A waist training corset made enormously popular by the Kardashian girls is now on the receiving end of a lawsuit by a bunch of women who say they got burned but their fat didn't.

The women are griping over Waist Gang Society, the company that manufacturers the Reshaping waistshaper.

The company touts that the product "burns fatty tissue by making you sweat, targets the back, torso, waist and abdomen areas."

The Waist Gang Society's website features countless photos of Kim, Kourtney, Kylie, and Khloe wearing the corset. The girls, who were not sued, sing the praises of the product on social media.

The lawsuit claims the advertising for the product is misleading, quoting a doctor who says, "Corsets do not cause you to permanently lose fat in the midsection: they cause a re-distribution of the fat and organs in the trunk." It promises to give consumers an hourglass figure, but it seems for the women suing it's mission not accomplished.

What a waist.

Rob Kardashian has clearly found his way back into the good graces of his family, despite the initial war that broke out after he started dating Blac Chyna.

Kylie Jenner -- who's been hooked up with Chyna's baby daddy, Tyga, for well over a year -- took a field trip with her big bro Tuesday to Diamond Supply Co., a streetwear brand, in the San Fernando Valley.

They clowned around and hung out with Nicky Diamonds ... a big deal since we haven't seen Rob with any of his sisters since Khloe threw him and Chyna out of her house.

Blood ... sometimes thicker than water.

Rob Kardashian's birthday came early ... as Blac Chyna put on a booty popping clinic for him ... and several hundred other onlookers.

Rob was grinning from ear to ear Sunday night in a Montego Bay nightclub where BC was hosting. Sporting a black tee and shorts, he's still not revealing much of his slimmer physique -- but the smile kinda says it all.

Rob Kardashian has made huge strides in the body dept., looking about half his former self.

Blac Chyna posted the pic Friday night showing shades of the old Rob.

Kim Kardashian tried to break her little girl's paralyzing fear of Snapchat ... by putting her on Snapchat -- and the result was kinda precious.

In the ultimate irony, North West has a slight case of social media phobia ... as we all learned from the video Kim posted on Thursday night. She just doesn't dig those scary faces, guys.

Watch ... doesn't look like North is gonna easily snap out of this, but we're guessing Kim and Kanye West won't stop trying to cure her.

Rob Kardashian's confidence is back ... and we know this because his shirt was gone during a backyard hang with Blac Chyna.

Rob stepped outside half naked ... giving us a first glimpse at his bod since he started his diet and fitness regimen. Chyna shot video of him Wednesday afternoon as he peered down at her grilling a ton of grub.

As we first reported ... Rob's already down at least 40 pounds, but it's been hard to notice, since he's still sporting a lot of baggy clothing.

Kim Kardashian went on the counterattack Monday night after she was called on the carpet for posting a bangin' nude pic that turned out to be a year old.

Kim went in for the kill with Bette Midler, who tweeted earlier, "If Kim wants us to see a part of her we've never seen, she's gonna have to swallow the camera."

Kim's response ... "I really didn't want to bring up how you sent me a gift awhile back trying to be a fake friend then come at me #dejavu."

It didn't stop there. Chloe Moretz tweeted, "I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies."

Kim's response ... "Let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to Twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo."

And then there's Piers Morgan, who tweeted, "I know the old man's $50 million in debt, Kim -- but this is absurd. Want me to buy you some clothes?"

Kim had some choice words for him, first, "Hey @piersmorgan never offer to buy a married woman clothes. thats on some ashley madison type s--." And get a load of her not-so-humble brag, "sorry I'm late to the party guys. I was busy cashing my 80 million video game check and transferring 53 million into our joint account."

So no doubt ... the winners, Bette, Chloe and Piers. They got all up on Kim's twitter.

Kim Kardashian is getting sued for a smashup she had near the Beverly Hills Hotel a couple years ago.

Rafael Linares says he was driving on Sunset Blvd when the accident happened. In the lawsuit, filed Tuesday in L.A., Linares doesn't describe the accident any further -- but goes on to say he suffered multiple injuries, and has incurred expenses for physicians and surgeons.

He also says his car was damaged ... again not much detail beyond that.

As we reported when the accident happened in March 2014 ... no one was ticketed, and Kardashian and Linares exchanged info and hugged it out.

