9:59 AM PT: An eyewitness tells TMZ the photog had actually driven her car inside the garage and was lying in wait when Rob started changing and then suddenly leaned out of the car window to take the pictures.

Rob Kardashian stole a photog's camera memory card Wednesday because she dared to trespass on private property where he was changing his clothes ... at least that's what Rob is telling friends.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob manhandled the photog and snatched her camera's memory card from her. The cops have launched a robbery investigation.

As for why Rob did it ... he's telling people he had just gone to a private, West Hollywood gym owned by famed trainer Gunnar Peterson.

Rob is telling friends he was changing into his gym clothes inside the garage ... in an area that is not visible from the street. Rob claims the photog somehow entered the garage -- which is caged off to the public -- members must get out of their car and enter the code to get inside.

Rob says as he was changing, he noticed the photog inside the garage, snapping pics. It's unclear how the photog got through the cage.

Someone who manages the gym told TMZ ... they train big celebs and the photogs have a custom of waiting on public property to get their shot. That makes sense, because the code to the cage presumably keeps non-members out.

Rob Kardashian allegedly just jacked a photog's camera equipment ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- and according to the photog, it was all because she snapped shirtless pics of the reality star.

The photog -- not TMZ -- filed a robbery report this afternoon, telling cops Rob snatched part of her camera and took off.

The photo agency says Rob went berserk because he wasn't wearing a shirt when the photographs were taken ... snatching the camera's memory card so the photos wouldn't get out. The agency says Rob then took off, promising to pay for the card later.

FYI, Rob's in the middle of a big weight loss program ... and he's obviously trying to keep his bulge under wraps. Police are currently investigating.

Scott Disick should have his legs sliced open, blood gushing, and then be fed to the gators ... that's what a Reptile Rescue Org wants ... after Scott shot an alligator in the face on a recent episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami."

Mary Hart from International Reptile Rescue -- a world renowned nonprofit that's been rescuing reptiles for decades -- tells TMZ, Scott's hunting trip which aired this weekend on E! was a cruel, insensitive act.

She says, "He didn’t kill that alligator, he murdered that alligator." And she goes on: "Fairness would be to cut both his thighs so he bleeds and then toss him in a gator pond with gators small enough to rip him apart slowly and painfully."

FYI ... in the episode Scott hunted the gator (legally) in Florida ... shot at point-blank range in the head and later skinned and gutted it -- all while cameras rolled.

PETA, Tori Spelling, Shannon Elizabeth, and a slew of celebs have already slammed Scott and E! for the gator-cide ... calling it upsetting, horrible, pathetic and f****d up.

Kris Humphries is true to the adage, Hoops before Hoes ... and that's precisely why he was a no-show at Kim Kardashian's deposition.

You'll recall ... Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, talked about Kris' constitutional right to look Kim in the eyes as she testified under oath about their short-lived marriage.

So why, you ask, did Kris miss that golden opportunity? Sources close to the BBaller tell TMZ ... Kris had practice and travel obligations Tuesday, as Kim sat for her marathon, 9-hour depo. He had just finished a game Monday night in Michigan, had practice Tuesday and was traveling later that day to Dallas for a Wednesday game.

We're told Kris is adamant about one thing -- attending the May 6 trial, even if it conflicts with the playoffs. So hoes don't always come in second.

Kim Kardashian secretly sat for her deposition Tuesday in L.A. ... and she testified under oath that when she accepted Kris Humphries' proposal of marriage and when she said "I do," she really did love him.

TMZ has learned ... the deposition was taken at the offices of Kim's lawyer ... disso queen Laura Wasser (the pic was taken on their way in). It lasted 9 hours.

Kris Humphries' lawyer probed for evidence that Kim defrauded Kris and only married him to goose ratings for her reality show, but we're told Kris didn't make any headway. He's shooting for an annulment based on fraud, but sources say the depo didn't help his case.

Get this ... Kris did NOT show up for the depo. His lawyer made a big stink in court that Kris had a right to be there. He didn't even have a game on Tuesday.

As for the reality show ... we're told Kim testified it played no part in her decision to tie the knot. Other than that, we've learned Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, did not ask much at all about the reality show and whether it was staged. Hutton has made numerous threats that he would blow the lid off the reality show during the trial, so it's surprising he virtually ignored it in Kim's depo.

