Saint West has a lot in common with his big sister and his cousins ... that's besides DNA.

TMZ obtained a copy of the little guy's birth certificate, which was filed with L.A. County on Friday. Not a lot of shocking details -- no middle name, and it was signed last Monday ... 2 days after his birth.

He was delivered by Dr. Paul Crane, who also welcomed North ... and all 3 of Kourtney's kids. Best of all ... he even pulled Kim outta Kris Jenner 35 years ago!

The guy knows his way around a Kardashian hoo-ha.

Khloe Kardashian might lie about baking pies, but she's a regular Betty Crocker when it comes to whipping up a cheesecake.

Khloe posted a pic of a cooked cake and says there's proof SHE made this because she recorded the whole thing for a "Cooking with Koko" segment.

We broke the story ... Khloe tried to pass off pies from an L.A. bakery, Sweet Lady Jane ... as her own for Thanksgiving dinner.

As for the umm ... flaws in the cheesecake -- she blames "munchkins" for nibbling before the pic, but preemptively told her haters ... "It's a f***ing cheesecake. Grow up."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new bundle of joy will be their last ... doctors have warned her another pregnancy would be like playing with fire.

Kim's been open about her pregnancy struggles, suffering from placenta accreta -- a potentially life threatening condition -- during both. We're told docs have told her it's nearly a guarantee she'd get accreta again, putting her and her baby's lives at risk.

A source close to the family tells us Kim is also scared of another extremely painful birth, like the one with Saint ... and that's helped her make the decision easier.

However, we're told the couple is completely cool with capping off their brood at two kids. Our source says they're plenty busy with North and Saint and a new addition would be just too much.

As for Saint West -- we're told he's the perfect baby -- eating great, sleeping a ton and barely crying.

But what would you expect from the offspring of two of Hollywood's finest?

Kourtney Kardashian made clear what TMZ has been telling you .... she's available.

Kourtney was out at The Nice Guy Friday with no Scott Disick in sight. As we reported, she's not getting back with Scott, although they're spending time together as parents of 3 kids.

She left the club late Friday night and made a beeline for the Montage in Bev Hills where Justin Bieber stays -- he was at the club as well. She left the hotel at 4 AM.

Her sister Kylie was hanging at Saks Fifth Ave Friday night ... sans Tyga. Although it seems weird, they're still together but often hang separately so as not to confuse their brands.

Kourtney Kardashian is making it look like she's giving Scott Disick yet another chance, but our sources say there is not a chance in hell she's taking him back.

The pictures seem to tell a different story ... they've been seen together multiple times in the last few weeks ... sometimes with the kids and other times alone. It sure looks like she's taken him back, but she absolutely, positively has not.

Our Kardashian sources tell us Kourtney is modeling her post-relationship relationship after that of her parents, Kris and Robert Kardashian. When the parents divorced, they remained close and were great at co-parenting Kourtney and her sisters. It made a huge impression ... one she wants to emulate.

Kris Jenner wants you to know she's a proud mama ... and now she wants to put her matriarchal pride to work ... to make some money.

We found out Kris filed to get a trademark for #ProudMama ... she says it's for "advertising purposes."

Kris has already been tagging #ProudMama on various business ventures and on social media.

This isn't the first time Kris has fought to get legal ownership of mom phrases. Back in March, she filed to trademark the word "momager."

If the trademark is approved, any and all moms will have to get Kris' permission if they want to advertise with the phrase #ProudMama ... or Kris can sue them.

... and you thought YOUR mom loved you.

Scott Disick wasn't smiling on the outside at lunch with Kourtney Kardashian -- but he's gotta be grinning inside, because it looks like his plan to win her back is working.

The estranged couple went on another lunch date Wednesday in Calabasas, but this time they brought a chaperone ... their daughter Penelope.

Scott and Kourtney have been spotted out together a bunch since he wrapped up his inpatient rehab stint. As we told you, Disick's dumping his Bev Hills party palace ... partly to show Kourt he's serious about cleaning up his act.

The lord shall return.

Khloe Kardashian -- unlike George Washington -- told a very cherry lie ... grabbing credit for baking when all she did was taking.

