'Reacher' Star Alan Ritchson Cops Say Beating Was Self-Defense, No Charges

The cops have called it a wrap on the investigation of "Reacher" star Alan Ritchson and his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor -- they're not charging anyone in the bloody brawl, TMZ has learned.

The Brentwood Police Department tells TMZ, "After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued. Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense. Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges.

"With the agreement of the District Attorney’s Office, the case is now closed, and no further action will be taken."

Dakota Mortensen got some unexpected news from cops the night of girlfriend Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 arrest ... and his reaction is recorded on body cam video obtained by TMZ.

In the police footage, an officer tells Dakota his "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star girlfriend is not allowed to reach out or make contact with him until a judge hears the case ... after she got cuffed and taken to the local Utah station for alleged domestic violence.

Dakota seems shaken as the reality sets in, peppering cops with questions about next steps while trying to understand what it means for their relationship ... especially with a trip he and Taylor had planned before things suddenly went south.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Lauren says she gave Marissa Lozada at least $13,315.73 to design her baby shower, thinking she was gonna get the luxury, full-service event experience she says was marketed to her ... but instead, she says the event began nearly an hour late with incomplete decor and visible disarray as the company scrambled to put everything together.

And instead of apologizing, Lauren says Marissa shifted the blame and downplayed the problems .... but that's not all that allegedly went down.

Former Menudo member Draco Rosa is being dragged into another court battle with his ex-wife, Angela Alvarado ... she says he's been siphoning money from a retirement account that belonged to the both of them and now owes her more than $200,000.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Angela claims a shared account worth $508,439 when they divorced has now dwindled to $34,510 due to several withdrawals Draco allegedly made between 2019 and 2024.

As a result, Angela is requesting the judge award her 100% of the remaining money in the account ... and order Draco to pay the balance of $219,710 she says she's still owed. She also wants the judge to hit Draco with sanctions in the amount of $8,719 for making her spend money on lawyers to go to court over the situation.

Wes Scantlin -- the lead singer of rock band Puddle of Mudd -- just got some great news in court ... he won't be spending time in the slammer in his domestic battery and drug possession case.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show that in lieu of jail time, Wes was put into a one-year diversion program and has to enroll in and complete a drug rehab program.

Remember ... police arrested Wes last year after cops say he got physical with his girlfriend. According to the cops, they also found drugs on his person during a search.

But now, the judge accepted the plea agreement to put him in the diversion program for the drug possession charge, and dismissed the remaining counts.

The musician is due back in court for a progress report on May 29.

More videos from Webber's YouTube account have begun circulating in the aftermath of his arrest ... with one showing him climbing a ladder toward what looks like an elevated hunting blind.

Check out the clip ... Webber swiftly climbs up to the structure while wearing camouflage and an orange vest -- with his rifle attached to his back. He hooks his elbows around the steps ... yanking himself up one at a time.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Pinky said she owns a fancy property in Georgia -- a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,814-square-foot home in the city of Loganville, about an hour east of Atlanta.

Newly released police body cam footage obtained by TMZ from Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 arrest reveals even more chaos from that night -- including Dakota Mortensen pleading with cops to take him to jail instead.

The video begins as officers arrive at Taylor’s Utah home, where she and Dakota are already heard screaming at each other before police reach the front door ... seemingly picking up where the cellphone footage we obtained of the incident left off.

Once inside, cops quickly separate the two as Taylor appears visibly intoxicated ... stumbling through the house. At one point, she tries to pour herself water but she basically collapses over the sink and sobs uncontrollably while Dakota speaks with an officer nearby.
