Loni Anderson’s cause of death has been revealed ... and she died from an aggressive form of cancer, TMZ has learned.

According to Anderson's death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the veteran actress passed away from metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma ... a rare cancer that often starts in the uterus and can spread to other parts of the body. It is an extremely rare form of cancer.

Loni died Sunday at a Los Angeles hospital following what her longtime publicist, Cheryl J. Kagan, described as a "prolonged" illness.

Sophie Turner is shedding light on her preferences in the bedroom ... candidly confessing on whether she identifies as a top or a bottom in bed.

Check it out ... while reading a thirsty tweet from a fan -- who expressed a desire for the "Game of Thrones" actress to "top" her -- Sophie wished she were actually a top. As she put it, being a top would be "a dream come true," but she, disappointedly, revealed she's more of a bottom.

For those unfamiliar with these labels, Sophie is essentially saying she's more submissive receiver than dominant giver ... while gettin' busy.

Steve Smith is clearly trying his best to remain in good spirits as he faces a lawsuit for allegedly ruining a marriage earlier this year ... appearing to crack a joke about the situation while live on an NFL broadcast Thursday night.

Fans have been calling for his ouster over alleged "abusive" behavior toward Kat -- but his mom, Michelle Jeffries, told us the narrative's all wrong. She says, "They're stuck in a house with no TV, no radios, no phones. They're getting to know each other on a personal level we don’t understand. He's not some obsessive stalker-type person like everyone is saying. He's got a great heart and wears it on his sleeve."

Still ... Rylie's in for a rude awakening once he’s back in the real world with a phone in his hand -- 'cause the online backlash is brutal. His mom admits he'll be extremely upset and mortified when he finds out.

Millie Bobby Brown and hubby Jake Bongiovi just dropped major news -- they’ve adopted a baby girl ... and the actress shared the heart-melting announcement on IG.

In her Thursday post, the "Stranger Things" star revealed, "This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy."

The cast of "Home Improvement" just reunited -- and they certainly nailed down their promo video!

Check out the clip posted to the official TikTok page of "Shifting Gears" -- Tim Allen's current ABC series. It shows Tim finding stars Patricia Richardson, Richard Karn and Debbe Dunning trying to get into the stage where "Home Improvement" was filmed for 8 seasons.

He alerts them that they've changed locations and ushers them into a new stage ... opening the door for his former co-stars -- and symbolically commencing their collaboration for Season 2 of "Shifting Gears."

Patrick House -- the winner of "The Biggest Loser" Season 10 -- says he thinks the documentary wasn't completely fair to Jillian Michaels ... and, he's got nothing but wonderful things to say about the reality competition.

We caught up with the former reality star in light of the controversial Netflix documentary "Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser" ... and, he says he declined to interview because he didn't know how the show would be painted.

Dylan Walsh -- best known for his role as Dr. Sean McNamara on "Nip/Tuck" -- was involved in a serious car crash with his family over the weekend.

The accident happened on Sunday, August 17th, while Walsh and four other passengers were riding in a 2022 Ford Explorer in New Jersey.

According to the Rumson Police Department ... the vehicle was heading northbound when it suddenly veered into the southbound lane.

Judge Frank Caprio -- who went viral for making compassionate decisions in his courtroom -- has died ... according to his official social media page.

A death announcement photo of the judge was shared to Instagram Wednesday afternoon ... revealing the judge died after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

The caption reads ... "Beloved for his compassion, humility, and unwavering belief in the goodness of people, Judge Caprio touched the lives of millions through his work in the courtroom and beyond. His warmth, humor, and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew him."

Denise Richards has had it up to here with Aaron Phypers ... she's asking a judge to give him and his family the boot from their house so she can get her pets and belongings -- but Phypers' camp is calling BS on her latest legal move.

The actress filed documents with the court this week, asking a judge to order her estranged husband and his family to vacate -- for 8 hours -- the house the couple once shared, so she can retrieve her dogs, clothing, and her late mother's items.

Obviously, several of those items totally undercut Dr. Robert Huizenga’s claim to us the show was 100% caffeine-free from day one ... with coffee, diuretics, and weight-loss pills supposedly off-limits.

"Big Brother" star Rylie Jeffries' mom is defending his actions as fans call on the show to give him the boot over his allegedly "controlling" attitude toward love interest Katherine Woodman.

TMZ caught up with Michelle Jeffries after fans of the competition show turned on him for his "abusive" behavior ... and she says they have it all wrong, reasoning he simply seems "over the top on TV."

12:07 PM PT -- A family source tells TMZ ... they believe Travis Renee Baldwin left her home around 3:20 AM Sunday to go to her son, Logan Chrisinger's, apartment to help with a crisis. We're told she was FaceTiming with her son that morning and he threatened he'd kill himself and flashed his gun.

The family is aware Chrisinger had mental issues going on, as he had threatened Baldwin previously ... even saying he would kill her and hope she died. Chrisinger has been under immense stress lately -- he lost his job and was worried about losing his apartment.

Baldwin is remembered by her family as a loving mom to her son and daughter, Adrianna. Her family says she would have done anything for her kids and her beloved pup Kai. She also loved her job and those she worked with.

Funeral plans have not yet been arranged.

Travis Renee Baldwin -- a Newsmax makeup artist who worked for Greta Van Susteren --  was fatally shot in Virginia over the weekend -- and police say her son pulled the trigger.

According to the Arlington County Police Department, Logan Chrisinger shot and killed his mom in an Arlington apartment Sunday morning, but his motive is still a mystery.

Officers were dispatched at 8:30 AM after receiving a report of a shooting and found Baldwin with an apparent gunshot wound and her son at the scene, police said. Baldwin was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Jillian Michaels didn't get along with every contestant on "The Biggest Loser" ... but, that doesn't mean she was handing out caffeine pills like a new documentary suggests -- so says one of the OG Losers.

We spoke with David Fioravanti -- a contestant from the first season of the show -- and, he details his contentious relationship with the fitness trainer and former coach on the show.

Fioravanti says he came into the show with a basic level of fitness knowledge ... so, he didn't follow everything Michaels said without question.