Khloe was bursting with pride on her Instagram that she baked 3 pies from scratch ... pecan, pumpkin and cherry, all for a Thanksgiving feast.

It seems so sweet ... but it turns out Khloe's no pie maker at all. We found out the pies came from one of the premiere bakeries in L.A. -- Sweet Lady Jane.

Khloe even laid out the pies in the same order they're featured on the SLJ website.

And talk about bold ... she posted pics of the pumpkin and pecan pies on an oven rack!

Saint West, the rapper, lost his Twitter handle the day after Saint West, the baby, was introduced to the world -- but Kanye West and Kim Kardashian aren't behind the power move ... we're told.

When Kim announced her baby’s name, Twitter users flocked to @SaintWest and were surprised to see a Canadian rapper owned the page ... for a few more hours, anyway.

Sources tell TMZ ... Twitter told the rapper via email his handle would be modified to @SaintWest___ -- not because Kim demanded it, but because his last tweet was in 2011!

Twitter policy states you must tweet at least once every 6 months to be considered active. We're told the sudden flood of interest in the name is how Twitter realized the rapping Saint West was asleep at the tweetin' wheel.

His old handle was snatched up quickly -- but NOT by the Kardashians, we're told. The new mystery owner's not dumb though ... he/she quickly followed Kim's account.

Lamar Odom is apparently feeling good enough to play music reviewer for Kanye West ... according to Kim Kardashian, who bragged about their hospital listening sesh on video.

Khloe posted an update of Lamar's condition which included a video from Thanksgiving where Kim and Kanye chatted about "Swish" ... Ye's soon to be released (fan's hope) album. Remember, we got a photo of them arriving at Cedars-Sinai back in November.

Kim Kardashian will never be seen giving birth to her son, because there wasn't a camera in sight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, there is absolutely NO delivery room footage, and that was Kim and Kanye's doing.

What's more, we're told Saint West will not be appearing on any of the family's reality shows ... at least in the foreseeable future.

We're told the plan is to keep the baby off all shows until he develops an awareness. K&K kept North off TV for the first year of her life, and then only allowed her to appear on "special episodes" where the filming environment was tightly controlled.

As for now ... don't expect any Saints on TV.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's son has his mama's eyes and his daddy's nose and cheeks -- if you buy this Saint West prediction from forensic artist Joe Mullins.

Mullins, who's done this type of thing with Prince George and the Gosling baby, studied pics of Kim and Kanye and combined it with the latest forensic technology to get the mug. Naturally, Saint bears a striking resemblance to older sister North in the composite. We're guessing he's about 7 in this image.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby name, Saint, isn't all that original -- someone else already came up with it, and owns it on the Internet ... but is willing to strike a deal with mom and dad.

Saint West Filmworks is based out of San Diego and, of course, owns the domain SaintWest.com and ALL multimedia rights to the name as well.

Co-founder Matt Jensen tells us he's amused Kim and Kanye decided to go with "Saint" ... especially since he just acquired the rights 3 months ago! Talk about great timing.

Jensen says his company has already done considerable branding and marketing, but is willing to work something out with the Wests for usage rights. Translation: money talks.

In the meantime, Jensen thinks the coincidence will help drive traffic to his site. Cha-ching!

It's official ... Kim and Kanye had a Saint.

The baby boy's name is Saint West. It took 3 days after birth to seal the deal, but the verdict is in.

No word on a middle name.

The baby clocked in at 8 pounds 1 ounce.

It's a good thing they came up with the name ... Cedars-Sinai Medical Center would not release Kim until the boy's name appears on the birth record.

Kim Kardashian's baby boy arrived with one big complication that has her calling the birth the "most painful experience ever."

Our Kardashian sources tell us the still nameless kid took a really long time to make his debut because Kim had something called placenta accreta. As we've reported ... it's a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus.

We're told the issue made the birth more difficult -- doctors needed 2 extra hours to deal with the placenta issues. Still, Kim managed to have a natural birth, instead of a c-section ... which is often recommended in such cases.

Kim's recovering from what she's calling a "very painful" experience, but we're told the ordeal's taken its toll on her appetite. No cravings ... just a lot of hospital oatmeal.

That's one way to drop the baby weight.