Sources close to Kim describe the damage as "minimal" and felt the guy was totally fine. Her G Wagon suffered a slight paint scuff during the collision.

Kendall Jenner is a lucky woman ... she narrowly avoided serious injury after almost being swept under a moving vehicle.

Kendall was on her way back to her hotel in Milan after a Versace fashion show when her driver stopped to let her out. The driver got out ... presumably to open Kendall's door. But Kendall opened it herself, not knowing the driver failed to put the vehicle in park.

Sound the alarm ... Kardashian Inc's head honcho Kris Jenner is out of the email game after having a crippling corrective surgery.

Kris excitedly posted a shot of Chrissy Teigen's new cookbook, but included her heavily bandaged right hand in the pic. Sources connected to the momager tell us she had surgery yesterday for a bone spur on her middle finger.

We're told the injury means she's on the shelf when it comes to emailing or texting -- a huge deal for her, considering how many careers she's managing. But Kris isn't out of the game completely ... one of her assistants will just be doing a ton of dictation.

Blac Chyna's pissed she's looking like the bad guy after posting a vid of all the food that was stocked in Rob Kardashian's kitchen ... when all she's doing is helping him slim down.

We're told she's upset because people think she was insulting Kris Jenner, who was presumably behind the quinoa, gourmet crackers, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter ... and other healthy items purchased. Remember, he's diabetic.

Sources close to Rob and Chyna tell us they have a strict no carb rule which has been instrumental in helping Rob shed lbs. We're told Chyna was just busting on the carb-filled selections in the cabinet -- and has zero beef with Rob's mom.

Besides, we're told Chyna doesn't even buy that Kris picked out the food. As one source put it, "When's the last time you saw Kris Jenner inside a grocery store?"

Blac Chyna went ham on Kris Jenner and her family for daring to help stock Rob Kardashian's new kitchen with healthy food.

Check out the video ... Chyna scoffs at the food choices, including fat free sorbet, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, wheat tortillas, oatmeal and quinoa. BTW ... there's also pizza crust mix, although it's wheat.

TMZ broke the story ... Kris helped Rob buy a house in the Calabasas community where his sisters live. It seems Chyna's none too happy his family is back in the picture.

Our Kardashian sources tell us they think it's despicable Chyna's making fun of Rob's family for trying to help him beat his diabetes and weight issues.

To Chyna's credit, Rob has lost around 40 lbs on her watch.

Rob made it clear which sides he's picking between Chyna and his fam with a very descripitive IG post late Tuesday night ...

James Harden is being CALLED OUT by Khloe Kardashian -- who says James begged her to be in an exclusive relationship ... only to CHEAT ON HER ASS!

KK put Harden on blast on "Kocktails with Khloe" on FYI -- saying the Houston Rockets star was so into her, that he sweet talked her into monogamy -- and then screwed her over.

"He sought me out, he wanted to be committed ... then wasn't committed."

Rob Kardashian can have all the sleepovers and home workouts he wants with Blac Chyna now -- he just got his own house, but his sisters are still within shouting distance.

TMZ has learned Rob bought a 4,256 sq. ft crib in Calabasas within the gated Oaks neighborhood. Our sources tell us he scored the 4 bedroom pad for $2.285 million. Kris Jenner helped out with the purchase, which is under the family trust, and it closed a week ago.

The Kardashians have quite the compound going -- Rob, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and even Lamar ... all live within a few blocks of each other. Mom and Kim are up the road in pricier Hidden Hills homes.

One selling point for Rob -- the kitchen has a huge center island and breakfast nook, just in case he and BC want to recreate that scene Khloe walked in on last month.

We reached out to the 2 biggest realtors in the area -- Tomer Fridman from Sotheby's and Emil Hartoonian at The Agency -- but neither was available for comment.

Robert Kardashian may be gone, but his memory burns bright, because almost the entire Kardashian brood turned up to celebrate what would have been his 72nd birthday.

Kris Jenner hosted the bash at her Calabasas home. Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie were all there, dining on traditional Armenian food, including, hummus, pita bread, stuffed vine leaves, bulgur wheat, string cheese and baklava.

Interestingly, we're told Lamar Odom and Scott Disick were also there.