Kim has been gunning for a divorce for almost a year-and-a-half. The trial is set for May 6.

The Game tells TMZ, he is NOT schtupping Khloe Kardashian ... despite reports to the contrary.

Photos surfaced today showing Game and Khloe -- who's married to Lamar Odom -- hugging it out in L.A.'s Runyon Canyon Park last month ... where Game's been doing a "60 Days of Fitness" program.

You'll recall, Khloe's brother Rob Kardashian is also doing the program ... and Game tells us, Khloe is too, which is why they were hanging out.

The Game says, "The pictures that they see of us out together are because she is a part of my 60DaysofFitness team."

Jumping on the Michelle Obama hair trend, Kim Kardashian temporarily diverted attention from her growing baby bump -- and signature badonkadonk -- and let her newly chopped sexy bangs take center stage as she crossed a street in Beverly Hills this weekend.

A deposition has surfaced in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce in which the producer of Kim's reality show confesses Kim re-shot her reaction to Kris' marriage proposal ... problem for Kris -- it kills his fraud case.

According to the depo transcript -- obtained by Life & Style -- when Kris proposed to Kim on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a producer says Kim was "completely surprised" and didn't give a good reaction, so she asked that it be re-shot.

2 big problems for Kris:

1. Kris is alleging Kim fraudulently induced him to marry her. Since he proposed and she was surprised, it means it positively wasn't a grand scheme to dupe him.

2. Kris clearly knew she re-shot her reaction, so no matter what, he was in on everything.

Short story ... give it up Kris.

Rob Kardashian learned an interesting lesson yesterday ... when you go black, sometimes you have to come back ... because he was reportedly nailed for driving with tinted windows.

The Bev Hills cop was unsympathetic to Rob's quest for vehicular anonymity and served up a citation.

Big sis Kim was luckier Monday. A cop gave her a warning to lighten it up ... then sent her on her merry way.

Kim always seems to get off.

Kim Kardashian likes her windows like she likes her men ... the darker the better ... but moments ago, her tinted windows got her in trouble with the cops ... TMZ has learned.

KK was pulled over in Calabasas earlier today while on her way to the Kardashian family compound.

But this story has a happy ending for Kim -- we're told the cops only gave her a warning ... NO TICKET.

Kanye West had similar luck in January, when cops pulled over Kanye for speeding and tinted windows ... but let him go with a warning.

Kris Humphries' relatives have a major bone to pick with Kim Kardashian ... claiming Kim K's 72-day-marriage to the NBA star was nothing but a "sham" and it's about damn time she fess up to it.

Kris' aunt Dedria -- who attended K & K's wedding back in 2011 -- is adamant Kim duped her nephew into tying the knot as a ploy to boost ratings for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," telling The UK Sun, "[The wedding] was a sham."

Not only that, Dedria says Kim needs to own up to her fraud so Kris can get the annulment he desires, explaining, "An annulment says it wasn’t valid in the first place. She should admit that it was a sham at the very least.”

As TMZ previously reported, Kim wants a simple divorce, but Kris is hell-bent on fighting for an annulment ... claiming he was defrauded, which could render any pre-nup illegitimate and free the NBA'er from his confidentiality clause.

That said, Kris' Uncle Mike believes his nephew's legal battle is motivated by revenge, telling the paper, "I believe he wants payback."

Reality stars Rob Kardashian and Honey Boo Boo's Mama June have guts ... to be so public with their weight battles.

Rob -- who has been working out hard trying to lose the 40 lbs. he gained since his breakup with Rita Ora -- showed off his manly curves in a clingy white t-shirt at the Clippers game in L.A. last night , while Mama June proudly showed off her slimmer physique on Wednesday ... after dropping 100 lbs. from not dieting and not hitting the gym.

Kim Kardashian went to the doctor yesterday because she was having pains in her stomach, and the doc warned she needed to slow down.

We're told Kim was flying home from Paris when she started feeling "severe stomach pains" on the plane. It freaked her out and she started bawling in front of other passengers.

Sources say Kim is "stressed out" ... we're told because she's prepping for her deposition in her divorce case with Kris Humphries and she's moving to a new house.

When Kim landed she went to her doctor, who told her she had flu-like symptoms and it was not a miscarriage warning.

We're told the baby's fine. In related news, we're told Kris Kardashian has already signed her.
