-law Kim Kardashian's pregnancy announcement ... he hit the club to toast her ... by himself.

Okay ... LO was probably heading out anyway, but we caught up with him outside Greytsone Manor shortly after Kanye West dropped the baby news -- and he summed up his joy in 3 words: "Great. Great! Awesome."

Alright, it was 2 words ... with a repeat.

Lamar tweeted a few more, saying ... "There's nothing like bringing life into this world! Let's keep Gods blessings coming!

Kris and Bruce Jenner are positively getting a divorce -- how could they not be when they didn't even sit together to watch Lamar Odom and the Clippers beat the Nuggets? Well, there's a really simple answer.

Kim Kardashian is afraid Instagram's new policies will torpedo the million-dollar empire she's spent years building -- and THAT'S why she's threatening to drop the photo-sharing app ... Kim tells TMZ.

Kim was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked about her tentative plans to bail on Instagram following a controversial change in the company's terms of service -- which seems to give the company power to sell user photos to outside companies without compensating the user.

Kim responded, "I just don't think they should have the right to sell [our photos] to advertising companies on our behalf. What if we don't want to advertise what they want?"

Kim's concern is pretty obvious -- she doesn't want her face promoting products that could damage her brand ... and if Instagram's got the power to use her face as it wishes, she wants no part of it.

Instagram's problems could get A LOT worse ... 'cause the app's #1 user -- Kim Kardashian -- is telling friends she's considering LEAVING unless its new policies are drastically revised, ASAP.

Instagram has been under serious fire this week ... after the company announced a new terms of service policy (T.O.S.) which seemed to give the company power to sell user photos to outside companies without having to compensate the user. Instagram says the widespread interpretation of the policy was simply not true ... they're NOT selling user photos ... and apologized for the "confusing" language. Instagram says it's revising the wording and will release a new TOS in the near future.

But Kim K isn't convinced ... at least not yet ... and is telling friends she's thinking about shutting down her Instagram account, going to a rival photo-posting company ... and taking ALL OF HER FOLLOWERS WITH HER.

It's a big deal ... considering KK has the most followers of any Instagram user at 5,726,343 ... way past Justin Bieber (4,366,729) and President Barack Obama (1,834,079).

Plus, if Kim goes ... her family members could follow ... and Khloe, Kylie, Kendall and Rob are also in the Top 10 most followed on the site.

Kris and Bruce Jenner are NOT BREAKING UP ... and to prove it, the reality couple put on a CLINIC in over-the-top public flirtation at an L.A. Christmas tree lot yesterday.

The rumors of an impending divorce have been swirling for weeks ... with reports that the leaders of the Kardashian squad are "faking" their relationship for the cameras.

But sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the breakup talk is "total BS" ... and Kris and Bruce are still legitimately in love with each other.

Jill Kelley -- one of the women in the Gen. David Petraeus scandal -- claims she's been WRONGLY accused of trashing the Kardashian family ... in fact, sources say she actually likes 'em.

Kelley has been compared to the K-squad members after she was thrust into the global spotlight thanks to her role in the Petraeus nonsense ... simply because she's rich and hot.

There was a report that Kelley HATED the comparison ... and allegedly said it was the worst thing to come from the scandal.

But sources close to Kelley tell TMZ she never said any such thing. We're told Jill views the Ks as "beautiful and successful business women" whom she highly respects.

Hell has officially frozen over, because former BFFs turned mortal enemies Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton were both in the same room of the same Miami club on Thursday ... and no injuries were reported.

We're told It girl Kim and former It girl Paris -- along with their respective man lovers, Kanye West and Spanish model River Viiperi -- hit up Wall nightclub at the W South Beach and we're spotted engaged in an actual casual conversation with each other. Sources say there was even some laughing taking place.

Turns out this is the second time in recent weeks that the former besties have made nice. We're told K & P first hugged it out at a mutual friend's birthday in Vegas last month, where they were even spotted dancing together.

Kim Kardashian's trip to a milkshake shop in Bahrain got us thinking -- do they slap Middle Eastern celeb names on their shakes? If not ... they should ... 'cause we already did.

If you recall, Kim got into some hot water after tweeting about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and vowed to get informed about the political situation in the region while she was in Kuwait and Bahrain ... to open up a couple of Millions of Milkshakes shops.
